On January 13, [redacted], I bought an Artura KeyLab 49 MK II from Soundglitz in Bangalore, India. The keyboard was initially marked incorrectly at 8,[redacted] INR, but after checking in their system, the store associates confirmed the total price would be 19,[redacted] INR, which I paid. However, now more than 24 hours later, the store is pressuring me because they claim the system was priced higher. They are insisting on additional payment or will deregister the system. Despite asking and confirming the price before purchasing, I am now facing harassment from the store's employees and owner. I paid what was asked of me in good faith. This situation has made me question the store's professionalism and honesty. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am looking for a replacement Keybed part for my KeyLab 49. I have been trying to contact Arturia via email for three years, but I have not received a response from them. It is disappointing as a customer who owns Arturia products to not have access to resources for help with troubleshooting, refunds, or replacement parts. It seems that Arturia lacks interest in supporting their customers who purchase their products, despite making decent instruments.

I've encountered issues with sending accurate MIDI CC messages for the knobs on my KeyLab 61 Essential. When trying to control parameters like the cutoff in Analog Lab, the response is not smooth and the value jumps around, making it frustrating to use any VSTs. These problems persist whether I use it in my DAW as a VST or AU, or as a standalone instance of Analog Lab 4. Despite having everything up to date, I have not found a solution to these issues. Recently, another problem has arisen with the prolonged loading time of Analog Lab 4 upon startup in both my DAW and standalone mode. I would be willing to provide more information about my setup to assist in resolving these issues. I am a fan of your products and eager to continue supporting your company.

I submitted a complaint to the artist department a week ago, but have not received a response. My name is Fathy Salama, an Egyptian producer, keys player, sound designer, and a Grammy and BBC award winner. I reached out to your Egyptian dealer to inquire about a discount on the Minilab mk2, but no action was taken. As a reference, Ableton Berlin gifted me a Push 2 in [redacted]. I have been trying for two weeks to resolve an issue. I changed my internet provider and updated my email to My Arturia. Since then, all my products are showing demo mode only. Despite all products being registered and confirmed (V7 collection VST and standalone, Pigments VST and standalone, and several sound banks), I would like them to run again without needing activation. All products are installed on the same machine I've used since the V4 collection. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. I am experiencing an issue connecting to the internet. Despite following the instructions, I faced difficulties downloading the software on my laptop. An error message requiring 64-bit software keeps appearing, and I noticed the available options are quite expensive, ranging from $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00. When I purchased my Zoom R24, I received Cubase for free, so paying for software now is unexpected as my budget is already stretched. I wonder if there are free software alternatives compatible with my device or if there is a way to link it to the Cubase provided with the Zoom device. Being on a fixed income with Social Security, I have depleted my savings investing in the Zoom recorder and Arturia Keylab 49 Essential. Owning a keyboard I cannot use is frustrating. I no longer see the offer to upgrade my V collection. Could this be a tactic to encourage additional spending? I had added the upgrade to my cart. After tending to my daughter and returning to complete the purchase, my cart was empty, and the offer vanished from the "my products" page. I desire the original upgrade offer to reappear so I can proceed. While customer service addressed a separate issue promptly in 10 minutes the other day, I have been awaiting assistance all day now.

Hello, I recently purchased an older model Arturia KeyLab 49 but it only supports the original Analog Lab 1 version with the chord editing software for the pads. I entered the serial number but I lack the code required for the old program to function properly. I bought this from Guitar Center, and they recommended reaching out for assistance. I'm not looking for a free registration for the newer Analog Lab V, but I am seeking activation for the very old software, Analog Lab 1, to utilize my beloved keyboard until I upgrade to newer models. Last week, I emailed Arturia about an issue I'm having. My Analog Lab V won't open, the software center crashes, and I can't log in to my account on the website. I usually use [redacted] When I tried to reset my password, it said my account is blocked. I'm disappointed I haven't received a response in over a week. I feel unheard. I'm unable to use the product I paid for and make music. I hope to hear from you soon.

I recently migrated my Arturia hardware and software product registrations to a new email address with the support request #[redacted]. Following this update, I have encountered difficulties accessing my account and utilizing the software due to some errors on their part. I have promptly informed Arturia of the issue but have yet to receive a response. As a performing musician reliant on this software for my performances, I find myself in a challenging situation because of their inadequate support. I have attempted to contact them via phone at (+33 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]) but have been unable to reach a human representative.
