Dear Todd Howard,
I am disappointed with the recent Fallout 76 update that negatively impacted my gameplay experience. A trade I had with another player resulted in a significant reduction in damage for a weapon I acquired. Prior to the update, the lever action rifle received dealt [redacted] damage with my perk cards. However, post-update, the damage output decreased to [redacted], rendering the weapon nearly useless and a waste of caps. This drastic change has soured my enjoyment of the game. I urge you and your team to address this issue promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among players. Your reputation and the future of Bethesda hinge on how you handle these problems. It is crucial to prioritize the fans and quality of your games over profit. I recommend hiring competent professionals and avoiding further disruptions in future updates to uphold the integrity of the game. Your prompt action and improvement are vital to the survival of your company in the gaming industry.

To the team behind Fallout 76, There is significant disappointment among players regarding the recent drastic nerfs to legendary and explosive weapons. This decision was made without fan input and has resulted in a backlash from the community. Players, like myself, invested time and effort to obtain these powerful weapons, only to have their effectiveness drastically reduced overnight. One example is the tuned two-shot explosive lever action rifle, which saw its damage output drop from [redacted] to [redacted]. This devaluation of hard-earned items is disheartening and shows a lack of consideration for dedicated players. In addition to gameplay issues, merchandise related to Fallout 76 has also faced criticism for its subpar quality. Items like the Nuka Dark Rum bottle, which was expected to be glass but turned out to be plastic, and the wrinkled canvas bag have left fans feeling let down. If you wish to maintain the success and trust of your player base, it's crucial to address these concerns, listen to feedback, and improve both the game and associated products. Sincerely, A Disappointed Player

While playing Skyrim Special Edition on my Xbox One connected to the account Yu-Gi-Oh pair [redacted], I encountered a problem with auto-saves and saving in general. The auto-saves are not functioning correctly and fail to register in the log, prompting me to manually save frequently to preserve my progress. This manual saving poses a risk of sometimes not saving at all, causing me to fear losing several hours of gameplay. I am playing at level 38 without any mods enabled. To address this issue, I tried deleting my profile's data within the game, but this did not resolve the problem. Additionally, I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game, yet the issue persisted.

Hello, my name is Brandon Mason. My Fallout 76 account has been temporarily suspended, and I'm unable to access it. I don't mind the suspension itself, but I do have an issue. Before this happened, I purchased [redacted] atoms for $40, which I haven't spent yet. The atoms are still on my account. I have been a loyal Fallout fan and spent a significant amount of money on the game. I would like either my account to be unsuspended or a refund of the money spent on the atoms. Although it may not seem like much to you, it is a large amount for me, considering they are unused. My gamer tag is Epicly1029, and you can reach me at [redacted] If my request cannot be fulfilled, then I request a refund for the game and the atoms I purchased. Thank you.

A few months back, my son accumulated numerous saves on Skyrim for PlayStation 4, with several months of gameplay. However, he recently discovered that all his saves have vanished, leaving him with no option but to start a new game. Despite there being fun mods on the game, he is unsure if they contributed to the disappearance of his saves. Oddly, a month or two ago, his saves were intact when he played Skyrim, but today they are nowhere to be found. It's important to note that he is using a PlayStation 4 and not a PC, Xbox, or PlayStation 3.

After installing the March 13, [redacted] update, I enjoyed a few hours of gameplay. However, upon logging out and attempting to log back in, my main character (level [redacted] which I've used since beta) couldn't connect to the server. Despite reaching out to tech support and Zenimax, the issue persists. I've followed their troubleshooting suggestions, including a lengthy game reinstall. With over [redacted] hours invested in this character, starting over isn't a viable option given the time and resources spent. Resolving this technical glitch is crucial as my primary character holds valuable in-game assets and purchases. The lack of response on the matter from both tech support via email and Zenimax's live customer service is frustrating. The game's recent increase in expenses for plans and recipes adds to the concern. I hope for a solution soon to avoid losing all progress and investments in the game.

I am having trouble accessing my ESO account as I cannot remember which email I used to create it. Despite checking all my past and current emails for the confirmation message, I have been unable to locate it. My account ID is Shaggy_Rogers, and it is registered under the name Austin Davis. Although I can still play the game on my old computer, I am unable to log in on my new desktop due to the requirement of an access code on the ESO website. I attempted to seek help on the support page, but it requires information like the email linked to the account and the account creation date, which I do not know. These details are mandatory for submitting a ticket, leaving me unable to recover my account.

After my computer crashed, I have been struggling for three weeks to reinstall my Fallout 76 game following the repair. Despite my efforts, I have not been successful. Online help has not been effective, so I am now requesting assistance from an agent to call me. If I am unable to reinstall the game, I would like a refund for the initial purchase made on Nov 16, [redacted], for $59.99. I played the game until June 4, [redacted], and when I tried to log back in, my password was not accepted, prompting a reset. Although I managed to access the game, I was asked to pay $29.99, which I declined as I had already paid the full amount previously. I have not received any satisfactory guidance from their agents to resolve this issue and recover my game. Despite my request for a refund, I have yet to receive a response. I believe they have records of my purchase and should reinstate my game without asking for an additional payment. I am aware that they offer refunds, and I have also requested this option but have not seen any progress so far.

The issue at hand revolves around the future of Fallout 76. Bethesda's actions going forward will determine whether I remain a loyal customer or choose to part ways. Here is a list of the products I have purchased from Bethesda, showcasing my dedication to their franchises. I am hoping for improvements in Fallout 76, such as private sessions, NPC settlement mechanics, new questlines, reasonable Atom Shop prices, and a focus on customer satisfaction. If these changes are not implemented, I will cease supporting Bethesda. I believe that clear communication and a genuine effort to address customer concerns are paramount. Should Bethesda fail to acknowledge these issues, I will express my disappointment publicly. I appreciate the platform to voice my feedback and concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello,
I'm encountering issues with 'Dishonored: Definitive Edition' on the PS4. I have purchased it, but there appears to be a licensing problem on the German PS Store. I have reached out to PSN Support, and they advised me to seek guidance from you on how to proceed.
The issue at hand is that I own an English PS4 with all my games in English. However, 'Dishonored: Definitive Edition' is displaying in French for both text and voice, which I do not understand. It is supposed to offer English language options. Despite efforts with PSN Support, we only managed to switch the language to German, not English as desired.
I am seeking your assistance in changing the text and voice to English so I can fully enjoy the Dishonored trilogy. Playing through a trilogy without the starting point is not as enjoyable, wouldn't you agree?
I am willing to provide any necessary purchase details upon your request.
Best regards,
Leon F.

I am a fan of "Fallout" and have been playing for years, with "Fallout 4" being my favorite in the series. Recently, I bought the season pass for $50 at GameStop to enjoy the DLCs on my PS4. However, when I tried to redeem it on the PlayStation store, I encountered an error stating it was not installed. Frustrated after trying to troubleshoot on my own, I even considered buying the DLCs from the library. After contacting GameStop and Sony multiple times, with lengthy wait times, they directed me here for assistance since the purchase is non-refundable. I am eager to resolve this issue as I am a huge fan of "Fallout 4" and would appreciate your help in making it work correctly on my PS4.

Hello,
I play Rage 2 offline on the Ps4.
My game saves are always deleted every time I have completed all missions from the 3 mission givers!
This is the 3rd time that whenever I am about to defeat the Authority, after loading Rage 2, a message pops up saying "Game saves are being verified," then it says "corrupted save data deleted," and I have to start all over again!
I paid nearly 60 euros for this game, so one would expect the game progress to be saved!
It's unpleasant but can happen.
Nevertheless, I request a solution to my problem.
Perhaps in the form of a code for the Deluxe Expansion. That would make up for the 4th restart, and I would continue playing Rage 2 normally.
Best regards,
Ricardo T.

Since August 15, [redacted], I've been experiencing issues with using the add-ons included in the Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition on my Xbox One. Earlier this year, I had no problems downloading and enjoying the game with the additional content. After completely removing the game and re-installing it, I was able to play using a previous save from last month. However, the next day when I tried to play again, I received a message stating that the downloaded content was no longer available, even though the manage screen shows that all the necessary add-ons are installed. I don't want to keep deleting and re-installing the game just to play. The game discs are in good condition, so I don't believe the issue is on my end. I just want to be able to enjoy the game without any further complications. If this is a backward compatibility problem, it shouldn't have been advertised for use on Xbox One. I've been a Bethesda fan for years, but lately, it seems like they are having some issues. Thank you for your time and help.

I have been permanently banned from my account due to inadvertently assisting a friend in an activity that resulted in a violation. I am genuinely remorseful for my actions and have learned from this experience. I humbly request for my account to be reinstated. I am eager to resume playing because I truly enjoy the game. My gamer tag is GoldenAssasinv. Additionally, my friend's account, buddy703, was also affected, although he was only involved in collecting items innocently. Your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to abide by the rules strictly moving forward and also report any similar activities I come across. If it is possible, I would like to retain my xo1 power armor with a jet pack, super sledge, and a few valuable firearms while discarding the rest of my possessions. As for my friend, he is only interested in his armor and one weapon. We are eager to return to the game after being banned for four months. Thank you for considering our request.

Dear Bethesda Team,
I downloaded the Wolfenstein Youngblood Deluxe Version in German from the PS4 store and tried to play online with a friend who also downloaded the corresponding version. After numerous attempts to play together, it keeps saying to the other player that I don't have the Buddy Pass. We are confused, and Google isn't providing any solutions. What should we do?
Sincerely, T. J.

After the recent update of Elder Scrolls Legends, I found that my entire card collection, apart from the premiums, has disappeared. This has left me without a playable deck in the game. I am eager to reach out to someone who can assist me in resolving this issue and restoring my missing cards. I hope to avoid any legal action as I have invested a significant amount of money into the game. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been attempting to play "Oblivion" on my Xbox One S using the physical copy of the Game of the Year edition, which includes the "Nights of The Nine" and "Shivering Isles" DLCs. While I can download the game and DLC with no issues, the DLC does not register when I try to start the game. I contacted Microsoft support, and they confirmed I own the rights to play the DLC. Unfortunately, they explained that the Xbox One now downloads DLC digitally rather than through the disc, so I need to contact Bethesda for digital codes for the "Oblivion" DLC. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

This is my third email regarding an issue in Elder Scrolls Blades. I am at level 28, and my jobs show as level 2 or 3 skulls. However, once I begin the job, it switches to 4 or 5 skulls without me changing any gear. My username is RoiDeLaMorte123. I have encountered losses due to this problem and would appreciate a resolution. I have already sent screenshots via email to demonstrate the issue, which remains unresolved. My account email is [redacted], although I have used [redacted] to contact you. Kindly address this glitch without compensation, as I am solely concerned with fixing the issue.

I recently downloaded Fallout 4 from the PlayStation Store for my PS4. After installation, when I tried to start a new game, I encountered a black screen for about 45-60 seconds followed by an error message stating that the application data is corrupted. The message advised deleting the application and redownloading it from the library on the home screen. I've attempted this four times without success. Each time I try to start a new game, it leads to the same black screen and error message. I contacted PlayStation customer service, and they suggested reaching out to Bethesda, as they believe the issue lies with the game and not my console, given that other games I downloaded the same day are working fine.

Ich würde gerne all meine Sachen zurückbekommen.
