I recently made a purchase from your company and in the end had to return the item. My order number was [redacted]-[redacted], and the ASIN number was B07H8Q6BQP. Out of the few items I bought, one did not meet my expectations, so I requested a return slip. The slip seemed to suggest that the return shipping would be complimentary, however, I was surprised to be charged $6 by UPS to return a $7 product. When I reached out via email to express my dissatisfaction, I received a response stating that there are no free returns when a customer changes their mind. This response came across as false and unprofessional. Many companies offer free returns, especially for unsatisfactory products. The tone of the response and the lack of apology or explanation added to my disappointment. I feel the company could benefit from offering clearer explanations of the return policy and handling customer concerns with more professionalism. Hello, I placed an order on Sunday, 08/06/[redacted] for one City Lips Plumping Lip Gloss - Clear during a promotion that was ending that day. The promotion was for buy one get one free plus free shipping, and I entered the code LABOR25 as instructed. However, when I tried to submit my order, I received a message stating that it was not a secure site. I attempted to cancel the order and remove my information, but on Monday, September 7, I noticed that City Beauty had charged my credit card twice for $35.00 each. I received an email indicating that my order had shipped via flat rate. My order number is [redacted]96/CB[redacted]. I have tried to reach out to you but was unsuccessful. After a 28-minute hold, I was disconnected when the agent finally came on the line. I am currently on hold again as I write this email.
