I purchased the iPhone mini because I was intrigued by its size, but it has turned out to be the worst product I've ever bought. I've never felt so disappointed before. I invested a significant amount of money and now I regret it. I always believed your company had a good reputation, but it seems I was mistaken. Whenever I try to share something like a screenshot or a link via iMessage, I face an issue where I cannot directly share it with a group. Even if I try to enter the group name manually, it doesn't show up. To share a screenshot with a group, I'm compelled to save the image to my photos first and then access the group chat to share it from there. Another option is to laboriously type in each member's name individually. I wish there was a more convenient way to share things with a group directly using the group name.

My niece's iPhone password was changed, causing her to be unable to download apps or use features requiring the password. Additionally, she has two-factor authentication (2FA) set up with an old number that used to belong to her Aunt, who did not assign it as an emergency contact. I used a Lyft service and accidentally left my phone in the vehicle last Saturday night. I promptly contacted Lyft via email. With the help of a computer store, we used the "Find My iPhone" feature and traced it to the Lyft driver's residence multiple times. My neighbor reached out to Lyft with her contact details, but after a brief call where my phone was off and no message was left, subsequent attempts to contact the driver have been unsuccessful. Despite multiple messages to Lyft, they claim they are unable to reach him unless they provided him with my neighbor's contact information. We are now connected to the T-Mobile tower. Previously, we were connected to satellite Internet. Everything changed over except for my Apple iPod touch. Despite following online suggestions, it cannot connect to the wireless network. While it can detect the network and shows a strong signal, it refuses to accept the correct password. I'm currently attempting to transfer my apps and data from my iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 13. While following the instructions on the support site, it advised me to delete the setup I had on the new phone to download the apps and data from iCloud from my old phone.
During the process of deleting the new phone setup, I encountered a freeze on the screen when prompted to enter the Apple ID password to turn off Find My and Activation Lock.
