Even after sending the receipt attachment to avivamotorcalaims on 10/12/21, I have not received any update. I attempted to contact your team via phone, waiting for an hour without any success. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly before it escalates into a formal complaint.

I am having trouble accessing our policy online. We received a message indicating we are unable to view it. Despite emailing for help, the issue remains unresolved. We even filed a complaint to escalate the matter. Several emails went unanswered after Kefuwe's response on January 10 regarding wheel trims, which have not changed. The urgent question relates to our Mercedes AMG [redacted] with low-profile tires that we want to swap for higher-profile winter tires. The car has 19" wheels instead of the standard 18" ones we want to install. Considering we plan to travel to regions with winter conditions and adhere to European regulations, we seek your prompt assistance in addressing this matter. Kindly respond directly to our query without requesting additional policy details, as we have consistently included this information in all our previous emails.

On the 26th of November, I was a front seat passenger with Alana S. who was covered by your insurance. While traveling from Newcastle to Scotland, a tree fell in Morpeth right in front of us. We ended up driving through the middle of it, resulting in a neck injury for me. I had to take amitriptyline 25mg, tramadol 50mg, diazepam 2mg, aspirin, and paracetamol. The hospital and doctors provided me with neck exercises for the whiplash, but my neck remained stuck back, causing me constant agony and the inability to look down. This condition persisted until the 28th of January, leaving me unable to care for my 4 young children, needing assistance from others.
