I returned last night after spending a week on a holiday package for four in Sorrento. Unfortunately, there were no transfers waiting for us in Naples or at the hotel, despite having paid for everything upfront. Upon arrival and seeking assistance, we were unable to resolve the issue and lost a significant part of our evening. The lack of British Airways staff further added to our frustration. I am requesting a refund for the transfers and expressing my disappointment regarding booking reference TYRZH3. As a frequent flyer with British Airways, this experience has left me reconsidering my future travel choices.

I wanted to share that our flight to Chicago now uses Air Belgium as the aircraft carrier. We upgraded to World Plus to secure two window seats together, but to our dismay, we were assigned middle and aisle seats in a row of three. Despite my attempts to contact both BA and Air Belgium for a seat change, I was informed that no one has access to the seating plan. BA directed me to Air Belgium, who in turn redirected me back to BA. I am at a loss on what step to take next.

Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to case number [redacted]1 concerning my booking with reference number 5Q8PNI for flight BA0257 departing on June 28, 23 from Heathrow to Delhi. Despite booking a Business class ticket, upon arrival at the B A counter three hours before departure, I was informed by your staff that only Premium Economy seats were available and I was forced to travel in that class instead. I am disappointed to note that the fare difference for the downgrade to Economy has not been refunded by B A. I kindly request a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I recently received an email on behalf of my mother regarding providing contact information for her friends to British Airways, which seems unusual since she has visited them many times without being asked this. The email requests detailed information, more than what was asked by US immigration, making us question its authenticity. Can someone verify if this is a legitimate policy before my mother shares her friends' personal details by clicking the link provided? Thank you.

I have a lodging reservation with British Airways Avios with reference number [redacted]6. I am currently in Bolivia with a data eSIM and unable to make phone calls without incurring high charges from my UK provider, "3 mobile." British Airways insists on canceling reservations only via phone, which poses a problem for me. Additionally, I encountered issues with baggage allowance for a companion flight on Iberia, a codeshare airline, which was not communicated to me by the BA booking agent. Despite reaching out via email multiple times to BA executive club regarding the conflicting policies, I have not received a response. This lack of communication and consistency in treatment has been disappointing as a loyal customer.
