I am writing to address a pending claim for my AC repair with Salyers. I was informed that the equipment would arrive in 2-3 weeks, but it has now been extended to 4 weeks. Salyers mentioned they source the equipment from you, but your representative denied this. I need confirmation that you are supplying the AC unit and furnace, along with details of the order date and shipping information to Salyers. It's crucial to clarify this confusion promptly.

I have been waiting a month for my A/C to be fixed. I called on August 21st to request service. The contractor evaluated the A/C unit and said the compressor was broken, so AHS ordered a new one from their parts department. However, the replacement part broke, so I called back the next day for the contractor to assess it again. I have reached out to AHS 22 times and spoken to multiple customer service agents without a resolution. I have spent a significant amount of money on hotel rooms and window units to stay cool as my family and pets are suffering in this unbearable heat. Living in the hottest state in America, my health problems are exacerbated. Despite paying my bill and deductible, I am still waiting for a solution after enduring a month of discomfort. I am frustrated and considering legal action against AHS for all the expenses and stress I have endured.

Since August 4, [redacted], I have been in contact with American Home Shield numerous times regarding issues with my refrigerator and wall oven. The fridge problem was diagnosed by Wright Refrigeration, but AHS failed to resolve it, leading me to buy a new refrigerator. Despite courteous phone representatives, AHS has provided inadequate service. For the oven, technicians were inept, and AHS was unresponsive in sending alternative help. Their promises to repair or replace items have not been fulfilled. This poor service has led me to purchase a new oven as well. I have tried to reach out to AHS headquarters in Memphis to escalate the issue, but only encounter the same unhelpful responses. Bogus.
