America First Credit Union Customer Service Issues

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. For the past four days, I have been attempting to reach someone regarding my account without success. I was given varying call-back times of 24 minutes, 32 minutes, 48 minutes, and even 1 hour and 15 minutes, yet no one has reached out to me. To add to my frustration, my account has been blocked each time I attempt to log in, despite using three different sign-in names and passwords. This issue has prevented me from checking and adjusting my due dates, causing even more delays. Since I reside in Ft. Worth, visiting in person is not feasible. I have been diligently working to make payments and avoid closing my account, but the lack of assistance is making it increasingly challenging.

Since June, I have been patiently waiting for my Mortgage Title to be sent to me. Despite multiple calls, I felt like I was given rushed answers. Unfortunately, I have faced significant challenges from health issues, divorce, and family deaths, leaving me with financial burdens upwards of $15,[redacted]. My $[redacted] monthly SSDI Check is stretched thin, further complicated by lack of support from my ex-spouse. Despite paying off my mortgage, attorney fees, and unnecessary costs, I am still awaiting my Title Deed to be resolved. This is my third request, and I am frustrated with the lack of human assistance and delayed callbacks. The insensitivity to my circumstances during these trying times has only added to my distress.
