I recently purchased the Dragonborn and Dawnguard DLCs for Skyrim. Before buying them, I had Shadowmere as my main horse while being part of the Dark Brotherhood. After journeying to Solstheim, I discovered I couldn't bring Shadowmere along. Once I finished the Dragonborn main quest, I returned to Skyrim but Shadowmere was missing. Despite searching various places like the docks at Windhelm, the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary pool, and my home at Lakeview Manor, Shadowmere is nowhere to be found. I've attempted fast traveling but Shadowmere hasn't reappeared. I'm puzzled as to why this occurred and I'm seeking guidance on how to resolve this situation.

I received Dishonored 2 limited edition game as a gift, but the digital codes were already used in February. Xbox suggested speaking with the gift giver or the store of purchase. However, stores typically do not replace games if the physical copy works. Xbox mentioned you may be able to assist better than them.

I am currently at level 20 in Fallout 4 and stuck on the quest "Getting a Clue." In Kellogg's house, there is a button under the desk that should open a secret room when pressed. Despite Nick Valentine acknowledging that the door is open, it remains closed. I have tried reverting to previous saves and disabling all mods, but the issue persists. I've invested a lot of time in this character, and not being able to progress is disheartening. I love the Fallout series and not being able to continue is really disappointing. Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated so that I can enjoy playing again.

Yesterday morning, my ESO game prompted me for an update. I proceeded with the update, but upon trying to play the game, I realized there was no game audio. Additionally, when accessing the menus, only icons appeared without any text, and they were overlapping. I am unable to identify the quest I am on as the tracker does not display the quest name or objectives, just "tracker goal text." Furthermore, all NPCs are labeled as "offline."
Is there a solution to this issue other than deleting and reinstalling the game?

I am having trouble logging in. My email address is recognized, but the password is not accepted. Despite receiving an email confirming successful account creation and requesting account verification, I have tried this nine times without success. I am perplexed as to where the issue lies. Despite frequently receiving emails from Bethesda and making purchases in the past month, I am unable to redeem the codes for Fallout 76. Even attempting to create a new account has not worked. My store email and login function properly. I have even requested a password change from Bethesda, followed the instructions in the email received, and seemingly reset the password, only to be met with a red box error message saying "something went wrong, please try again." The same information is accepted, but the red box error persists.

I'm frustrated. I preordered Fallout 76 for Xbox One, installed it, and tried to sign in to Bethesda.net, but it keeps saying my account is already linked and won't let me play. There's no contact number for support, so I'm worried I won't get this fixed before the beta ends. It's disappointing to miss out on something I've been looking forward to for so long. A support line for beta releases would have been helpful in situations like this.

Having trouble accessing Fallout 76 B.E.T.A. today was frustrating. I tried linking the B.E.T.A. to my Bethesda.net account multiple times but encountered delays of over 20 minutes each. After several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to create a new Bethesda account. Surprisingly, this process was quick, but it later informed me that my credentials were invalid for playing the B.E.T.A. When I tried to restart the game to link my original account, it kept logging me into the new one with the same invalid credentials issue. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game, only to face the same problem. Seeking advice on how to resolve this issue, hoping for a solution soon!

I'm having trouble advancing past level forty in the game. Even though the XP bar is completely full, it won't transition to level forty-one. I've tried buying skills from trainers, but it shows "5/5 Master," which is incorrect. This is a major problem as it halts my progress and diminishes my motivation to continue playing. I kindly request Bethesda to investigate my account for any bugs causing this issue.

I'm hoping for a solution.
I am wondering if there is a way to transfer my Game Fallout 76 + character data to another PSN Account. My Sony account got permanently banned for reasons I'm not clear on, possibly related to making money from my account, which is not true. I have never posted anything inappropriate in any community. I contacted Support, but they couldn't assist me. Now I am left devastated as there is a significant amount of money and time invested in that account. It's disheartening that Sony does not seem to care or investigate if there was an error on their part. This account is a source of happiness for me amidst the challenges of the world. Playing video games helps me forget my troubles and brings me joy. Losing all of this has left me feeling hopeless.

I encountered a problem while creating an online account. The process glitched after the password and security question section, preventing me from accessing my account. I am reaching out regarding Fallout 76. The game I purchased from you is so glitch-ridden that it may be considered fraudulent. The numerous issues make it nearly unplayable. I struggle to exit power armor and craft items, often having to restart multiple times and losing progress. Loading freezes are also common. The current state of the gaming industry is disappointing. Releasing games prematurely for profit will likely result in financial losses. Releasing an unplayable game is unacceptable to me.

Hello, my name is Seth, and I encountered a bug in Fallout 76 on Xbox today. While playing, I reached level 46 and allocated a skill point to strength, choosing the demolition expert perk level 4. Upon combining the newly purchased card with my existing one, I encountered issues. After a few minutes, I managed to merge them into a demolition expert level 5. However, after playing for an hour, I later discovered that I had one demolition expert one card and one demolition expert three card. Despite having acquired demo 5, I now only possess demo 4. I worked diligently to obtain this card and would appreciate assistance in retrieving my demo 5 card.

I recently purchased Skyrim Special Edition for Xbox One and encountered an issue when trying to download mods and Creation Club content. Each time I attempt to download mods or CC content, I receive an error message stating, "The operation could not be completed." I have tried various solutions found online, including restarting the Xbox and reinstalling the game, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I am seeking assistance in understanding the cause of this issue and finding a resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

While playing Fallout 76 with my friends, I encountered a strange issue. After teleporting from Tanagra Town to my camp, I found myself unable to sprint once I exited my power armor. To try and resolve this, I left the game and rejoined my friends, only to spawn with a mix of T60 and X-01 power armor pieces on different chassis. Despite not finding all my armor pieces in my inventory or stash, I ended up with two power chassis. Unfortunately, I now face a new problem where I am stuck inside the power armor, appearing invisible with broken-looking hands. It seems like I have become a walking power armor frame. I hope for a solution to this odd situation.

I am still waiting for my pre-order of Fallout, order #BTH3874, to be delivered. The shipping method paid for was UPS, with a tracking number, but the item was shipped via USPS without any tracking information beyond its arrival at a USPS facility on November 13th. It has not moved since. I contacted Bethesda customer service a week ago and received only an automated response. I would appreciate an update on the status of my order or guidance on how to proceed with a refund.

I am attempting to update the email linked to my Bethesda.net account because I no longer have access to the current email address. I am encountering an issue while trying to change it within the account settings. The system is prompting me with a security question asking for "What is your favorite game?" Unfortunately, I do not recall the answer to this security question, as my attempts have been unsuccessful. I can still successfully log in to my Bethesda.net account using my username and password. Is there a way for me to receive assistance in updating my email address without the security question?

In Fallout 76 for PS4, I am experiencing a problem with my perks not leveling up as expected. After obtaining a perk point, when I go to select a card, it unlocks it but the number under my category does not increase, making it impossible to use the new perk unless I swap it out with an existing one. This issue persists across all categories despite choosing new cards. For example, after selecting a card for perception multiple times, my perception points remain the same at 5. I enjoy playing the game but this difficulty in leveling up is hindering my progress. Any assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Over the past month and even today, I have spent over $40.00 USD on lunchboxes, but unfortunately, the purchases have not been successful. The only time it worked was when I bought the $0.99 ones. My son also faced a similar issue on a different account. We enjoy playing this game together, which helps us bond, as we also play other Fallout games on the PS4. I have been a loyal customer, investing a lot of money over the years, but these in-app purchases on mobile are unreliable. I hope you can address this matter as it has been a disappointing experience. I can be reached at my email [redacted] and my vault number is [redacted]. Kindly review your accounts as the payment has gone through on our end, but the items were not delivered. Thank you, Matthew Edick Sr.

Hello, while playing Fallout 76 at 8:30pm EST on 12/23/18, I encountered a situation where I obtained a level 45 vampire meat hook with unique perks after defeating a legendary super mutant near my cousin's camp. When I tried to show it to my cousin by dropping it in his base, the item disappeared from my inventory without leaving a visible bag. Despite searching extensively and even dismantling the base, we couldn't find the lost item. Unfortunately, the server kicked us out shortly after. This experience has been frustrating considering it was a significant and advantageous item in the game. I hope to have it returned to me. My gamer tag is bignastybmfd.

I have some questions regarding the new item inventory system you are implementing in Fallout 76. I want to ensure that I will not be penalized for buying various items in the game legitimately to trade with other players. I have purchased a lot of items with caps and money to enhance my gameplay experience through trading. Could you clarify if having a large inventory due to my trading activities could lead to a ban or suspension? I hope that players who bought items legitimately like me will not face consequences meant for those who exploited the game. Additionally, I am concerned about triggering the mass crafting flag when crafting guns for mods. I have been crafting guns for this purpose and would like to avoid any issues. I appreciate your attention to these matters to ensure a fair gaming environment for all players.
