I purchased the Anker PowerLine Lightning (10ft) Apple MFi Certified Lightning Cable for my iPhone earlier this year from Amazon. After just four months of use, it suddenly stopped charging my phone effectively last week. This has become a major concern for me as my fairly new iPhone 7 Plus battery is also draining rapidly. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. If not, I kindly request either a refund or a replacement for the 10-foot black lightning cable through Amazon. Thank you. - Mimi

I am looking to purchase a fast-charging Samsung phone adapter for my Galaxy S8+. I've encountered issues with chargers not working with quick charge. I have two 6-foot Amazon Basics USB extenders and an Anker USB Type C wire (Anker Powerline II USB-C to USB 3.1 Gen2 Cable 3ft). When I plug the Samsung adapter into the wall with the extender, my phone doesn't charge. However, when I connect the extender directly to a laptop port using the phone charger, it charges. I am seeking a wall adapter compatible with fast charging that will also work with my USB extenders, phone, and charging wire. It's frustrating that I can't achieve fast charging when plugged into the wall outlet. Thank you for any advice.

Hello, I bought the Anker PowerCore II [redacted], 20100mAh Portable Charger with Dual USB Ports from Amazon on January 12, [redacted]. I've been very happy with the product, but it suddenly stopped charging and is no longer functioning. The charger is less than a year old, and I still have the original receipt. Is it possible to get a replacement for it?

I own multiple Anker devices. One of them is the AR200 USB 3.0 Card Reader, Serial Number 22ZLQY7F. I spent approximately 8 hours trying to resolve an issue with a new 32GB SDHC card appearing as Write Protected on my PC when using the Anker device, which I have previously used without any problems. Despite following various online suggestions, like attempting to format or create a new partition (unsuccessful due to the write-protected status) and editing the PC registry, I couldn't resolve the problem. Eventually, I resorted to using an old, slower SD card reader I found at home, and the card worked fine. Is there a solution to fix this issue with the AR200 device?

Hello, I recently bought a pair of Anker Soundbuds Curve 2 earbuds and have been enjoying using them. However, I seem to be having an allergic reaction to the metal charging contacts. This has caused sores on my skin, making it unsafe for me to continue using them. Despite the great features like [redacted] hours of talk time, the ability to use them independently, and their waterproof design, I am looking for a solution. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach pictures here, but I have them available if necessary. I would appreciate your guidance on potential alternatives or exchanges. Thank you, Irina

I purchased a pair of headphones from Best Buy recently, and unfortunately, the headphones inside the box were different from the advertised ones. I visited the store in Rochester, Minnesota but couldn't return or exchange them as my purchase didn't show in their system without the receipt. I was hoping to get store credit or the correct headphones. I've been a loyal customer, having spent over $1,[redacted] on Anchor Soundcore products. Despite this hiccup, I still appreciate your products and might consider buying a Bluetooth speaker soon. I would appreciate it if someone could help resolve this issue promptly.

My son received a Rave Neo speaker as a gift. We were expecting it to have sound quality similar to my Motion+ speaker but louder. Sadly, the sound quality of the Rave Neo we received is not on par with the Motion+. Additionally, there seems to be a charging issue as the cords do not fit properly, and we suspect a missing metal plug inside. Despite having various Anker products, we couldn't find a compatible cord to charge it. This defect is frustrating as we have no way to charge the speaker to use it. My son, who is away at college, asked me to handle the exchange process. Please reach out to me via text at [redacted]. I prefer not to be contacted via email due to excessive spam. Feel free to email me at [redacted] or send a text message to the provided number. Thank you. - Marissa

I purchased two sets of "Soundcore Life P2 Bluetooth" earbuds intending to use them with a Bluetooth splitter such as the "Avantree Oasis B Bluetooth 5.0." However, when both pairs are connected simultaneously, they create interference and interrupt the audio. I don't believe the issue lies with the splitter. Is there a solution for this? Can you confirm if the "Life P2" earbuds are not suitable for this setup? Do you have alternative Bluetooth earbuds that would work better in this configuration? Thank you for your assistance! - A.S.

Hello, I recently ordered a security camera from Anker, but it was delivered by Amazon. Had I known Amazon sold the same camera, I would have ordered it through them. Anker charged me an extra £30 for the product. Can you please explain this and refund me the difference to the original payment method? Thank you, Toxanne

Hello, I recently bought the "USB C Charger, Anker Nano II 30W Fast Charger Adapter" from Amazon for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it's working well. I'm looking for a longer phone cord, about 10-20 feet, to connect it to the charger but the USB C ending on the cord I purchased is too big for the Anker charging brick. Any recommendations on the longest cord I can use without an adapter? Also, are there different sizes of USB-C endings like regular or mini? I assumed any sized USB C ending would fit, but it didn't. Thank you, - Daryl W.

I've had to send my product in for warranty service twice, and unfortunately, instead of fixing the issue, it has actually gotten worse. Initially, I had an issue with the earbud case not charging properly, but now one of the earbuds has stopped working altogether. It's frustrating that after cooperating with Anker and sending the product in twice for testing, I've spent two whole months on this process and the problem has worsened. To make matters worse, my warranty is about to expire, but I'm not getting any response from Anker's customer support regarding my emails or calls.

Initially, I had an issue with the earbud case not charging properly, and now one of the earbuds has stopped working altogether. Despite my cooperation and sending the product for testing, the situation has not improved after two months. Anker's customer service is now unresponsive to my emails and calls. I am requesting a full refund or a replacement product.

The customer service representatives we spoke with were unhelpful, especially a representative named Thomas. He was rude and disrespectful, refusing to transfer us to a supervisor as requested. Thomas claimed he spoke to a supervisor who instructed him to hang up on us, which he did. When questioned about his location, he was uncooperative. The overall experience with Anker's customer service has been very poor, with long hold times and staff lacking basic customer service skills. We are considering switching products due to this disappointing service.
