I was at the store today and wanted to use a new user 20% off coupon to purchase the Calphalon Premier 10-piece Space Saver pots and pans set as a wedding shower gift. I was informed that the item was out of stock and was advised to order online using the coupon. After an unsuccessful attempt to use the coupon online, I was placed on hold for a long time. It has been frustrating not being able to use the coupon as promised in-store. The coupon expires tonight, and I fear I won't be able to use it. The FedEx tracking indicates a label was created on July 19 in Elizabeth, NJ, but it is still awaiting package pickup. The BBB site also states the order is "awaiting carrier pickup." The disconnect lies in the label creation without FedEx pick-up confirmation, resulting in a standstill. Despite contacting BBB via phone and chat, I was advised to wait until July 26, well within the delivery timeframe before requesting a refund or replacement. This approach does not align with customer service standards. Although I would prefer a refund and buy elsewhere, Topricin is out of stock, necessitating the completion of this order sitting in your warehouse. Can someone proactively engage with the warehouse to rectify and expedite shipment? If not, kindly provide the store's contact details for me to intervene. The lack of customer service is unimaginable. A comparable situation with Amazon would have been swiftly resolved. Engaging with your customer service team feels robotic, devoid of critical thinking, merely reading from a script. I await your assistance as a severely dissatisfied customer. Thank you.

I bought two items online on Sunday, July 24th, but when I got them home, I realized they were different from what I expected. I decided to return them. Regarding Order MPL [redacted],
I recently purchased a men's valet from Proman Products, but unfortunately, the item I received does not match the dimensions listed in the product description. The discrepancy is between 45 inches and 36 inches. I've decided to return the valet due to this issue along with a change of preference. When I contacted Proman Products using the number provided on the return label, I was advised to dispute the charge with Bed Bath and Beyond, which I have promptly done. It's frustrating as the BBB website mentioned the option of returning the product if not satisfied. I've also received an email from Clickhere2shop, but my replies are not going through.

I bought a 17" non-stick roaster pan on 11/6/19, but I only used it for the first time this past Christmas. After one use (and hand washing), I noticed several chips on the bottom. I have the original receipt and packaging. The box states a lifetime warranty. I visited my local Bed Bath and Beyond at Queen Creek Marketplace, Arizona, but they are closing and don't have the same pan in stock. I'm unsure what my options are now. Hello. I am writing to share my feedback regarding BB&B in San Diego, CA. I have always been a satisfied customer and have enjoyed the excellent customer service at BB&B. However, I have recently noticed a significant change in the store that I would like to address.
In the past, I loved the abundance of merchandise and the variety of products available for purchase. It was always a delightful experience to explore the store and discover new items. Unfortunately, I have observed that the store now appears to be bare compared to how it used to be. The aisles seem empty, and many of the overhead compartments are covered with dark blue canvas tarps.
This transformation has made my shopping experience less enjoyable, and I find myself visiting other stores for home goods instead. I decided to start my own personal boycott after learning about your company's decision to cancel Mike Lindell. My boycott has gained support from my friends as well. I believe I am standing on the right side of history, and I want to express that I will not be shopping at any of your stores in the future. I would rather go without than support a company that I see as un-American. I am curious if there were any external influences such as payments from Soros, Vanguard, or Blackrock involved in your decision. Regardless, I sincerely hope your business suffers consequences. I recently went to purchase a Keurig smart coffee maker at the store. Unfortunately, I discovered that two Breville Keurig Cafe Smart Single Serve Coffee & Latte Makers, originally priced at $[redacted], were being sold for $75, were hidden behind a fabric closet along with another item I was interested in. My family and I made purchases on the BBB discount site, attracted by the advertised 90% off discount. Unfortunately, we did not receive any confirmation numbers for our orders.
