Bethesda Customer Service Issues

Around a year ago, I purchased the Skyrim: Anniversary Edition for PS4, and it came as a complete disc version, not just an upgrade. I've been enjoying it on my PS4 for quite some time. Recently, I received my PS5 and set up a new PlayStation account. If I link my Bethesda account to the new PlayStation account, will my Anniversary Edition content carry over, or will I have to repurchase it? Also, given that there are no PS5 discs but only PS4, if I need to rebuy, would it have to be for the PS4? Additionally, I'm curious if there is a PS5 enhanced version with improved graphics or performance upgrades available.

Yes or No. Please respond clearly and precisely. Many people across various social media groups are holding off on buying the game or an Xbox, etc., awaiting this answer that is NOWHERE to be found, neither from NVIDIA, Bethesda, nor Microsoft, just weeks before the game's release! I installed the recent Skyrim update yesterday. Following the download, the instructions mentioned clicking on 'Creations' in the game's Main Menu to access or reload mods. Unfortunately, I can't find the Creations option on my Main Menu. I've come across other players online who are facing the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and performed hard restarts on my XBOX Series X console without success. Unsure what steps to take next. All the mods I previously used are still available on the Bethesda site. The main issue now is how to reintegrate them into my game.
