I didn't realize I had signed up for Avast Safezone. It seems I unknowingly signed up for a firewall protection trial with only 20 days left. I only wanted the free protection as I am on a tight budget. I did not intend to enroll in additional services. Should I simply uninstall them? I wish to terminate the trials and maintain the free scan service. The free scan has been beneficial to me.

I was charged $63.24 NZD for your product and I would like a refund as I didn't make this purchase. The system must have done this automatically. I am unable to access my account or find my order ID because I either forgot my email or it stopped working in your system, as I did not receive any auto-renewal emails. I am certain I did not subscribe to this as I uninstalled Avast Cleanup Premium after the free trial, and wonder why I am being charged now. I recently received an email regarding the auto-renewal of my Avast subscription. Following the link in the email redirected me to the Google Play Store, where I was offered a 20% discount if I renewed on the same day (5/24/[redacted]). I provided my credit card details and upgraded my tablet to Avast protection, but my computer remained unprotected. Two days later, on 5/26/[redacted], I received a notice from Avast stating that my subscription would be canceled due to non-payment. Despite paying $68.47 USD for the protection, I only received the service for my tablet, priced at $4.49. Additionally, upon accessing my computer, I discovered the language was set to Czech instead of English. I have verified with my credit card company that the $68.47 payment went through. I have been using Avast Premier for many years, and after a recent hard drive crash leading to a reinstallation, I noticed that Secure Zone and VPN no longer support the sidebar display of bookmarks like in the past with Safe Zone. Having to navigate through menus or type in website URLs is inconvenient compared to the previous point-and-click functionality. I would appreciate if a future upgrade could reintroduce the feature that allows for easy access to bookmarks, perhaps with a side pane running from top to bottom of the screen. As someone with experience in developing medical devices, I know that users prefer simple point-and-click options rather than pull-down menus for efficiency and ease of use. I have been trying to disable the auto-renewal, but money keeps getting taken out by Riverside. I did not realize Riverside was connected to Avast, as it does not mention Avast anywhere. I have Premier and yet I am still being offered more products and free trials with auto-renewal. I prefer not to have auto-renewal. Because of this connection to Riverside, I am considering switching to another internet security provider. I contacted my bank, thinking an unknown company was taking money from my accounts - first my credit, and now my savings. Even though I have Premier, I am constantly prompted to buy additional products, which seems unnecessary since Premier should cover everything. I am not satisfied with the constant upselling practices. I believe I cancelled the auto-renewal, but money was still deducted on the 31st. The frequent upgrade suggestions are confusing and frustrating.

Hello,
I believed you would assist, but your help has not been evident yet. I invested £[redacted] in Avast antivirus and an extended problem analysis session. Despite explaining my issues in detail, there has been minimal progress. My laptop still takes over 5 minutes to start and run programs, with delays in key presses and commands. This is not the service I paid for. There is a bug affecting my programs, particularly AOL Mail, displaying a message about a web page slowing down the browser without response to stopping it. My laptop encounters the rotating blue circle, screen glitches, and sometimes goes black or white. I require a thorough and prompt cleaning service for my laptop. I have paid, and now I am expecting the service.

I do not wish to renew my Avast Internet Security subscription before the expiration date of October 04, [redacted]. Despite three attempts, I have been unable to cancel the auto-renewal on my account page. I emailed Avast on August 27th to request cancellation but have not received a response. My email clearly states my desire to opt out of automatic renewal. If my request is disregarded and money is deducted from my account, I will involve the Washington State Attorney General's office. On October 26th, [redacted], I emailed 'clevebridge/AVAST Software s.r.o.' questioning the charges on my credit card for the subscription. I had called four times requesting not to renew the subscription when it expired. The individuals who I spoke to all had Indian accents. During the fourth call, I finally conveyed to a colleague that I did not want to cancel but rather let the subscription lapse without renewal. If my credit card was charged for the subscription, I requested a prompt refund.
Prior to this, my computer had been non-functional due to either technical issues or a virus, preventing me from using it.

I have been a loyal user of Avast's free antivirus software for some time now. Recently, I decided to upgrade my protection by purchasing the VPN cover for £33.36. Since then, I have been bombarded with pop-up ads, particularly for the Avast Anti-Track Premium at £1.69 a month. This has left me feeling confused about the level of protection I have purchased and whether I will be receiving the full benefits of the VPN package I paid for.
Additionally, I noticed Avast is advertising a free secure browser that promises to keep my online activities hidden from hackers and trackers. On December 5, [redacted], I purchased Avast AntiTrack Premium - 1 PC for 2 years with Produkt-SKU ATP-00-[redacted]-24-AR. I used PayPal for the payment. However, after installing the program, my PC started malfunctioning. I had to uninstall it to restore proper functionality. I attempted to cancel the payment through PayPal and sent an email to Avast requesting a refund due to the issues with the software. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from Avast yet. I'm a customer who relies on Avast Premier for online PC protection. I also utilize the secureline VPN on both my PC and mobile device. Lately, I have been experiencing connectivity problems on my PC. An error message stating "Secureline adapter is unavailable" keeps popping up. I never set my network adapter to be called "Secureline," so I suspect Avast might have adjusted it causing this issue. Despite attempting various online solutions, the problem remains unresolved.
I invested in Avast for device security, but if it continues to affect my PC's functionality, I might consider switching to another provider.
