Hello, my name is R. Hall. Recently, I made a purchase from Boston Store (Bon Ton) for a woman's ring, which I received successfully. Additionally, I ordered a Christian Van Sant woman's watch priced at $[redacted].00 on September 2, [redacted]. Although I was charged $[redacted].95 for both the ring and watch, I have only received the ring. Despite attempts to contact Bon Ton through emails and phone calls, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them to inquire about the undelivered watch. I am requesting a refund for the $[redacted].00 that was charged for the watch as it seems unlikely that they will fulfill the order at this point due to their lack of response.

I need to return an item purchased from Bonton with store order #[redacted] and delivery form #[redacted]51. Unfortunately, I attempted to contact Bonton via chat with no success, and even after sending multiple messages to customer services, I did not receive any response from a representative. As a result, I am unsure how to proceed in obtaining a return address for the package. I would greatly appreciate your help in addressing this issue.
