I purchased three pairs of A.E. jeans between early spring and late summer. Unfortunately, all three have worn out in the thigh area, developing holes despite looking new elsewhere. I particularly enjoy the fit of these hi-rise jeggings in a curvy style but am disappointed by how quickly they wore out on the inner thigh. I wear a size 10 but don't wear jeans often since they're only allowed at work during Christmas. One pair ripped while I was at work, just from moving my leg on a ladder due to the thinness from wear. This premature wear and tear is frustrating considering the money spent, especially when I have older A.E. jeans that never had this issue.

I recently placed an order at Aerie for 10 panties during their underwear sale where you can get them for 10 for $35. However, upon receiving my order confirmation, I noticed that I'm only being charged for 9 panties at the regular price instead of the discounted rate. The other items in my order are correct, but I was hoping to figure out a way to receive the 10th pair at the sale price. Is there a possibility of receiving a refund for the overcharged item and then being charged the correct amount for the 10 panties? Thank you.

Hello, I contacted live chat to inquire about the status of my free pair of shoes. Despite making multiple purchases in the last couple of years, I never received any email notification regarding my eligible free pair. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a resolution, and the representative simply advised me to check my account more frequently. I was informed in August that I had qualified for a free pair, which expired in September. Since I did not receive any notification about this credit, I did not utilize it. I typically rely on email notifications rather than checking my account regularly for updates. It's disappointing that I am not receiving adequate assistance, especially considering my loyalty as a frequent buyer at AE.

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an issue with my order #[redacted]. Instead of the 4 pairs of boxers I ordered, I received a pair of Next Level Flex Jeans 36x32 and a pair of ankle socks. Please refer to the attached photos for verification. The tracking number and order number are correct, but I believe there was a "mispacking" error. I kindly request the correct items I paid for and a 20% reduction for the inconvenience of not having the intended Christmas gift. I am willing to return the incorrect items once I receive a return label. Thank you for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Best regards, Laura M.

Hello, I recently referred my sister via email, and she made her first purchase with your company yesterday. However, I have yet to receive the 50% off discount on one item as promised in the promotion. I understand there may be a processing time, but I wanted to confirm that it is on its way, as I need to make my purchase in time for an upcoming event. Thank you for your assistance! My sister's email is [redacted], mine is [redacted], and her order confirmation number is #[redacted].

Today, my daughter and I visited your Lancaster, Ohio store. However, our shopping experience was disappointing. While looking for shorts and summer tops, we encountered unhelpful sales staff. When looking for a matching pair of shorts, one saleswoman rudely refused assistance. Later, when inquiring about tops, another employee dismissively claimed not to have time for us. Feeling unwelcome and disrespected, I only made a single purchase - reluctantly - as my daughter wanted the shorts. This negative encounter was unlike my usual pleasant experiences at your store, making it unlikely for me to return in the future.

I had a great shopping experience at Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, PA [redacted]. Yama, Johnny, and Cami were incredibly helpful while I shopped for my kids. The only hiccup was that I accidentally tossed out my 20% off coupon that came with my monthly statement. Despite that, the staff still provided me with a 10% discount, which was much appreciated. Even though I understand if they can't retrieve the coupon, I kindly asked if they could confirm it was issued and honor the additional 10% discount. I felt fortunate to receive the initial 10% off and am just politely requesting the remaining 10% to match the coupon's offer. I appreciate their time and assistance. Happy holidays!

I bought 8 pairs of Extreme Flex jeans from AE in August [redacted]. Unfortunately, after wearing them for 5 to 6 months, 2 pairs have ripped at the inner leg stitch lines and right back pockets. During a visit to an AE store in Louisville KY last week, I informed a manager about this issue. They suggested I contact you to share what happened with the jeans. I can provide the purchase date, location, and a copy of my credit card statement showing the transactions. Even though I am currently searching for the original receipts from [redacted], our extensive record-keeping for our small businesses is making this process challenging. I apologize for not having the receipts in hand, but hope the information I have shared can help authenticate the purchases. Kindly get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The American Eagle Outfitters at Lakeline Mall in Austin, Texas, has had a barricade at its entrance since the mall reopened post-pandemic. This barricade is not present at other stores in the mall. Despite Texas being open since last May, the AEO store enforces waiting times due to cleaning breaks during the day, even during quiet times. On a Thursday at 1 pm, with few people in the mall, it seems excessive. This experience has made it challenging to shop at a store I have frequented for years. Interestingly, the AEO store at the Domain in Austin does not have these restrictions. Additionally, the Aerie store in Lakeline Mall operates normally, raising questions about the management of the AEO store and the reasons behind these difficulties in shopping.

I attempted to visit your store at Farmington Station in Farmington, Utah. I understand the need for covid precautions, but I was stopped at the door and not allowed entry until I disclosed what I intended to purchase. I was shopping for my children's birthdays, who require American Eagle jeans due to their height. Despite explaining this to the employee, I was interrogated with unnecessary questions and denied entry, which is unacceptable. I value my freedom to shop for what I need. I have complied with the covid regulations at your store, but this experience was excessive. I had planned to spend a significant amount today, but the way I was treated has discouraged me. It is inappropriate for your staff to demand detailed information about my purchases. I will share my negative experience on social media as this employee's behavior was unwarranted.

I placed an order for a Dallas Cowboys hoodie in size medium, intending to only order one, but accidentally ordered three. I realized this mistake after it was too late. I utilized Afterpay for payment, which splits the total into four payments from my bank account. Due to ordering three instead of one, my initial payment was $64, causing financial strain on my fixed income. I only intended to purchase one for my grandson. I would like assistance in canceling two of the hoodies. Thank you for your help. - Rita Cortez [redacted]

Hello, I attempted to purchase two items from your online app—a Alabama sweatshirt and a Alabama crop shirt as a gift for my mother. I intended to make the purchase on Wednesday night when I received my paycheck from work. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so as I sustained an injury while running and had to go to the hospital, suspecting either a sprained or broken ankle. Due to this unforeseen circumstance, I missed the sale and the items are now back to full price. I am reaching out to inquire if it would be possible to honor the previous sale prices for the following items: 1. Tailgate Women’s Alabama Crimson Tide Oversized Tipped Sweatshirt ($41.97, originally $69.95). 2. Tailgate Women’s Alabama Crimson Tide Cropped Graphic T-shirt ($24.46, originally $34.95). I now have some funds available for Christmas shopping and would greatly appreciate if I could purchase these items at the discounted prices. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Hayden L.
