I got a new Passport as a warranty replacement a month ago and tested it with wifi. I was using my BB Classic in the meantime. When I tried to use the Passport today, the sim card didn't work. I took it to the store, they tried a new sim card, but it still doesn't work. Seems like the sim card reader is defective. Any suggestions? Can I still return the Passport to BB?

I have been attempting to reach Customer Service for over 30 minutes. The Technical Support number is no longer working. Recently, I purchased a Blackberry Android KeyOne which has had Wi-Fi connectivity issues since the purchase less than 6 weeks ago. I have returned it to the dealer multiple times, but they were unable to resolve the problem. Chatr, the carrier, was also unhelpful. When contacting your Technical Support, I was asked for the IMEI number, which is [redacted][redacted], IMEISV60, Serial # [redacted], and the Wi-Fi number cc.fd;17;e7;79bc. If I do not receive a response, I will have to bring the Blackberry to the Head Office in Waterloo, despite living in Toronto. The lack of accessible Technical Support is disappointing considering it was advertised. I hope to avoid the trip to the Head Office. Sincerely, Zorina F.

Today, while replying to a text message, my Blackberry KEYone screen suddenly went blank. I bought this device on August 11, [redacted], from Amazon.com and can provide proof of purchase. It happened around 4:05 pm on 11/17/[redacted], with the battery level at 70-80%. The screen still lights up, but no information is displayed, and the phone seems to be receiving notifications without showing them. The touch keys at the bottom still work but don’t have any visible impact. I've tried restarting the phone multiple times using the hard-start button, but it hasn't changed anything. The phone has never been dropped or exposed to water. I suspect the screen might have a short circuit. I'd like to get a solution, refund, or replacement promptly. Thank you for your attention.

In my research, it seems many individuals are reselling their old BlackBerrys when they upgrade, leaving the original owner's BB ID on the device, which cannot be deleted. Blackberry should address this issue in their knowledge base. Despite contacting both Blackberry and my cell provider, the only way to resolve this is to contact the original owner to remove their BB ID or change the email address associated with it. I am attempting to reach out to the previous owner of my phone to rectify this. Not all users are wealthy business owners; we rely on our phones for more than social media. Customer service is essential, and Blackberry should streamline the process for individuals who can prove they legitimately purchased their devices.

My Z10 STL100-4 beeped twice while in my pocket in standby mode. When I checked, the phone was stuck on the boot sequence and only displayed the logo. I attempted to reset it by holding the power button for around 20 seconds, but it didn't respond. After removing and reinserting the battery, the boot sequence began again but got stuck on the logo once more. I also tried using LINK, but my phone wasn't recognized.
I need to retrieve my contact list from the phone. How can I troubleshoot the phone to regain access to my contacts? I can't access the backup in LINK without the phone. Is there an alternative way to retrieve data from the backup?

I am seeking help from BlackBerry regarding my stolen device. Even though I like the device, the safety of my personal and company's information is more crucial. I suspect individuals in my neighborhood of switching my original device, and I have the necessary paperwork to prove my ownership. I believe there might have been a federal warrant issued on the BlackBerry in Washington for confidentiality and the safety of federal personnel. The suspects are likely Mike, Linda, Vanesa, and Erica, living nearby. My contact information has changed to [redacted] and [redacted] Although I had an early BlackBerry for Lotus Notes, which I did not use, I still believe in the product and want to return to BlackBerry as the co-founder of the trademarked Independent News Organization. Thank you, Robert F Westerman.

I am a fan of BlackBerry mobile phones which are well-known worldwide for their quality and reputation. In this rapidly evolving era of technology, competition among mobile companies is fierce, especially for younger customers like students and unemployed individuals. Despite the advanced features of BlackBerry Mobile, their relatively higher price point makes it challenging for many young people to afford them. By offering more affordable options, the company can expand its reach and popularity among a broader audience. I believe that by creating attractive yet budget-friendly mobile phones, BlackBerry can attract more customers, including those with limited budgets. I am willing to share my idea with BlackBerry Mobile to help them grow and connect with a wider consumer base out of love for the brand. Please pass on this message to the BlackBerry company for consideration. Best wishes to everyone.

I own a Blackberry Bold [redacted] and wanted to access AppWorld. Upon opening the app, a notification appeared stating that I needed to upgrade my current version to use Blackberry App World. There were two options: upgrade or close. I attempted to upgrade, but it just kept loading and brought me back to the same notification. What does this mean? Do I have to switch to a different device because this model is no longer compatible?

Hello, my name is Dustin Steeves. I am trying to contact the design, marketing, and executive departments as I have valuable information to help your company become more competitive and regain a respectable share of the wireless market. With experience as an engineer and service in Iraq and Afghanistan, coupled with design expertise from attending Design & Architecture Senior High, I believe the insights I offer are both innovative and revolutionary. Prior to reaching out to any competitors, I am presenting my unique business model to your company first. I was inspired by the design of the Blackberry Empath during my online search for design ideas, leading me to imagine a compelling vision that I wish to share with you. I hope my presentation conveys the importance of our origins, emotional connections, and the essence of being human. Thank you for taking the time to consider my message; I eagerly anticipate your response.

Subject: Issue with Defective Free Gift and Request for Replacement
Dear Customer Support,
I am reaching out for the third time regarding an issue with a free gift I received after purchasing a suit from the Blackberry outlet in M I Road, Jaipur, on 31.10.[redacted]. The free gift, a suitcase, experienced damage to one handle and chain after just one careful use. When I approached the outlet, I was informed that as it was a complimentary item, there was no guarantee for its replacement, which I found disappointing considering Blackberry's reputation.
I kindly request your assistance in replacing the damaged suitcase with a new one. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Thank you,

I am experiencing an issue with my Blackberry Bold [redacted]. There is an application named Battery Booster that repeatedly prompts me to purchase it without providing any contact information. This pushes me to buy the app, making my BlackBerry usage more challenging.
I am unsure of the developer of Battery Booster, which used to provide notifications when the battery was low. Despite messaging Blackberry, I received information that all Blackberry apps are supposed to be free. However, Battery Booster is not free, and I am hesitant to make unidentified purchases due to security concerns. Could you please assist me in removing this bothersome Battery Booster app and preventing further purchase prompts?
Thank you.

Dear BlackBerry,
My name is Jason Mays, a 41-year-old business owner in the photography industry and a dedicated BlackBerry user. I recently switched to BBMe and am seeking some information. In [redacted], I cherished my @BlackBerry.net email address for its security. Now subscribed to BBMe, I am wondering if I can acquire a BlackBerry email address. Perhaps there's a package option to include it in my BBMe subscription? I'm willing to pay for this service to enhance my BlackBerry experience on my BlackBerry Classic and KeyOne. Having a BlackBerry email address would truly complete my dream setup.
Sincerely,
Jason D. Mays

Hello,
I purchased a Blackberry Keyone in December [redacted] from Currys. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the phone has been very slow and the screen image is starting to tremble. Despite taking good care of it and using a leather cover, I have observed that one of the sides at the back has opened up. This is disappointing for such an expensive phone. I paid for it in cash and I believe this is a manufacturing fault that Blackberry needs to address. I am eagerly awaiting a response from Blackberry regarding this matter.
Thank you,
Mariana B.

I encountered an issue with the Blackberry UEM Client on my iPhone 13 Pro Max after changing my passcode from 6 to 4 digits. The UEM prompted me to enter my Blackberry password due to the change in face ID or passcode. Seeking help from my IT administrator, they reactivated my account and provided me with a new password for UEM login. Despite several attempts to reinstall the UEM, it skipped asking for user ID or password and directly displayed the "Compliant" screen. Various IT professionals examined my iPhone, removed all Blackberry apps and profiles, reinstalled UEM, but the problem persisted.

I own a Key one Black Edition that is almost 3 years old. I have never set up a password on my phone until recently when I decided to do so on a whim. After setting the password as "OysterReach," I got locked out when I tried to make a phone call. Despite entering the password multiple times, my phone did not recognize it. I have been unable to access my phone for six days now. I have already visited a few phone shops on the High Street, but they couldn't resolve the issue. I am contacting you to help me cancel the password and regain access to my phone. Since my phone is currently unusable, you can reach me at [redacted]6 or [redacted] on my husband's phone. He is present with me if you need to speak with him directly for permission. Thank you for your immediate assistance. Sincerely, Susan Carter

Six days ago, I set a password on my phone for the first time just to try it out. However, I got immediately locked out as the password is not being recognized. I can't receive calls or data, and I'm struggling to cancel the password. I urgently need to remove it to avoid getting banned from using my phone. I am reaching out for assistance from my husband's phone since I am unable to use mine. I visited two high street phone shops, but they were unable to assist me and suggested I reach out to you.

Hi there,
I need help figuring out how to make the microphone on my Key1 work properly. Also, I am wondering how I can increase the size of the text window. Right now, the texting window only shows three lines of text, which limits the space I have for drafting my messages. I would like to adjust it to display more text, maybe around 60/40 or 70/30 split. Thank you!

My original Blackberry 8703e, received in September [redacted], refuses to power up as of January 15, [redacted]. Although it charges and the red light blinks, it only manages to reboot with the hourglass spinning on the screen and briefly displays the Sprint home screen before shutting down once more. Even after swapping out the battery, the problem persists. A suggestion from someone who tested the charging abilities indicates a potential lack of power to operate, possibly due to the motherboard. This Blackberry holds sentimental value for being my first and only cell phone for 12 years, full of cherished memories. I am hoping to find a solution to this issue to keep using my beloved phone. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my BB ID and Protect. While deleting my BB ID, I disabled Protect and then logged into my BB account from another phone to delete my ID. When trying to perform a wipe, it requests my BB password even though I disabled Protect. After restarting the phone twice, the Protect feature was somehow re-enabled, indicated by the color change to blue.
I then attempted to log into the BB ID site, but it said my login password was not found. I created a new BB ID with the same email successfully, but when I log into the BB Protect site, it says no device is associated. I'm puzzled as to why, after resetting my password, it's still not working.
My BB ID is [redacted] I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Following his instructions, I attempted to call back at 5:30 pm today but ran into a loop of automated messages without reaching any assistance.
