I am seeking a refund of my Avios or a rebooking of my flights that I missed on August 2, [redacted], due to the unprofessional behavior and stalling of the ticket agent at San Diego International Airport.
Upon arriving at the ticket counter a few minutes late, the agent informed me he needed to attend to a plane. He proceeded to slowly check my tickets, causing me to miss my flight. Despite my requests to expedite the process, he accused me of rudeness and refused to hurry.
I am disappointed by the agent's conduct, which led to my missed flight. I would like a refund of my Avios or a rebooking of my flights without incurring any extra charges.

On September 9, [redacted], Flight #[redacted] was scheduled to depart at 2:17 pm but experienced delays due to a mechanical issue. Despite reboarding around 8 pm, the pilots exceeded their allotted flight time, leading to further delays. Anthony, the Agent on duty, provided assistance, arranged a hotel room, and advised on requesting a refund for the accommodation costs. However, due to the late hour, a receipt for the $[redacted].33 charge to a credit card was not obtained. Bruce W. Wilson is seeking a resolution for the inconvenience caused by the flight delay, extended to the next day at 7 am. As a dedicated teacher, I have spent 33 years nurturing and educating children while earning a modest salary. I recently treated my family to a first-class trip to Arizona, only to return home to find my duffel bag damaged and items missing, totaling over $[redacted]. Recently, I encountered a series of distressing events during my travels with your airline. Due to a flight delay and a broken jet bridge, I missed my connecting flight. The staff's unkind behavior and lack of empathy made the situation even more challenging. Subsequently, attempting to fly through a thunderstorm caused severe turbulence, leading to an anxiety attack, which was a first for me. Since then, I have been struggling with travel anxiety and had to cancel future flights. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory response from your customer service team. My company has been a loyal customer of AA, but if these issues persist, we may need to reconsider our airline partnership.

Our flight was canceled by an agent because of a medical condition and a doctor's no-fly order. We were assured a refund and were directed to process it through a specific link with our ticket numbers. Even though the refunds were initially approved and the agent cancelled our tickets, we later received emails stating the refunds were denied. The seats that were meant for us were sold by American Airlines. This situation arose because the reviewers were not aware of the instructions given to us to proceed with the refunds.

I need a refund for my ticket because the doctor advised against flying for my son. A call center agent cancelled my ticket and instructed me to request a refund through a link. I was initially informed that the refund was approved, resulting in my seats being resold by American Airlines. However, I later received notice that the refund was not approved after submitting the necessary documentation through the link. I would like the refund processed as promised.

My flight got canceled because of a crew shortage, and I had to stay overnight as a result. The airline was supposed to cover the hotel cost, and they directed me to a specific hotel. I arrived at the hotel, provided the voucher code I received from an American Airlines representative over the phone, and was asked to provide a card for a potential room damages fee of $25, to be refunded at check-out. Upon returning home, I discovered a $[redacted] charge on my bank statement for the stay. Despite contacting both the hotel and American Airlines, I couldn't resolve the issue. After disputing the charge with my bank, they refunded the $[redacted] pending an investigation. Unfortunately, I was recently notified that the refund will be reversed as the investigation didn't succeed. As a college student without current employment, I am unable to cover this unexpected charge.

I used my miles to book a trip for my friend. The locator was DJWUAP for the flight from Vancouver, CA to DFW, then to XNA in Fayetteville, AR on November 3. There was a delay in the arrival at XNA. The flight was suddenly canceled and American Airlines claimed it was due to a no-show, but my friend, Tyron Agamemnon, was at the airport. I recently updated my upcoming flights and unexpectedly lost my chosen seats for both my flight from London to Zurich and for my return trip. The flights in question are American Airlines [redacted] from London Heathrow to Zurich, followed by American Airlines Flight 93 on November 21st from Zurich to Philadelphia, and finally American Airlines Flight [redacted] from Philadelphia to St. Louis. All bookings were made directly through American Airlines' website, including the purchase of specific seats with extra legroom to accommodate my needs, especially for my knee. One of my baggages was delayed on an American Airlines flight, so I filed a baggage claim with the airline. The claim allowed me to request reimbursement if my bags were delayed for 4 days. After creating a request, it was approved. I spoke with the American Airlines baggage claim help desk, and they assured me a reimbursement check would be sent to me. On August 10th, my mother passed away while I was in Georgia, and I had to rush to Ohio to be with her before she was taken off life support. Despite my efforts, I ended up arriving later than planned, causing me even more distress. During my first flight, I, along with several other passengers, were not allowed to board, and there was a significant delay. Approaching the desk, I explained my urgent situation, hoping to get on that flight. Hello, I have a question about my upcoming trip. We will be flying from Dublin to Las Vegas with a layover in DFW where we'll transfer to another flight, but I am unsure about the airline.
