I flew business class from Geneva to Conakry on March 14, [redacted], with Swiss Airlines LX [redacted], in partnership with Brussels Airlines SN [redacted]. Upon reaching Conakry, I realized I had left my Samsung Galaxy cellphone on seat 1K. Despite efforts to retrieve it at the arrival lounge, unfortunately, it was not successful. I have already emailed the local office but have not received any response. I kindly request your assistance in locating and returning my lost phone. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday, I attempted to modify my flight (reservation number L44NOI) from the 21st of March to the 24th. I made the alterations on the website, completed the payment, but the browser froze, and I didn't receive confirmation if the flight was changed. Concurrently, I noticed that the payment was deducted from my bank account (please refer to the attached file), but I haven't received the new flight tickets.
Could you kindly verify if my flight was indeed changed and forward the ticket documents to my email at [redacted]?

Hola, buen día. Mi nombre es Axel Ponce Cadena. El 31 de marzo tomé un vuelo de Madrid a Bruselas (SN3732) con destino final en Toronto y escala en Montreal. Lamentablemente, la aerolínea nos tuvo esperando en el avión durante una hora, lo que causó que perdiéramos la conexión a Montreal en Bruselas. A pesar de que el avión aún estaba en el aeropuerto, no nos permitieron abordar. Después de gestionar con el servicio al cliente de Brussels Airlines, me reprogramaron para ir en tren de Bruselas a Ámsterdam y de allí tomar un vuelo directo a Toronto. Desafortunadamente, no he podido localizar mi maleta, la cual debía llegar a Toronto según informaron. A mi llegada a Toronto, mi equipaje no estaba y pese a contactar a los números de atención al cliente indicados, no he obtenido una solución. Les escribo en busca de ayuda para resolver esto, ya que me encuentro en un país distante sin mis pertenencias debido a los errores y retrasos de la aerolínea. Agradezco su pronta atención. Gracias.

I made flight reservations with Brussels Airlines through lastminute.com on February 14th, [redacted], for two adults and two children under four traveling from Brussels to Bilbao on September 30th (SN3711) to October 7th, [redacted] (SN3712) with Booking ID [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the entire family's flight due to medical reasons shortly after receiving the booking confirmation.
Lastminute.com confirmed a refund of only [redacted].48€ as a voucher out of the total [redacted].72€ paid.
I am wondering if Brussels Airlines can also provide a refund since I am unable to make the trip with my family. Could you please guide me on the necessary steps to address this issue?

My name is TAGNE JEAN ROBERT, and I bought a round-trip ticket from QUEBEC to YAOUNDÉ. My outbound flight has already been completed, and my return flight is today on 04/14/[redacted] at 9:05 PM from Yaoundé /Nsimalen. The issue is that during my online check-in, I noticed that my reservation only shows a stop in Montreal, even though I paid for a trip from Quebec to Yaoundé and back, so I should have 3 segments but I only see 2. I would like this to be resolved so that I have a third flight from Montreal to Quebec, please (since it's paid for).

Upon arrival at BRU (Brussels Airport), I unfortunately left my iPad onboard a Brussels Airlines flight. I have reached out to the airline through their designated email address at [redacted], but I have not received a response in the two weeks since. Using Apple's "Find My" service, I can locate my device within the terminal. Despite numerous emails and calls, I have been unable to connect with someone who can help me retrieve my iPad. I am eager to speak with the appropriate person to facilitate the return of my device.

I had a flight booked from Douala to London at 7 pm on 5/6/23. I completed online check-in at 16:45 and arrived at the airport by 17:35. However, I was informed that I couldn't bring my luggage, and it couldn't be put on the next flight. I had to pay a penalty of [redacted],[redacted] frs cfa (£[redacted]) and cover hotel expenses to travel today. This experience with the airline is disappointing because I have traveled extensively and never encountered a situation where luggage wasn't allowed when arriving 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure, especially after online check-in. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, frequently flying to Cameroon, but the lack of empathy and dismissive attitude from your staff really disappointed me.

I travelled on June 18 with Brussels Airlines SN241 from Brussels to Monrovia in premium economy as a Star Alliance Gold Elite member with 2 checked-in suitcases. When I arrived in Monrovia, I found one of my suitcases, a Samsonite, had a damaged lock due to brute force. The zip holding metal on the pin-code lock was cut open, and there was an attempt to remove items from my suitcase. I suspect the damage occurred during the flight as my specially made suitcase cover was put back on in a way that concealed the damage until I reached my hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage at the airport, so I don't have a damage report. I'm currently in Monrovia near the airport until June 30th and would like to know how to proceed and request a damage report.

On 6/26, while traveling on Flight [redacted] from Edinburgh Scotland to Brussels Belgium, I filed a lost luggage report at the Brussels Airport. The reference number for the report is Brusn33006, and the luggage tag number is 0[redacted]23. The air tag shows that my luggage is now at Fayetteville Regional Airport in Fayetteville NC. I have been unable to reach them and would like my luggage delivered to [redacted] West Highland Ave., Kinston NC [redacted] promptly. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on how to get reimbursed for expenses and inconveniences due to not having my luggage throughout the trip. Your assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

We encountered issues with our flights from Entebbe to London, Heathrow, via Brussels, resulting in missing our flights. We chose to use a bus instead. At Heathrow, we attempted to retrieve our luggage after being informed it was in London, but Global Services could not provide any information over the phone. Despite reaching out to Brussels Airlines and KLM, we have not received assistance. We have also struggled to complete the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) online due to form submission failures.

I am looking to book a flight from Marseille to New Delhi, India for January 2, [redacted], departing at 6:20 am. The flights are operated by Brussels Airlines for the first leg to Brussels, then by Etihad Airways for the remaining legs to Abu Dhabi and New Delhi. I have a question about the immigration process. Could you please clarify where the immigration will take place? The layover is only 1 hour and 20 minutes, so knowing about the immigration process in advance would be very helpful. Hello, we checked in our luggage on October 4th in Rome for a trip to Belgium with a long layover before heading to Chicago O'Hare. We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel at the Belgium airport during our layover. The next day, we boarded our flight anticipating our luggage would be forwarded, but upon arrival in Chicago (due to a flight delay), our bags were missing. We missed our connecting flight as we searched for them. After filing a claim at our final destination in Orange County SNA airport, United informed us that two of our bags are still in Brussels. We would appreciate any assistance regarding this matter.

On September 30, [redacted], I traveled from Miami to London on British Airways flight BA #[redacted] with a connecting flight to Oblia on BA #[redacted]. Due to a delay on the first flight, I was rerouted on a Brussels Airlines flight to Oblia, the last flight of the season with a layover in Brussels.
