One of our accounts was banned due to the mass bannings related to having duped items. Though we did not participate in duping, we did come across a large stash and unfortunately kept it. Thankfully, our other account has been unbanned, and we would like to resume playing the game as a pair. The issue we are facing is that we are unable to get our banned account unbanned. The problem lies in the fact that the Bethesda account linked to the banned Xbox account is quite old and inaccessible because we do not have the login details. Additionally, the linked email is no longer active, making it impossible to reset the password. Creating a new Bethesda account is not an option either because it cannot be linked to the Xbox account already in use. We have attempted to reach out to customer service, but have been unsuccessful as they do not acknowledge our ownership of the account. It would be greatly appreciated if we could speak to a representative over the phone to resolve this matter.

I recently purchased Gears 5 and have just started playing. I'm enjoying the game so far, but I've encountered a major issue with one of the modes, Horde. The game keeps forcefully exiting, stating that I've lost connection. This happens consistently after a short period, around 45 seconds. I've tried adjusting settings and playing different ways, online and in private matches, but the issue persists. Many others seem to be facing the same problem after the recent update, and I hope this can be looked into and resolved soon.

Please share this message. I am trying to help. I believe there's too much focus on online games. I used to be a big fan of the Fallout series, but Fallout 76 is disappointing. While there has been progress with recent expansions, the game still feels lonely and frustrating, especially for lower-level players like me. The imbalance in enemy difficulty makes exploration challenging. Mixing lower-level players with much higher-level ones doesn't work well. Having enemies significantly stronger than you is disheartening. I hope the developers consider restructuring the game to create a more balanced and enjoyable experience. Perhaps taking a break from online games and focusing on a single-player story-driven game could revitalize the Fallout series.

As a subscriber to Prime Gaming, previously known as Twitch Prime, I redeemed several Doom Eternal loot rewards between April and June last year. Even though I purchased the game in July or August and only started playing it in December, I have not received any of the redeemed loot in the game. Despite contacting customer support on December 17th about this issue and another problem with my account verification not working, which they later resolved by manually verifying my email and changing my password, I am still missing the Prime Gaming loot. They informed me that they are still investigating the matter, attributing the delay to a widespread issue affecting many players. I am hesitant to start playing the game because other users have reported that Bethesda had to reset their accounts to resolve similar problems, and I do not want to risk losing my progress due to technical issues beyond my control.

Hello and good day, After a software update on my mobile phone, I lost access to the 2FA installed there and now I can't log in with my credentials because I can't bypass the 2FA. I have already submitted a service ticket, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from you. :( I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me here, as I have several game accounts for Fallout 76 and can't access any of them. Currently, my main account is still playable on the Bethesda Launcher, but it's only a matter of time before I can no longer access it because occasionally the code is requested again. PLEASE help me here. I am totally desperate because I have been an enthusiastic player since day 1 and have made significant progress in the game that I would never be able to make up for.

I used to prefer Skyrim, but my husband Lyle is a huge fan of Fallout. His passion for the game convinced me to give it a try, and I've had some incredible adventures in the wasteland since. We've been playing Fallout 76 together, bonding over the post-apocalyptic setting and shared experiences in-game. Unfortunately, Lyle's account was banned without any explanation, causing frustration and disappointment. He has tried reaching out to customer support, posted on Reddit, and even considered starting fresh with a new account. However, the lack of transparency and unfair treatment has left us both disheartened. We are uncertain about our future with Bethesda, a company we once respected. In the meantime, we've turned to playing Civ 6 together as a temporary escape. Lyle's ban has cast a shadow over our enjoyment of Fallout memorabilia. We hope for a resolution and ask for his account to be reinstated. Thank you for your attention. - Amanda M. W.

While playing Fallout 76 on PS4 in England around 8:30 pm, I encountered a player camp near Grafton Dam belonging to Me_Jeff_Gardner. The camp was built inside an "inaccessible" house, which the player exploited to place his camp inside. Signs directed access through a tinker's workbench that teleported me inside where I was ambushed by punji boards and killed. Now, my belongings are stuck inside, and it seems this player is using the camp to rob others due to the amount of items displayed on the map. Another player attempted to enter and now our items are trapped there. I have videos of the incident. Contact me on PS if needed. - ETD-Stinky

I am urgently seeking assistance regarding my permanent ban from Elder Scrolls Online. I am devastated as I have been a dedicated player for 3 to 4 years with no previous infractions. My friend invited me to a group where unbeknownst to me, there were individuals farming materials who appeared to be normal players, not bots. I have never utilized any unauthorized third-party software. I have invested significant funds into the game and have always maintained a positive standing. Please review the footage and reconsider my ban. You can reach me at [redacted]. My Elder Scrolls Online ID is OtepGosowDio, and my PlayStation name is AccaliaHuntress. I implore you to help me resolve this misunderstanding.

I am having trouble editing my account information on bethesda.net. I recently attempted to update my security question, but encountered an issue. Although I successfully changed the question, the answer I provided is not being accepted. Additionally, when I attempt to revisit the screen to input the answer again, nothing happens. I am confident that the answer I entered matches the new question. However, the system is not recognizing it.

PS4 Skyrim - 0KB save issue. I am looking for reassurance that this is being addressed and an estimate on when a patch or update will be released. I purchased the anniversary edition update and have attempted various solutions: deleting all data, removing the most recent save, reinstalling the game, and deleting mods. Despite not being a seasoned gamer, I am facing significant issues as the game is unplayable due to the saving problem. Progress is lost upon entering or leaving locations like Riften, homes, or caves. I am also struggling to remove the creation club content and revert to playing the original version. Any updates on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Today, I tried to log in to my Bethesda account that contains my purchase history of games like Doom Eternal and Fallout 76. Unfortunately, I was asked to create a new account. Once logged in, I couldn't find any of my previous purchases. I never received a notification about an existing profile and my attempts to retrieve my order numbers have been unsuccessful. I'm concerned if my account has been compromised or deleted.

I own Fallout 76 on my Steam account under the username Onilius. However, this is not the username I want to use, and I am facing difficulty accessing my Bethesda.net account to make changes. Despite attempting to reset my password and checking my spam folders for any reset emails, I have not received any correspondence. I typically use three different email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], yet none of them have proven effective. It's worth noting that I have my Bethesda User ID (BUID) available (fdccd18-b7f2-4f0d-[redacted]-fb1cb71045cc). Assistance in updating my username would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received a permanent ban in Elder Scrolls Online for my character name, "Mike the Liar," which was a tribute to the character Maiq. My gamer tag, "Red Helm Cheese," has been with me for 17 years without any issues. I'm willing to change it to regain access to my account. Despite past bans for names, I thought I was being careful with my recent choices. I am dismayed by the ban as a dedicated ESO fan who has spent a significant amount on the game. I apologize if my names were offensive unknowingly. Playing ESO has been a crucial part of my life, especially after a car accident that left me with PTSD. It has helped me socialize and cope while awaiting treatment. I have always supported ESO and even assist new players regularly. I hope to resolve this issue and continue enjoying the game. Thank you. - Doug M.

I downloaded Skyrim V Special Edition on my computer from Steam. I also have it on my Xbox One, but I'm experiencing issues where the game kicks me off. I tried installing mods, including some from LoversLab, but after that, Skyrim wouldn't load. I uninstalled the mods, but now when I try to run the game, the music starts, then quickly breaks up and stops. I'm not very familiar with computers beyond gaming, so I'm unsure how to resolve this. I initially wanted to enhance my game with realistic mods, but now I just want to play without freezing or being kicked off like on Xbox. Can anyone help me fix this, or have I wasted over $40?

I've had issues while playing Bethesda games, especially getting disconnected during boss fights, which has led me to feel scammed. The lack of support and feedback from Bethesda is frustrating, with only the struggling community to turn to for help. It's disheartening to see players being taken advantage of and ignored when they seek assistance or changes. The focus on profit over player experience is evident, causing many to question the company's priorities. The impact on families already facing financial challenges due to rising costs of living is substantial. Despite continuing to play Fallout 76, many of my friends have already quit out of frustration, leaving me with only a small percentage of my original gaming group. The lack of customer support from Bethesda is disappointing and makes it difficult to enjoy their games fully.

My account on the ESO forums got banned by Bethesda Customer Support for allegedly violating the Code of Conduct due to Bashing. I explained that the asterisks in my post were intentional and not a profanity issue. Despite this, they refuse to review the situation and marked their decision as final. I've been playing this game since beta and have never faced such treatment. I'm open to being banned if I had actually done something wrong, which was not the case. Please review my original post, which clearly shows that no profanity was used. The incident ID is [redacted]09 regarding the Elder Scrolls Online forum account ban. I simply seek fairness to continue playing the game and participating on the forum. Thank you, Azurya.

I've had my account for a while and recently started using it while playing Fallout 76. I noticed my display name in the game and wanted to change it. When I clicked on "edit account" in my Bethesda account management, it asked for a security question. I tried different answers but ended up resetting the question. I tried again with the new answer but kept getting an error message saying it was incorrect. I even tried variations of the word to see if it was case-sensitive, but still no luck.

I'm not very tech-savvy, but I can recognize when a patch that's supposed to fix issues ends up causing more problems. It's frustrating when fixes like the "Moonshiners Jam" result in players being unexpectedly kicked out of the game during important events like the "Scorched Beast Queen" battles. These continuous problems where players are losing valuable supplies like stable flux, ultracite, ammo, and other supplies due to sudden evictions are disheartening. It's been happening over the past four days, leading to significant losses. I believe the game needs to be temporarily shut down and thoroughly repaired. This is just my opinion, and I'm sure many others feel the same frustration.

My old Bethesda account is linked to Doom Eternal, which is preventing me from accessing the campaign. Despite purchasing the game, it prompts me to buy it again. Since my Bethesda account is linked to an invalid email address, I can't remove it. Could you please delete my Bethesda account so I can use my valid email address? I play on PS4 with the profile name itachi_GHOST0306. The outdated email on Doom Eternal is [redacted], and my username is cleverdunmer10861. It shows "no specific username specified. Please complete the account verification," indicating I can't proceed without the correct email. Thank you for your assistance. Have a great day or evening.

My previous Bethesda account is linked in Doom Eternal, so I can't access the campaign. It prompts me to buy the game even though I already purchased it. Since my Bethesda account is connected to an outdated email, I can't remove it. Can you delete my Bethesda account to allow me to use the current one? I'm on PS4 with the profile name itachi_GHOST0306. The outdated email on Doom Eternal is [redacted], and my username is cleverdunmer10861. It shows "(no specific username. Please complete account verification)" below, which is because of the wrong email. So, it would be great if you could delete my old account.
