On May 11th, I received a delivery of severely damaged flowers for Mother's Day. I promptly emailed customer service with a photo of the issue. By May 15th, I had not received a response about a resolution. After spending over an hour on chat, I was informed they would "probably" send a replacement. Today, May 15th, the replacement arrived in an even worse condition than the first. Both times, the box was carelessly placed UPSIDE DOWN at my door. The flowers were crammed into a box much larger than needed with no protection to prevent them from shifting. I am requesting an apology and a refund be issued to my daughter. I will be cautioning everyone against using Bloomex due to this unacceptable experience. Aside from the damage, the wrapping was of poor quality and the presentation was unprofessional. Furthermore, the message from my daughter was difficult to find as it was printed in small font on the BACK OF THE RECEIPT with no accompanying card.

I placed an order for Valentine's Day flowers, but they did not arrive as expected. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the flowers were out for delivery on Valentine's Day, which had already passed. Despite following up twice, no one provided me with an update until the next day when the flowers finally arrived two days late. Unfortunately, the bouquet looked like it had been mishandled during transit, with many of the petals broken or crushed. This experience was extremely disappointing as the flowers were meant to be a special gift for my partner on Valentine's Day.

I purchased 12 yellow roses for our Wedding Anniversary on August 4th. After multiple calls, I was informed the roses wouldn't be delivered on time and would arrive the next day. Given their tardiness, I decided to cancel the order, seeking a refund for the flowers and shipping. Despite returning the roses the next day, I am still awaiting my refund. The company has provided options but I simply want a full refund. Although they promised a response within 24 hours, I have yet to hear back from them despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue.

Order Number: [redacted]6 My order was shipped via Purolator from Halifax, Nova Scotia to PEI but ended up in Moncton first. I ordered flowers, expecting a local delivery service to follow my instructions, not a courier picking them up from a province away. Why did they divert to New Brunswick? My request was to leave the flowers with my neighbors if I wasn't home, but Purolator left them on the porch during January's cold weather. Sadly, the flowers arrived damaged and wilted. I am dissatisfied and would like a refund.

I made a flower order for Sunday, but they were not delivered. They promised Monday delivery, but it hasn't arrived by 5:37 pm. I paid around $75 and am disappointed by the delayed delivery. The confirmation number is [redacted]. I placed the order over the phone from Montreal to be sent to Iroquois, Ontario. This service experience has been unsatisfactory. T. McGimpsey

I placed an order for flowers, but the email receipt had the wrong address. I promptly contacted Calgary to correct it to [redacted] Covington Close, not 2. Although I reached out on Saturday, I only noticed Calgary's response in my junk folder on Tuesday. They mentioned a $15 fee for attempted delivery, which I agreed to and provided my card details. Despite numerous follow-up emails, I have not received a response. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.

I recently ordered snapdragons for my friend who was going through a difficult time, but was extremely disappointed with the cheap carnations and daisies that arrived instead. I had hoped to send something colorful and uplifting, but what was delivered fell short. I would appreciate it if Bloomex could issue a refund for this order. I have been unable to reach them by phone as the number provided seems to be incorrect. It would be great to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you, Anne
