I bought a Broyhill Laramie couch and chair three years ago. The fabric still looks great, but the seat cushions have springs sticking out, causing discomfort. No rough handling, just normal use by adults. I need replacement cushions because the fabric covers are in good condition. I expected better durability from Broyhill furniture. Can you assist me with this issue?

I purchased a Broyhill [redacted]% Cotton Full Sheet Set along with a standard size matching Pillowcase Set. Despite my 10 in. mattress with a 2 in. topper, totaling 12 in., the sheets claiming to fit up to 16 in. do not fit properly. After washing them as instructed, they still do not fit and are not as soft as advertised. The pillowcases are also inconsistent in size. I am disappointed and would appreciate a prompt refund for both items, considering the inconvenience, time, and additional costs involved.

I would like to return a sofa purchased at 'Big Lots' in Washington, Mo. I have the receipts, paid in full before the furniture arrived three months later. I also have a three-year warranty. Despite being in great shape, the sofa seems to have 'Rounded Arms' made of what feels like heavy cardboard, and there's a persistent smell that we can't get rid of. The items I would like to return are the 'Broyhill Charleston' Sofa and Recliner both purchased on 09/09/[redacted].
