I am experiencing issues while trying to make a flight reservation online. After selecting the flights, entering personal details, and clicking continue, the website redirects me back to the flight search page. This problem has persisted throughout the day, even when my daughter attempted on a different computer in another city. I need to book my desired first-class seats for the dates LAX to POP, departing on Oct 4 at 11:20 PM and returning on Oct 9 at 3:22 PM. The online reservations service is charging significantly more than the website price. Your assistance in resolving this booking problem would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to address the cancellation of my AAdvantage miles balance of [redacted],[redacted] miles. I am disappointed by this decision, as I made a conscious effort to maintain my miles by staying at a Holiday Inn Express in Amarillo, TX on December 23, [redacted]. I was under the impression that this stay would qualify me for an extension of my miles, only to find out that it was not credited to my account due to being booked through a third party, which I find to be unjust. My AAdvantage number is ML64018, and I am reaching out for assistance in reinstating my miles as I am unable to afford the $[redacted] fee for their reinstatement. I believe this situation is unjustified, especially considering the recent challenges my husband has faced with a traumatic brain injury and surgery in March. American Airlines Advantage has informed me that they have refunded me 3,[redacted] miles, but unfortunately, I have not seen this reflected in my account. On 08/31/[redacted], when I initially reached out about the missing miles, I was assured that the refund was approved, and I was advised that it might take a few days to process. Despite checking my account daily for a week following the approval, my total miles remained stagnant at 29,[redacted] instead of increasing to 32,[redacted] as expected. Although the AA Advantage website's "Transactions" section indicates the refund was processed on 08/31/[redacted], the miles have not been added. This discrepancy has left me feeling frustrated, as these miles are crucial for my annual trip to visit my grandkids in Washington, DC. Hello!
I will be departing from LAX on Thursday evening, August 31, [redacted], at 1:05 AM on AA Flight [redacted] headed from Los Angeles, CA to Tokyo, Japan. My confirmation number is VCILGZ. This will be my first international flight. We purchased our tickets from Japan Airlines, but they informed us that AA is the operating carrier. I understand that I need to check-in with AA, which I plan to do online. My first question is, at which LAX terminal do we physically check in for our AA international flight? And my second question is, how do we walk from the AA terminal to a departure gate in Terminal B at LAX? Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.
