I recently took my family out for dinner on Oct 11 to enjoy the Salmon 3-course meal promotion that Bonefish had emailed me about. However, upon ordering, the waiter seemed unaware of the offer and initially denied its existence. I mentioned I had the offer on my phone, left in the car, but he did not want to see it. After a few trips to the kitchen, he eventually recognized the promotion. It was a bit uncomfortable to have to dispute a special deal that was sent to me by the company. Despite this, the dinner was tasty, but the initial confusion was disappointing. I believe it's important for the wait staff and management to be informed of the offers being promoted to customers. I met my friend and his son at Bonefish last night. We sat at the bar, which was quiet due to college football on a Saturday night. My friend ordered crab cakes, but unfortunately, the bottom of them was burnt, and you could smell it. He usually doesn't complain at restaurants because he worries about food tampering. I was disappointed that the kitchen manager allowed such a dish to be served. I used to love Bonefish, but this location in Montgomery, Alabama, has had quality issues over the past year. It's not living up to its previous standards. Despite Blackfinn closing in March, Bonefish's service has deteriorated. I might not return to this location, although the one in Mobile, Alabama, has excellent food and service. I just wanted to share my experience and perspective.

To whom it may concern at Bonefish Grill Corporate Office, I am writing to share my experience working with Larry Bailey, the former managing partner at Bonefish Grill in Frederick, Maryland. In my 25 years in the food and beverage industry, I have never encountered a leader as inspiring as Mr. Bailey. His passion and commitment drove outstanding performance within the company and motivated those he employed. Larry taught me the true meaning of dedication to a career. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked under his leadership. Throughout my time with the company, Larry stood out as the best partner Frederick Bonefish had ever seen. His creative ways to attract customers, such as participating in events like the Great Frederick Fair, and his tireless efforts to promote the company, set him apart. I was disheartened to witness his departure amidst unfair circumstances. Certain co-workers engaged in hostile behavior, including documenting his actions and making false allegations in an attempt to force him out. I observed disrespectful comments being made, prompting my decision to part ways with the company. I wanted to express my appreciation for Mr. Bailey’s leadership and hope that your organization recognizes the value of dedicated managers like him. I recently visited your Trinity, Florida location, which has always been a favorite dining spot of mine. I decided to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend there. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing compared to my previous visits. My boyfriend's ribeye steak had a lot of fat on it, and my favorite dish, the shrimp stuffed with lobster, was no longer on the menu. I settled for the gnocchi with shrimp and crab, thinking it would be a good choice. However, the shrimp were very small and there was not much crab in the dish. Despite feeling unsatisfied, I chose not to complain and just ate my meal. My boyfriend was also unhappy with his food but urged me not to say anything and to never return. Given my history with your company and the service industry, I felt compelled to share my feedback. Our meals were eventually taken care of, and we made sure to tip our waitress accordingly.

We usually dine at the Tyrone mall location and truly enjoy the food and service there. However, last night we decided to try the Belleair Bluffs location with two friends. Unfortunately, we found the food quality to be lacking compared to Tyrone. Despite this, we still managed to enjoy our meal without complaints. After leaving a $17 tip, our server John K appeared dissatisfied with the amount. While it's understandable he cleared the table, we were surprised when he swiftly gathered our glasses as we were still seated and chatting. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. We felt John's actions were possibly due to the tip amount not meeting his expectations. As a professional, such behavior was disappointing and has made me uncertain about returning to Bonefish Grill. I had an unpleasant experience with a manager who canceled my delivery order. I placed the order using a 50% off Dine Rewards coupon, and was informed by the manager that the total would be $17+ instead of the normal $28+. Despite my acceptance of the explanation, he continued to explain further details unnecessarily. This led to him accusing me of being rude and canceling my order. Surprisingly, I received an email confirming that my food was being prepared, which caused me to call back. Unfortunately, the manager refused to deliver my order. Despite this, I just received a text that my food is on the way. I expressed my frustration with the manager for his behavior.

My husband, two friends, and I dined at the Boca Raton, FL restaurant on Saturday, December 14, [redacted]. Despite having a reservation for 7PM, we were seated at 8:15PM. I observed walk-in customers being seated after a significant wait, which was frustrating as we had reservations. This issue should be looked into to ensure that those with reservations are seated promptly. This situation affected our dining experience negatively.

I contacted them on Mother's Day to place an order and was informed it would take an hour. To pass the time, I visited a store across the street. Upon returning for my 2 family meals, I was shocked to hear that my order wasn't ready and they weren't accepting any more orders. It would have been better if they had informed me earlier. I wasted time driving back and waiting for over an hour for nothing. I had family waiting to enjoy a lovely Mother's Day dinner, especially since my 78-year-old mother and daughter with a newborn were with me. Sadly, we didn't get to have the meal. This incident occurred at the Springhill Florida branch. The staff member who broke the news said the kitchen manager instructed her to do so. With my extensive 25 years of customer service experience, I know this is not the right way to handle business.

I dined at Bonefish Grill on December 31, [redacted], with my partner. We had a 7:15 pm reservation and experienced delays throughout the evening. Despite enjoying the drinks, bread, and appetizer, we were disappointed by the service. The main dish we ordered, lobster tails, was unavailable, which led to further delays and confusion. While other guests received their meals promptly, we waited over 2 hours without food. Eventually, we decided to leave, as we felt the wait was unreasonable. The server apologized and offered to comp our bill. I observed a focus on fulfilling online orders over in-house diners, creating an unbalanced experience. I express my dissatisfaction with the situation and believe that a resolution, such as complimentary steak and lobster meals, is warranted.

I have been a loyal customer of VOA Bonefish Grill since it opened. On December 31, [redacted], my party of 4 dined at Table [redacted]. Our server, Shannon T., took our order at 6:36 pm. The total bill was $68.73, which we paid at 7:52 pm. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. Our waitress kept complaining about the kitchen being backed up. When our entrees finally came, we requested salt and pepper, which never arrived. Even after asking again when we got our second glasses of wine, we still didn't receive them. We had to ask twice for a take-home box. To make matters worse, a server rushed past our table and kicked my foot, injuring my 71-year-old right knee. Despite my polite comment, he did not apologize and blamed me for having my foot in his way. This experience was overall very negative. I hope to hear from you soon. Over the weekend, my family visited Sesame Street in PA and decided to have dinner at BoneFish Grill. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Despite being told a 45-minute wait, the confusion upon my return and the delay frustrated me. The staff seemed disorganized and one employee's body language showed frustration. After over an hour of waiting, I decided to leave. The lack of communication and professionalism, especially from the guy with an overwhelmed and negative attitude, made the experience unpleasant. It's important to address issues like this to improve customer service.

I was truly appalled by the condition of the white tablecloths at Bonefish in Vero Beach. Decided against dining outside due to the black dirt and grime embedded in the once white cloths. Ventured inside only to find the same dirty and discolored tablecloths. Even adding a clean piece of paper on top did not make the table sanitary. The waiter acknowledged that complaints about the tablecloths were frequent. I am reporting this to the Department of Health as the cleanliness is unacceptable. The unsanitary state of the tablecloths made me nauseous. It seems only one out of twenty tables had a clean cloth. Bonefish management at Indian River Blvd needs to address this issue promptly before it causes harm to customers.

I have had disappointing experiences with Bonefish on Web Gin Road twice now. The first time was for my birthday party on 2/19, where we pre-ordered 2 family bundles. Despite calling ahead, when we arrived, we had to wait 45 minutes, leaving my family waiting at home. The second experience was even worse. We pre-ordered again for May 9, but upon arrival at 4:00 PM, we were informed it would take 2-3 hours. My husband, shocked, confirmed the wait with others and ultimately had to leave as we had 8 hungry people at home. Finally, at 6:00 PM, we were told the order was ready. Dear Sir, I recently dined at your restaurant at [redacted] Covenant Avenue, McCandless, PA [redacted]. I ordered the steak and crab cake, upgrading it with filet mignon. However, the presentation of the crab cake was disappointing with a clumpy appearance resembling croutons. I spoke with the manager, Stacy, who mentioned it was the standard. The lack of professionalism and care from Stacy prompted me to leave for another eatery. I sent an email earlier but have not received a response. Our recent dinner at Bone Fish Grill on [redacted] N Lucerne Ave, Kansas City MO, was disappointing. Despite having previous positive experiences at this restaurant, this visit was lackluster. Our server, Brielle K, exhibited poor service by neglecting to bring bread and disappearing after taking our orders. Additionally, my Mahi-mahi and shrimp were overcooked, and the rice was cold. The missing creamed spinach arrived late for one of our guests, and the overall service was subpar compared to other tables. Even attempting to speak with the manager, named David, was unfruitful as he was reportedly too busy to address our concerns promptly. We are frequent patrons of Bonefish Grill in Myrtle Beach for many years. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was disappointing. We were charged for a filet mignon instead of a sirloin steak, which we did not order. Despite our server claiming my husband requested an upgrade, he does not speak English, and I did not witness him making such a request. Additionally, when we tried to redeem our reward and bonus card, we were rudely informed by the manager that it could not be used for alcohol purchases. Despite attempting to explain that a previous server had advised us differently, our concerns were dismissed. We settled our bill but left feeling unappreciated. This incident has left us reconsidering our loyalty to the restaurant, which was previously our go-to due to their mask-wearing policy, although we had to request one from the server as the manager was not wearing one.

I need help addressing a situation at work where I was unfairly terminated due to false accusations made by another employee. This person threatened not to return unless I was fired because she was upset about working a bit late and seems to have a sense of entitlement. It appears there are also allegations about drug use, which are baseless. What's concerning is that I didn't receive a proper explanation for my termination. I was only informed via text by a different manager who mentioned the issue vaguely. Additionally, it seems that malicious gossip is spreading about me trying to steal tips, which is unfounded. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter as I have tried to address it with them without success. I apologize for the lengthy explanation, but I am feeling very frustrated. During our visit to the Independence Ohio location on 5/21/[redacted] for our daughter's graduation and our anniversary, we encountered several service issues. Despite arriving early for our 2:00 P.M. reservation, it took quite a while for our drink and appetizer orders to be taken. We even had to retrieve some drinks ourselves after a long wait. Although the chef apologized for unsatisfactory appetizers and removed them from the bill, our entrees were delayed compared to other tables. After bringing our concerns to the attention of Lisa, our server, and then to the manager, our food miraculously appeared after a threatening to leave. We didn't receive our entrees until around 3:30 P.M. Despite showing understanding for the staffing challenges, we felt neglected and disappointed that our complaints were not fully addressed. While some drinks and appetizers were comped, I believe we deserve further compensation for the poor customer service that marred our special celebration.

My group of elderly white Republicans experienced discrimination at Bonefish Grill in Daytona on International Speedway due to our age, color, and political affiliation. Despite wearing red Republican shirts, we encountered issues with the staff, in particular a black waiter with dreadlocks. One woman complimented his hairstyle while another playfully flirted with him. However, the manager intervened, claiming the staff member was offended without explaining the situation. We offered to apologize, but she refused to listen. We feel unjustly treated and will not return to the restaurant.
