I recently received an order from your company that left me disappointed. I usually order extra small or size four items and they always fit perfectly, but this time the Colorblock warm-up set and the so sexy dot scoop neck blouse did not fit as expected. Additionally, I received two ombre one piece knit top and duster sets when I only wanted one. The floral print faux wrap dress arrived wet and with the back zipper sewn shut, despite being marked as a final sale. I am planning to return the ill-fitting items and the duplicate, but I am unsure what to do about the damaged dress. I have always been a loyal customer and love the quality of your products, but this recent experience has left me concerned. I hope we can resolve this issue, as I have always recommended your store to others because of the exceptional service and clothing quality. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I am reaching out about the mosaic swirl pants. I purchased a size 8 based on your fit guide but found them to be too big. After washing them, they did not shrink. I love your clothes but was disappointed with this fit. I have bought many items from your store and think they are fabulous. Can I exchange the size 8 for a size 6? I initially bought a 10 and the 8, unsure of the fit. The size 8 was still too large. I am a devoted customer and will continue to shop with you. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased the Mosaic Swirl Pants in a size 8, following your fit guide. They arrived on time for my Birthday party, but were a bit large. Hoping they would shrink, I washed them, but they did not. I adore the design and was thrilled to get them, but now I'm disappointed with the fit. I would like to exchange them for a size 6, which I am sure would be perfect. I am a loyal customer who loves your clothes and will continue to shop with you. It would mean a lot to me if you could assist me with this matter by sending me the size 6 pants. I recently bought the mosaic swirl pants in a size 8 as recommended by the fit finder. Unfortunately, when I received them, they were too big. After wearing and washing them, they did not shrink. I also bought the matching white top for my birthday, which I was very excited about. However, I am disappointed with the size of the pants. As a loyal customer who enjoys your clothing, I would like to exchange them for a size six. I appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I received order #[redacted] today. I have ordered multiple sizes to try as I am hard to fit. However, when I tried to return the items that didn't work for me, I saw they are marked as not eligible for return. None of the items I ordered were final sale, so I am not sure what the issue is. I need assistance with this. Thank you.
