I bought a bedroom set in August [redacted], but it was mistakenly delivered and assembled at my neighbor's house, leading to significant damage on its return to my home. The manager agreed to swap it for a new set, scheduled for February [redacted]. When there was no update in February, I contacted the store to find out that the new set wouldn't be available until July [redacted]. I am struggling to find assistance in resolving this issue. I am requesting either a full refund with the furniture removed or a discount on the damaged set, which the manager initially agreed to but only credited $[redacted] instead of the approximately $[redacted] I expected. I am disappointed with this outcome and seek a resolution promptly.

I am Monica Hickson, and I purchased furniture from the Murfreesboro Tennessee store on 05/11/22. Originally informed of a delay, I expected the delivery, now scheduled for 09/16/22, but it has been a challenging experience. Following a conversation during the first week of September, I arranged delivery for today, 09/13/22. However, upon calling to confirm yesterday, I discovered it was set for pickup, which is inaccurate, as I lack a truck and was charged for delivery. Additionally, there was mention of exchanging my coffee table, even though I am yet to receive any furniture. Believing the matter resolved on 09/12/22, I was surprised by a call from a discourteous woman from your company today at 1:10 PM, confirming the delivery and mentioning an exchange of the coffee table. I need this confusing situation rectified promptly, as I have already paid the $[redacted] total for furniture that remains undelivered. Contact me at [redacted]. Order # A [redacted]51.
