Hello, I have observed that my Gray Meanies oscillators, 2 and 3, specifically the triangle and sinewaves, exhibit a "spike" or glitch during each cycle. After researching online, I came across others who faced a similar problem which they resolved by calibrating the SYMMETRY trim-pots. However, I attempted this on my unit and the spikes persisted irrespective of the trim-pot adjustments, only shifting positions slightly with the shaping... I am seeking advice on how to eliminate these spikes. They are particularly troublesome when utilizing the oscillators as LFOs for modulation since the spikes produce a noticeable "pop" with every cycle. The software on Win7 is running slowly, and I suspect the issue may be with Windows. I am considering switching to mxLINUX 18. Versions 1.3 and 1.7 do not work with mxLINUX, but the 32-bit version 1.5 runs smoothly, although I have only tested it offline so far without any issues. I have encountered a problem with version 1.5.5 apkpure.com.akp on my Android tablet, which runs on Android 4.4.2. The "link" parameter does not save after adjusting and loading, even after multiple attempts. This parameter is crucial for converting two mono channels into one stereo, but it does not save in the scene file. When saving scenes with x-air12 and loading them with x-air18 on Win7, the gain parameter is not retained. I am unsure if this is a normal behavior since Behringer did not provide user manuals to customers as they previously did. It would be beneficial if scene files were compatible across different operating systems, and the saving function should retain all parameters, including "link." About a month ago, I purchased a Behringer UMC22 and downloaded the ASIO4ALL 2.14 driver. Initially, it worked well for about a week with sound playing through my earphones. Notably, the power light on the equipment also failed to illuminate. After researching potential causes, I learned that the +48V switch on the interface combined with my microphone may have caused electrical damage. Consequently, I replaced the interface, ensuring not to touch the +48V switch, but the new equipment exhibited the same power issue. Despite trying different drivers with the new interface, the problem remains unresolved. Any advice on troubleshooting this persistent power problem would be appreciated.

This week, I bought the UMC404HD on Amazon. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get it to work with my Pro Tools Express setup on Windows 10. I reached out to Amazon Technical Support, who suggested that the UMC404HD might be faulty. I received a replacement today, but I'm still encountering the same issue - Pro Tools doesn't recognize it. I've attempted to download new drivers and confirmed that my Windows program recognizes the interface, yet Pro Tools still doesn't. The lack of setup instructions beyond plug-in is frustrating. Hello, I appreciate the quality and affordability of your products. I am very satisfied with the XR18 digital mixer for live performances using a DAW and a mix of analog and digital inputs/outputs. I am reaching out about the recent improvements in the mixer driver that now allow Windows to recognize stereo input and output pairs 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8, and even channels 1 to 8 for surround sound. This development is impressive. However, I am in need of access to channels 17&18 for both input and output. These channels, designated for playback devices like computers, phones, or DAWs, would greatly enhance my audio setup efficiency during live events. Hello, I recently purchased the Behringer ADA [redacted] to expand my inputs on my UAD Apollo Twin USB. Despite following various instructional videos, I had difficulty setting it up. The recommended connection from Apollo Opt IN to Behringer Opt OUT with ADA [redacted] settings on "slave/ADAT" and UAD Console clock set to "ADAT" did not synchronize properly. After setting the ADA [redacted] to "MASTER 48khz," I managed to address the signal issues with my instruments in the UAD Console. However, a new problem arose when recording in Ableton Live. When I hit record on a selected track, it would capture not only the intended instrument but also the backing track from other channels. Despite trying different combinations in Live preferences routing settings, I couldn't separate the signals as needed.
