I urgently need help with switching a flight. Can we cancel one leg of a reserved flight and keep the connecting one? The passenger was supposed to fly from Bangkok to Chiang Rai (PG235) on December 16 and back from Chiang Rai to Bangkok (SL [redacted]) on December 17, and then from Bangkok to Khon Kaen (SL [redacted]) on December 17 as well. However, due to illness, she needs to stay in Bangkok. Can she keep the SL [redacted] flight and not travel on PG235 and SL533? We request permission for her to board SL645 from Bangkok without flying on the other flights. No refund is needed; we just need to change the initial boarding city to Bangkok instead of Chiang Rai. Hello, I would appreciate some help with a flight reservation. The booking is for my daughter, Feline Esmee Holleman (May 29, [redacted]), with flights as follows: - Chiang Mai to Koh Samui on July 22, [redacted], at 3:10 PM - Koh Samui to Bangkok International on July 28, [redacted], at 9:15 AM She is listed as Feline Holleman, but her full name is Feline ESMEE Holleman.
