This is my 5th or 7th time contacting your company. I have been a loyal customer for years, regularly purchasing your products. My youngest son has autism spectrum disorder and his favorite food is your triple berry shock gushers. I used to buy them on Wal-Mart.com, ordering over 25 boxes a month, until they were discontinued. I have contacted local stores in Yakima, WA, but none carry them. Online, I can only find them overseas for $[redacted] for 20 boxes. Each time I reach out, I receive the same canned responses to check local stores or Amazon, which I've already exhausted. I plea for help from management to assist with obtaining this product for my son. Thank you.

I recently bought three boxes of Berry flavored Fruit by the Foot from Ingles in Lincolnton, NC. Each box is supposed to contain six items. However, one box only had 6 items, the second had 4, and the third had 5. As I rely on the number of items for lunches and snacks, this inconsistency has caused issues. This has happened before with Fruit Roll-Ups as well. I typically purchase the large boxes and have had missing items a few times. I understand that a machine is responsible for counting and packaging, so I'm not pointing fingers. I just wanted to bring this to your attention and see if there is any way you can help me with the missing items. Thank you for addressing this.

Dear Customer Service: I am a dedicated consumer of your fudge brownies, but lately, I have been encountering hard foreign objects in them consistently. The presence of these objects, which I suspect could be debris from your machinery, has been extremely unsettling. Despite washing the objects, they remain unidentifiable, leading me to believe they might be pieces of plastic. I urge you to investigate this matter with urgency as it is disconcerting to encounter something hard in what should be a soft treat. While I prefer your brand and product, the frequency of this issue has me reconsidering my options. I hope your team will address this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello, Chandler. I am a huge fan of your products, with Scooby Doo Gummies being my favorite. As a child, nothing beat coming home after school to enjoy those iconic pouches filled with my beloved cartoon characters. The excitement of finding an abundance of opaque blue scooby snacks always made my day. Recently, I ordered a 60-pack from Amazon to share this nostalgia with my younger cousins. To my dismay, upon opening the box, the beloved blue scoobies were missing. I later discovered these had been discontinued a few years back. Understanding the necessity of business decisions, I am not here to complain but to seek insight into the choice. 1. What led to the removal of the opaque gummies? 2. Are there any plans to reintroduce them? 3. Can you provide some for my cousins to try? 4. Are there alternative snacks you suggest? 5. Are Shark Bites still available with a similar concept? Thank you for your time. I am eager to hear back from you soon.

On Tuesday evening, I bought 4 bags of Betty Crocker cookie mix at Giant in Boyertown, PA. I needed them for children's youth services. Despite following the instructions, the cookies turned out flat as pancakes. Feeling frustrated, I tried a second, third, and fourth batch, all with the same disappointing results. Realizing it was an issue with the mix, I had to rush to get a different brand to fulfill my commitment to the children's event. This experience left me upset and let down. I doubt I'll purchase Betty Crocker cookie mix again after this incident.

I made a Super Moist yellow cake using a cake mix. Everything seemed fine while baking. However, once I removed the cakes from the pans, they appeared okay. Yet, when I attempted to frost the cooled cake, it crumbled and I struggled to apply the frosting. It felt like I was tearing it apart with each frosting layer. The inner layer barely held any frosting, the top was similar, and the sides broke off whenever I tried to frost them. I would appreciate a replacement for the cake mix and the Betty Crocker frosting used. It would also be helpful to understand the potential cause of this issue. Thank you.

I bought FOUR Betty Crocker Santa's Workshop Gingerbread Cookie kits. Unfortunately, every single one arrived with broken roofs that were difficult to fix due to the softness of the cookie. I had hoped the three-sided design would make it easier for the kids to assemble, but it caused a lot of frustration, particularly for my husband who is an engineer, trying to keep them together. To make matters worse, there was not enough royal frosting to decorate all the houses. I am very disappointed by the poor quality of the kit and the overall experience. While Betty Crocker is known for its good reputation, this has left me feeling disheartened by the waste of time and money, as well as the loss of our family tradition of decorating gingerbread houses.

I recently purchased two bags of Betty Crocker cookie mix, and unfortunately, one of the bags was not sealed properly and spilled in my purse. I'm unsure if this is a common issue or if the bag was damaged by a stocker or another customer. The mess was significant, and when I asked for a replacement at the store, I was too upset to get another one. I believe I should be compensated, not just for the cost of the product, but also for the inconvenience of cleaning up the mess in my purse. I am a loyal customer who frequently buys Betty Crocker products for my grandkids, such as cupcake cups, fruit gummies, cake mix, and brownies. I would appreciate any coupons you could provide. Thank you for your support. - Rose S. Louisville, KY

I buy three boxes of Fruit Roll-Ups variety packs each week for my kids' school lunch, totaling six boxes. Recently, two of the variety packs contained all eight strawberry sensation rolls, one tropical tie dye, and one cherry orange wildfire. This has happened twice now and is frustrating. I wish they offered mega boxes with a variety of flavors instead of just one, as it's not a good deal to end up with only one flavor in the pack. Kids are picky eaters, so having a choice is crucial. It's disappointing to lose the option to select flavors without paying extra. I hope the company considers this to avoid losing customers who value variety in their snacks.

I purchased three Betty Crocker products - a red coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster - four months ago. The coffee maker has leaked water on the counter twice, with unknown source of the leak. The toaster takes too long to toast bread, making it barely crunchy in 5 minutes. The kettle's lid does not stay closed and has spilled boiling water, causing me to get splashed while preparing my infant's bottle. Due to safety concerns, we have stopped using the kettle. I bought these items at Kidds Homehardware in Sundridge, Ontario, for around $35-40 each, totaling $[redacted].29. I am grateful I was not severely burned, and I am requesting a refund for these faulty products. Thank you for your attention to my issue.

About a decade or so ago, I used to enjoy making and sharing your Reese's Dessert Bars at family gatherings. However, I lost track of them and couldn't find them online until recently. I was excited to rediscover them and bought two boxes. The original recipe had a delightful whipped filling resembling mousse, but the new version disappointed me. The peanut butter filling is now crunchy and overly sweet, unlike the old one. Although the chocolate 'crust' remained the same, the chocolate topping didn't melt as it should, even after following the melting instructions. I urge you to bring back the old recipe as the new one doesn't measure up. The smaller pan size was a surprise, but my main concern is the taste and texture of the current product. Please reconsider the changes. Thank you, Linda D.

I purchased a box of Fudge Brownie mix on 10-4-[redacted] and baked them last night. However, post-baking, I discovered 5 pieces of a rubbery substance in the brownies. These pieces varied from rubbery strings to more solid rubbery ones. It was absolutely disgusting! I am unsure if this was a result of a bad box or batch, but it was truly gross. I managed to take pictures of the largest piece, as the smaller ones broke while I was washing them off with water.

I purchased two cookie/brownie mix packets at Piggly Wiggly in Waunakee, WI [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I opened one of the packets at home, the cookie mix pouch was torn open, causing a mess on my counter. Despite salvaging what I could, a good portion of the mix was lost due to the damage. Upon inspection, I noticed a large slice in the middle of the plastic chocolate chip cookie mix packet. The box appeared undamaged, leading me to believe it was a packaging issue. The number on the cookie package is [redacted] for your reference. I wanted to share my disappointment in hopes of preventing this from happening again, although I still enjoy the product and will continue to purchase it in the future.

I recently bought "Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting" for my gluten-free chocolate birthday cake. After applying the frosting, I was disappointed to find it didn't taste like cream cheese or even icing. I had to scrape it off due to its artificial, Play-Doh-like taste. Despite its far-off expiration date, the product was unpalatable. Research online revealed others with similar experiences, having to discard their baked goods due to the frosting. While I appreciate Betty Crocker's gluten-free range, this specific product's poor quality is unexpected. I felt compelled to share my feedback as no one should have to throw away a birthday cake. Thank you for providing a platform to voice my concerns.

I purchased the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Muffin and Quick Bread Mix. I found conflicting baking instructions on the packaging, with one part indicating 15-20 minutes and another suggesting 10-12 minutes. This discrepancy caused my cupcakes to be overcooked and turned out poorly. I am disappointed by this confusion and consider it unprofessional to have contradictory instructions on the same product.

I have a complaint about the individuals in charge of the image and prestige of your brand, specifically the supervisor in charge of Walmart Guatemala and the product placer at the Santa Clara Villa Nueva store. They are unprofessional, gossiping people who are damaging your brand. They are abusive. Please, take action with this personnel. The product placer at Walmart Villa Nueva and the supervisor there are putting the Betty Crocker brand in a bad light. They provide terrible customer service, the lady doesn't attend well, and there is a lack of products every time I go shopping. The supervisor doesn't do his job or reprimand this abusive lady; she continues working with your brand and doesn't attend to customers when they arrive. The service is very poor, and they don't offer a variety of products.

I recently attempted your "Lemon Cream Cheese Bundt Cake with Lemon Glaze" recipe. As a seasoned baker, I followed the instructions precisely. Unfortunately, the cake did not rise properly, leading to a disappointing outcome. Suspecting the issue might be with the cake mix, I tried using a fresh box for a second attempt with no improvement in results. Upon reviewing the recipe, I noticed it doesn't mention oil, which is typically required in cake mixes. This discrepancy might be the cause of the problem. I have always been a loyal follower of Betty Crocker recipes and this is the first time I've encountered such a failure. I found the recipe online and printed it twice, eliminating printing errors as a possible cause. I hope this feedback helps in refining the recipe to avoid future frustrations and wasted ingredients.

Dear Betty Crocker, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue with my 2nd red metallic kettle that I purchased about a year and a half to two years ago. Unfortunately, my first kettle from you stopped working after just two years, but I did not reach out back then as I didn't have the receipt. Now, I am facing a similar problem with the second kettle. The small plastic viewing window on the side developed slight cracks after only a month of use, and despite being careful with the amount of water and the temperature, it has started leaking water onto my counter. I have always been a loyal customer, owning various red appliances from Betty Crocker in my kitchen, and this issue disappoints me as I have another kettle from a different company that has never had this problem. I am considering if I should send this kettle back to you for inspection as it has been well maintained. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Blanquita Chastain from Eustis, Florida. I am reaching out about the disappearance of your delicious lemon square bars mix box. Many customers, including myself, are eager for its return. We are concerned about buying it from eBay due to potential expiration. Could you provide information on when it will be back in stock and the cost per box, as well as its shelf life? We sincerely hope you bring it back soon. Thank you for the years of great meals and desserts; your cookbook was invaluable to me as a young bride learning to cook. Thank you, Blanquita Chastain.

I am currently making the "Traditional Roll Dough Recipe" from the BC cookbook I purchased in the early 90s. I have a question about the instructions regarding shaping the rolls. I am confused as to why it specifies to work with only half of the dough, such as "Cut half of the Traditional Roll Dough into..." or "Roll half of the Traditional Roll Dough into....". Additionally, the yield mentioned only seems to account for half of the dough used. I would appreciate any insights or clarification on this matter. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
