On July 31, [redacted], my bags were checked with tag number [redacted] on Allegiant Air flight [redacted] from Austin to Asheville. I haven't received any updates from the airline and had to call them myself. They seem unaware of the bags' location, possibly due to the absence of barcodes on the tags. I was charged for checking the bags, which contain important items like medication and makeup, along with new clothes for my trip. Subject: Flight Cancellation Experience Assistance Needed
Flight [redacted] has been cancelled, and I was provided with cancellation number CMJWT6. Upon arriving at the airport, I was informed about the 8-hour flight delay due to logistics. This unforeseen circumstance posed a challenge due to health reasons, causing us to miss the flight. Despite efforts to return promptly, we were unable to board the plane as it departed. The situation resulted in missed quality time with our family and significant inconvenience.
Allegiant offered a Sunday flight option, which we declined, as it did not align with our plans. The manager, Pete, assured us of 2 future flight vouchers and home delivery of our luggage via FEDEX. Subsequent phone conversations only offered a partial credit, which falls short of what was paid. The luggage, essential due to medical devices inside, has not been returned as promised, creating further distress.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and my recent experience with customer service at boarding on August 6, [redacted], Sunday was highly disappointing. The agent handling flight [redacted] at Harrisburg International Airport to Punta Gorda, FL appeared unhappy and made the boarding process difficult and embarrassing.
I attempted to board with my children and grandchildren to assist them, assuming that my Allegiant credit card would grant me priority boarding privileges. However, the agent publicly refused me, citing that I was not "paid priority," which contradicted the benefits I expected as an Allegiant credit cardholder.
The agent's handling of the situation was unprofessional and embarrassing, not only for me but also for other customers present. Despite my attempts to explain our situation, the agent insisted on following rules strictly, causing unnecessary delays and discomfort.
Furthermore, the agent's behavior towards me and the other passengers, including noting down my name after scanning my boarding pass, made me feel uneasy and concerned about my privacy and personal information.
Overall, the agent's actions ruined what should have been a pleasant trip with my family. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and marred my otherwise positive view of Allegiant's customer service.

I need to update the name of the adult traveling with my three children tomorrow. The original passenger can no longer make the flight due to a family emergency. The revised traveler is our babysitter, Miranda Talley. I booked travel for September 6 on August 30, but have not received a confirmation email or seen a payment on my credit card. When I called Allegiant on August 31, I was directed to a PCM company that handles reservations for Allegiant. Today, I noticed that I have been charged twice for the same flight - once by the PCM company and once by Allegiant, although I never received a confirmation from Allegiant. I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent flight reservation. Over two months ago, I booked a flight from Concord, NC to Sanford Orlando airport and paid for a specific seat selection. However, two days before the flight, I received an email instructing me to change my seat. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have attempted to contact customer service, been on hold for 2 hours, and have been disconnected multiple times over the past week and a half. During one call, I asked the representative to call me back if we got disconnected as it was regarding an important flight and a refund or credit was necessary. Unfortunately, the call dropped, and I never received a callback as promised. This situation caused me to miss another flight. I am requesting Allegiant Air provide me with a credit voucher for part of the $[redacted].00 ticket. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased tickets for myself and minors, but due to the minor tickets, I couldn't check in online or through the app even after paying for seat assignments. Upon arriving 50 minutes before the flight, no Allegiant representatives were available. TSA members tried to help me take my children through security. When I approached boarding agents, I was told to wait for assistance with rebooking flights. The representative, Crystal Atteberry, advised me to call customer service instead of helping me. I explained the issues I faced while booking online and requested a refund for the seating assignments and baggage fees, but she declined. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and respect shown by Allegiant. As a military veteran, I expected better treatment.

We need to change our return flight to January 14th due to a later start to our studies. There is a $10 fee for this, which is fine. However, we are confused about our checked bag. I am following up on my previous email from August 18. After visiting the Allegiant Baggage Service Office at IAD airport to file a Damaged Baggage Report within an hour of my arrival, I was directed to the Allegiant check kiosk due to the absence of the baggage service office. Unfortunately, no personnel were present, and there were no flights scheduled that day. I contacted Allegiant for assistance and was instructed to submit my report via their website. Since I was unable to address the issue in person at the airport, I used the provided link to email them about my Damaged Baggage.
I was met with an automated response advising against sending multiple emails about the same issue to avoid delays. However, it has now been over a month and a half since my initial report on August 18, and I have not received any further communication. I find this lack of response from the Allegiant Customer Service Team unacceptable.
