I have a BB [redacted], and I am aware that it will no longer be supported after January 4, [redacted]. However, I need to use it for now. Yesterday, I started to get a "no service" indicator on any network when on auto setting. When I switch to manual and scan for available networks, it never finds any network and times out. I can see the network listed in the preferred network list, and I can highlight it, but my only option is to move, add network, view, delete, or close. How can I actually choose/save that network? Thank you.

I need help transferring data from my BlackBerry Q10 to my Mac desktop before AT&T discontinues support for the device. Despite receiving a new phone, I haven't activated it because it's not a BlackBerry. How can I save my information since the usual BlackBerry programs and sites no longer work for Q10 devices? BlackBerry Customer Service was unhelpful, and I feel frustrated as a loyal customer of over 20 years. Bogus.

Hallo liebes Blackberry-Team,

Hello,
I have a BlackBerry Leap 10 and I am trying to complete the setup wizard. It is asking for a Wi-Fi connection, then prompting me to set up a VPN, but I am unsure how to proceed. I have registered my BlackBerry ID but am having trouble finding it. When I try to set up the VPN, it's asking for a mobile network, which is already connected. Can someone assist me with this issue?
Thank you,
D.G.

I have a Z10 STL100-1 that I reset back to factory settings. After turning it on, it gets stuck on the Wi-Fi setup in the menu. Can anyone provide the download link for Blackberry Link, Autoloaders, drivers, and the operating system? Your help is appreciated. I'm from Venezuela.

I want to raise a serious issue regarding Mr. Gourav, the Manager at the Blackberry Showroom in Hazratganj, Lucknow. Last February 4th, [redacted], I bought two trousers and three shirts totaling approximately Rs. [redacted] at the store. I also handed in my six-month-old blackberry trouser for alterations and a defective zipper replacement. However, Mr. Gourav refused to carry out the necessary work. Thankfully, another staff member named Mr. Ramkaran stepped in, promising to complete the alterations within a day. Mr. Ramkaran requested a new zipper, which I provided yesterday.
I have been attempting to contact Mr. Gourav on his two numbers, +91 96[redacted]1 and +91 [redacted], from three different numbers. Unfortunately, he claims to be busy on the initial call and subsequently blocks all three of my numbers. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe strict action is required against Mr. Gourav to prevent Blackberry from losing valued customers like myself.
Thank you,
Vineet Verma
