I recently visited the Sevierville store on 10-2-21. After ordering a large unsweetened tea at the drive-thru window, I received sweet tea instead. When I requested sweetener, the manager claimed it was unsweetened, yet upon tasting, it was indeed sweet. The staff had to remake the unsweetened tea. I feel the manager was disrespectful in handling the situation. This has occurred more than once, and I am becoming frustrated. While I understand staffing issues, consistent disrespect and incorrect orders will drive away local patrons like myself. I used to frequent the store regularly for my employees' meals, but the disrespectful behavior may lead me to take my business elsewhere. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

We placed an order at the Bojangles in Troutman, NC, online for pickup at 7:15. To our surprise, when we arrived, we found out they had closed at 7:00. The worker at the window was rude, stating they were closed and had run out of food. We then had to drive to the Statesville location where the manager kindly helped us and fixed our order, going beyond expectations. Unfortunately, the Troutman location always seems to have issues, frequently running out of chicken. It's disappointing to have a $40 order mishandled. We have decided to no longer visit the Troutman spot and will stick to the Statesville one. The lack of organization at the Troutman location is concerning, especially with the company's reputation at stake. Last night, there was a long line of customers wanting to order while they were closed without any visible signs. This experience was truly unsatisfactory for our large order.

I really enjoy Bojangles, it's a great place. However, I believe it's unfair to charge $2 for a medium glass of tea. You can get a larger size at McDonald's for a dollar. I'd prefer to eat at Bojangles, but the tea pricing is a concern. It seems unreasonable to pay $2 for such a small serving. Bojangles should consider adjusting this pricing as it feels like a rip-off.

I went to the Bojangles store in Dickson, TN on December 3rd at around 5:30 pm. I placed an order at the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait. After waiting for 30 minutes, a staff member brought me the wrong order. I informed them it was incorrect, and they said they would start on my actual order. Another 15 minutes went by (45 minutes total), and my order was finally brought out. The staff member mentioned they were short-staffed and out of some items, unable to provide a refund as we didn't receive a receipt. I am seeking a refund for the missing items in my order that I paid for but did not receive.

As a crew member at the Newport, NC location, this morning the manager, Deanna, assigned me to the window, Leanne to taking orders, and she would handle packing. When a sudden rush of customers overwhelmed us, I asked Deanna for help from the office. Despite struggling to manage the orders on our own, we eventually cleared the rush. Deanna then questioned why we had requested help while she was busy and stated it was unnecessary as we have handled similar situations with fewer staff before. Feeling frustrated, I expressed my belief that as a manager, she should support the team regardless of the staff numbers on shift. Deanna insisted she was already packing and later sent me home for voicing my concerns about her lack of assistance. Issues like this with Deanna frequently arise, where she takes extended breaks or personal calls instead of helping during busy times. Such behavior is concerning, as a manager should lead by example and offer support as needed. Addressing these managerial shortcomings is essential for improving the work environment at the restaurant.

I visited Bojangles, Store #[redacted] in Wilson, NC on Wednesday, April 20. When I ordered 4 large senior lemonades and 4 large senior teas with no ice, the male employee gave me a total of 7.85. I questioned the price at the window as I believed it should be 7.69 based on previous visits. The manager, Natanya Hyman, insisted the higher total was correct and mentioned a limit on the number of discount drinks seniors can buy, suggesting I purchase half gallons instead. I explained that I always ordered the same way without issues before. Natanya claimed previous staff should not have sold me the drinks. I requested clarification on the policy regarding the purchase limit of senior drinks and felt Natanya would benefit from additional customer service training. I simply want to know the rules so I can continue to enjoy my drinks hassle-free. Thank you.

I recently visited the Bojangles on Hwy [redacted] in Goldsboro, NC. While I understand they are understaffed, I was disappointed by the service. Despite there being 8 employees, not even the person at the window knew my order until the very end. I observed two staff members chatting and laughing instead of working, and the "manager" who asked about my order didn't even let me finish before rushing me. When I got home, my order was incorrect, which was frustrating after waiting in the drive-thru for so long. Customers should be patient, but accuracy is crucial. It's essential for the manager to oversee the team better, especially when short-staffed. Customers pay for their orders, so professionalism is key on both ends.

My daughter recently worked at this establishment for three days as part of her training. Unfortunately, during her time there, a senior lady was disrespectful towards her and my daughter, being a minor, decided to quit due to the negative environment. We have been trying to collect her paycheck, but every time she goes in, she is told it's misplaced. After speaking with the manager, we were assured that her check was available for pick up. However, upon her return, she was once again told it was lost. I went to the store personally to collect it but was unsuccessful as well. This treatment is unacceptable, and I feel they are taking advantage of her being a minor. As a single parent relying on this income, it's crucial that she receives her payment promptly. I have tried contacting relevant authorities without success and would appreciate a resolution to this matter.

I accidentally placed an app order at the BoJangles on Main Street in Dawsonville, GA, thinking it was the one on South [redacted] Center Lane. This location is nearer to me. I placed another order at the South [redacted] Center Lane branch, hoping to cancel the first order. I've tried calling the Main Street branch for about an hour, but their line is always busy. I would like assistance on receiving a refund from the Main Street BoJangles. Thank you for your help. I am a big fan of BoJangles, so I hope to resolve this issue without much difficulty.

I recently had two interviews with a store in Hudson, NC, looking for a new job that would be a better fit than my current position at McDonald's. I spoke with the manager, Gary, during the second interview, and we agreed that I would give my two-week notice to McDonald's and start working at Bojangles the week of August 22nd. I received the new hire paperwork, W2 forms, and tax credit form via email on August 13th, as agreed. Despite being prompted to reconsider, I ended my tenure at McDonald's on the 20th, returning my uniforms. However, on the morning of the 20th, I received an email stating that they were no longer considering my application. I have attempted to contact them via email, text, and phone calls daily, with no response. When I visited the store on Wednesday, I learned that my paperwork had not been received, leading to the decision to move on without me. Despite my efforts to explain and provide proof, the manager declined to review my documentation. I feel let down and left unemployed without a backup plan, deeply affected by this situation. It is crucial for me to have this situation acknowledged.

I recently went to pick up an order for a DoorDash customer from Bojangles in Chester, SC. Upon arrival, I found the door locked, so I proceeded to the drive-thru. The staff insisted I come inside, despite my explanation that the door was locked when I tried. After the door was unlocked, I reiterated that it was locked earlier and asked for the order to be handed through the window. When they ignored my request and threatened to involve the police, I reluctantly went inside to collect the order, but they still refused to give it to me. The situation was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the store addresses their customer service concerns promptly.

I ordered 3 large dirty rice but was informed by the cashier that there was only enough to fill 1. She didn't offer to make more and I waited over five minutes while she prepared another order without any apology. Despite not being in the drivethru, she left my one cup of rice sitting there. This occurred at the Cedartown GA location, with receipt ticket# [redacted]. I believe she could have handled the situation better by offering to prepare fresh rice. I feel a gift card would be appropriate as the service was unsatisfactory. The cashier lacked basic greetings and seemed indifferent to customers. Contact me at [redacted]

I visited the Bojangles on Owen Drive in Fayetteville, North Carolina at 6:45 pm to get dinner, but found the dining area closed with employees inside. I was advised only the drive-thru was open, but walking through it wasn't allowed. This has occurred multiple times. Can you clarify why the restaurant isn't operating during the hours posted?

In Knightdale, NC on Hwy 64 at around 9:50 am, there was a situation with a younger black male and a black female in their 20s working at the drive-through. My father and I, both disabled, felt threatened by the female employee who mentioned tampering with our food. She seemed upset, claiming my stepfather had yelled in the microphone, which wasn't the case. After the altercation, we received the wrong order which she then threw out the window. We wasted money on the uneaten food. I can provide further details on a call because there's more to this story. I am currently in contact with the store. No one should face such treatment. We briefly considered involving the police but decided to leave the scene. I am Joe Allen, a 52-year-old black man.

I recently visited the Bojangles on Highway 85 in Riverdale, and I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered a bowl for the second time, and it was too greasy. When I asked for a refund, I was met with resistance and lip. The young man, Craig, who served me was rude and refused to give me a straw or extra honey. I visit this establishment weekly and spent $18 on a breakfast that I couldn't even enjoy properly. I believe the customer service at this store needs improvement. I will be filing a verbal complaint. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you and have a great day.

I recently went to Bojangles on Crater Road in Petersburg, Virginia. I ordered a meal for a 90-year-old client, asking for it to be fresh. The order consisted of sausage, two eggs, hash browns, and a lemonade with sweet tea. When I received the food, the sausage was dry and dark around the edges, the biscuit was hard, and the potatoes were cool to the touch, not hot as expected. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who initially seemed dismissive until I insisted on getting fresh food. However, upon receiving the supposedly refreshed items, the biscuit was still hard, there was only one egg, and the potatoes were hot but not fresh-looking. After 15 minutes of waiting, I requested my money back and left. I was disappointed with the experience and do not plan on returning to that location.

I frequently visit the Bojangles location in Onley, VA, on Virginia's Eastern Shore. The food quality is always excellent, and the staff members are consistently pleasant and courteous. However, during my recent visit where I ordered my usual 20-piece box meal with 4 sides, tea, lemonade, and biscuits, I was disappointed to find out that the store had run out of string beans and only had one small container of coleslaw available. This seems to be a recurring issue not specific to this location but rather a corporate problem. It's not the first time they have run out of items, and it's disheartening as a customer. I am left wondering if it's worth returning to the restaurant after experiencing repeated letdowns.

Hello, I purchased breakfast at Bojangle this morning around 7:30am. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns. I have been a vegetarian for 18 years, and sudden consumption of meat can make me ill. I suspect my biscuit was cooked on the same grill as meat, as I could taste it and became sick. I know this was unintentional as I like visiting Bojangle. Can I please request a refund or a gift card? In the future, I will request my food to be cooked on a separate grill.
