I visited your Paramus NJ location on Wednesday, July 20, to meet my cousin after 30 years. Although we were promptly seated, we were neglected for about 40 minutes before any server acknowledged us. The Bang Bang shrimp appetizer was decent, but my mahi-mahi and shrimp dish was overcooked and dry, even the creamed spinach. Unfortunately, I do not have a receipt as my cousin paid, but I was very dissatisfied with the experience. I discarded my leftovers as reheating would not have improved the meal. This visit was subpar compared to my previous enjoyable visits to your restaurant. I would appreciate a resolution for this disappointing dinner and hope to hear back promptly with a positive response. Thank you.

I had an exceptional dining experience at Bonefish Grill in Allen, Texas on Stacy Road. Our server, Dyllion, provided outstanding service. We followed his recommendations on what to order, and it was all delicious. His attentiveness made me feel like I was dining at Cinderella's Castle in Disney World. In my opinion, this was the best service and food I have had in over two decades. The company should consider supporting his education if he is pursuing it, as I believe he has the potential to become a manager in the future. Dyllion was a delightful and kind server. Lisa V. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response from customer service. I have been diligently leaving voice messages for the past 3 weeks, with my latest attempt made on Monday. Two weeks ago on a Friday, I had a conversation with a gentleman from the customer service department around 5:15 PM. He assured me that a guest card would be sent either that day or the following Monday. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this card. As my voicemails seem to go unanswered, I am resorting to emailing you directly for assistance. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Best, N.
