I have noticed that there are three unlicensed vehicles parked in front of [redacted] W. Dean Ave, which do not belong to any authorized tenants. The downstairs tenant, Ms. J.S., also known as Jessica C., is using an extension cord from the house to power one or more of these cars, posing a danger to the property and pedestrians. Despite owing over $18,[redacted] in past due rent, the eviction process has been delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Although a new eviction process has started, Ms. S. continues to ignore notifications and requests from the property owners. I kindly request Avista to investigate this potentially illegal and unsafe use of electrical cords. Thank you.

My billing for comfort has increased from $[redacted] to $[redacted]. As a person with disabilities, I find it challenging to afford this sudden raise. I feel like I'm being exploited, especially considering the continuous overcharging by Avista every month. While good customer service is essential, the burden on disabled and low-income individuals is significant. Avista's claims of caring seem doubtful. The consistent overcharging may force us to sell our home at [redacted] West Sinto, Spokane, WA [redacted]. Despite suggestions to seek help, the resources provided are limited and may not offer sufficient support. It's distressing to constantly face financial strain due to utility overcharges.
