I recently discovered an Amazon account opened in my daughter Lily Franks' name. The account was created by my wife Nicky Franks. I am unsure which email address was used, possibly [redacted] or [redacted] I do not have an account number, and this was brought to my attention by my brother-in-law. The delivery address linked to the account is Gluvian Farmhouse, Mawgan Porth, Newquay, Cornwall TR8 4BG. I am requesting the account be closed and an investigation be conducted to determine if any credit has been used. A police crime number CR-[redacted]-21 has been assigned to this case.

I attempted to cancel a Prime membership today, which was initiated without my consent in the past few weeks. After speaking with an Amazon representative named William Stuart, I was informed that the refund for £79.99 had been processed to my bank account, which has not reflected yet. I am uncertain if the membership has been properly cancelled and the refund issued. I do not have internet banking, and I am questioning why there is not a simpler method to reimburse me. I have not knowingly subscribed to Prime and find the ordeal I went through today to be frustrating and unsatisfactory. This is the second time an undesired Prime subscription has been activated without my approval. Given these circumstances, I am reconsidering my future use of Amazon. I need help with my Amazon account as it has been compromised. There is suspicious activity, unauthorized refunds, and an order I did not make. I am urgently trying to contact Customer Services, but the link on Amazon's website doesn't work. I have already changed my password and email. It seems my account was breached after purchasing second-hand software on September 20th. It affected my Outlook and Hotmail email. There have been unauthorized refunds that charged my card instead. I would like to file a complaint about Amazon delivery drivers. They seem to think it's acceptable to bang on my windows and shout. I reside alone and was startled awake by someone loudly banging on my flat's main door and then onto my window. Frightened, I remained in my room. Suddenly, there was a loud bang, causing some of my dishes to break. Initially fearing a break-in, I later discovered that your delivery drivers have been throwing packages through my kitchen window randomly. This has occurred twice now, and I refuse to tolerate it. I can't even keep my window open without receiving an unexpected delivery. If it happens again, I am prepared to throw the parcel back at them. The first occurrence left me feeling unsafe, resulting in a panic attack. Please address this issue with your staff.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. Lately, the drivers have been neglecting to wait for me to answer the doorbell or even ring it; they simply leave my valuable products on the driveway and depart. This careless behavior is an open invitation to potential thieves. After leaving clear instructions on the door to place the items in the garage for safety, now the deliveries are left directly outside the garage, making them even more visible. Attempts to voice my concerns to a representative have been fruitless as I get disconnected. The lack of communication is unacceptable. If this issue persists, I will be forced to stop using Amazon, although I have been a loyal customer based on your records. It is evident that the level of service I am receiving does not align with that of a valued customer. Without a prompt resolution, I will consider shopping elsewhere and sharing my negative experience in the media as a cautionary tale for others.

I purchased two Vlad & Niki adventure telephones for my 4-year-old twin grandsons. I specifically ordered one with an orange strap and one with a blue strap for easy identification, but unfortunately, both arrived with orange straps. Hello,
I received a delivery last week for a smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector, but it was left in the green bin outside my house without any notice. I luckily found it while throwing out papers before the bin was emptied. There was no message or text informing me of the delivery.
Also, I have noticed on Prime several movies, like "Halloween," are not included in my subscription. When I try to watch them, I am directed to Netflix or Disney where I have to register and pay. This is frustrating and feels misleading to customers like myself.
I hope these issues can be addressed promptly, as I am considering canceling my Prime subscription and switching to Netflix in the future. I believe other customers might be facing the same inconvenience.

Today, the delivery driver from Glowpad arrived at our reception. I explained to him that he delivers to individual door numbers, provided him with directions, offered a basket on wheels, and directed him to the designated area for loading. However, the driver left the parcels in a basket at the charity collection area opposite the reception and left. This mix-up also impacted the reputation of Amazon. In all my previous experiences, Amazon has provided excellent service, but this delivery is unacceptable. Luckily, a resident found the parcels, including my Glowpad which arrived unwrapped with just a sticker displaying my address. The box is in poor condition, with the label peeling off part of the picture. I urgently need a replacement. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with this situation and the service provided by Amazon.

I attempted to access our Amazon account but received an error message stating the account was not recognized or the password was incorrect. Despite trying to reset the password and not receiving the one-time passcode on my phone after five attempts, Customer Services revealed that the account had been inactive since [redacted]. Despite making a purchase in February [redacted] and loading £[redacted]+ worth of gift cards in July, these were not reflected in the account. Upon mentioning a purchase confirmation email for a mobile phone from a Jose in Florida, which I thought was spam, the agent confirmed the purchase and misuse of the gift cards by this individual. The issue was escalated for security investigation. After two weeks with no update, I was informed that my account had been compromised and instructed to email confirmation of purchase to [redacted] Despite sending this information, the response indicated a mismatch in email addresses hindering progress. Resending the details multiple times has not yielded a response. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and seek alternative avenues to address this unauthorized activity on the account.

I purchased a Lelin Baby Walker for £34.99 on September 25 with Prime one-day delivery. Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The amount was deducted from my account on either September 28 (Amazon Marketplace) or October 4 (UX0573x85) with two charges of £34.99 each, which I did not authorize. The carrier picked up the order on 28/9 after I canceled it due to a delay notification, realizing it wouldn't make it in time for my granddaughter's birthday. I received confirmation of the cancellation, but I have yet to receive a refund or any communication about it. I recently had to reset my account password, and upon logging in with the new one, I noticed that all my saved wish lists, shopping lists, and previous purchases have disappeared. It's as if I have a completely new account. Oddly enough, when I log in on my tablet with the old password, everything is still there. I find this situation concerning and frustrating. The security reasons mentioned previously don't seem to apply here. I believe I should be able to access the same account from multiple devices without encountering these problems. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I recently created an Amazon seller account, and after successfully passing the verification process, I encountered an issue while setting up the two-factor authentication. I created a new email which I am unable to access now, and I need to access it to complete setting up my Amazon seller account. I was hoping to find a way to bypass this problem, possibly by using an alternative email address.

I am Antonio Aguilar Perez, a regular customer of Amazon Spain. In April of this year, I purchased a toy for my granddaughter on Amazon UK to be sent to her home in England. The purchase and delivery were successful, but starting the following month, I noticed charges for an Amazon UK Prime subscription without my knowledge or consent. I only bought a toy and did not intend to subscribe to Prime since I already have it in Spain where I reside, and I do not speak English. I have been attempting to contact Amazon regarding an issue with a recent delivery. Two carriers were helpful, but my order was not delivered on Wednesday, November 10th as indicated in a message I received. Despite being home all day with my dogs and daughter, the items were not received. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed and frustrated by the situation.
