I needed to change my flight from PIA to LAS due to predicted bad weather, so I moved it up to 12-20-22. I asked a check-in representative for a refund of $[redacted] since news suggested airlines were issuing refunds for weather-related changes. The representative confirmed I was eligible for a refund, which should appear on my credit card in 5-7 business days. However, when I returned on 12-27-22, the $[redacted] refund was not processed. I asked a LAS representative for help and was given customer service info. Despite trying three different phone numbers, I haven't been able to reach anyone. I am hoping Allegiant can either refund $[redacted] to my credit card or provide a $[redacted] credit (voucher) for my next trip.

Hello, I have attempted to reach out regarding my health circumstances. Unfortunately, my travel group and I all received positive COVID test results on the day of our scheduled flight, preventing us from traveling. I have been attempting to contact you to explore the possibility of modifying our tickets for a future date or destination instead of seeking a full refund. I am writing regarding my recent flight from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, with flight number CF44M9 on 12/10/[redacted]. Upon arrival at Syracuse Hancock International Airport, I discovered that my "Samsonite Beck LTD." roller luggage, with claim ticket number SYR G4 [redacted], [redacted], was damaged. Specifically, one of the wheelbases was pushed in, causing the hard case to break. I am seeking assistance in either repairing or replacing the damaged luggage. I arranged for my son and his girlfriend to travel from CA to Des Moines, IA on December 22nd. Unfortunately, the flight to IA was canceled, resulting in additional expenses as Allegiant had limited flight options. I paid $[redacted] for the tickets and have been trying to reach Allegiant for a refund of $[redacted] without success. Despite being informed it would take 5-7 days, I have not received the refund yet. I am looking to not only receive the remaining refund promptly but also discuss the possibility of further compensation due to the extra costs incurred. I, Bryan A. Williams, made the following reservations for 4 people flying round trip from IND to EYW departing on 1/14/23 and returning on 1/21/23 under Confirmation Number C7XQKP. Two passengers have Covid and need to change their departure to 1/18/23. The Williams couple (Bryan and Carol) require the departure date change, whereas the Depue couple (Jeff and Mary Beth) should keep their reservation as originally planned for departure tomorrow on 1/14/23. When using "manage my trip," I couldn't find options to modify the reservation by person instead of applying changes to all passengers.

I had my ticket canceled three days before my trip, which was very inconvenient. Allegiant's system showed that I called to cancel, which I did not do. I had to re-book a day before my trip to avoid losing money on hotels and other planned activities. When I spoke to the ticket counter, I was advised to contact Allegiant by phone to sort out the issue. I received a $73 voucher, which does not cover the nearly $1,[redacted] I spent due to the cancellation. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and travel frequently. I hope to resolve this matter and would appreciate a call to discuss receiving credit towards a future flight.

Our flight was scheduled to depart from Mesa Gateway on 2/12/23 at 3:17 pm. We were informed by the ticket agent during check-in that our flight was delayed by 40 minutes. However, upon reaching the gate, we were denied boarding as the doors had supposedly closed. This misinformation prevented us from using our return tickets. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and service from Allegiant. We are requesting a refund for our return flight, itinerary number CFRRSP for Cynthia and Terry J. We had a pleasant outbound flight on 2/6/23 and are open to flying with Allegiant in the future. A resolution or a call back would be appreciated at [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to this inconvenience, we had to purchase additional tickets with Sun Country to return in time for work.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a potential change to our return flight from Sanford, FL to Springfield, MO. During our trip to visit family, we didn't plan our return flight back to Springfield from Sanford where we also have family. Changing our return flight to depart from Sanford instead of Punta Gorda would be more convenient for us. Can you advise on how to make this change and what fees may apply? I flew from Lexington, KY (LEX) to St. Pete/Clearwater (PIE) on March 9th. Unfortunately, my checked bag was left behind in Lexington by the airline. During my departure from PIE, an employee provided a piece of paper with the Allegiant customer care phone number, assuring my bag would be delivered to my Florida address via FedEx by today, March 10th. However, I have not yet received my bag nor have I been updated through a phone call or email. I have important belongings in that bag that I urgently need at home. I recently experienced an issue during check-in with Allegiant. It came to my attention during the process that children aged 14 and under must have seats adjacent to adults. This requirement was not clearly stated on their website, FAQs, or during ticket purchase. Unfortunately, I discovered this rule too late to adjust our seating arrangements as my child is seated directly in front of me, but not beside me as required.

Hello, I'm currently on flight number [redacted] with confirmation number CF927W that I purchased back in January. In February, I discovered that I had an Allegiant voucher. After contacting a helpful Allegiant agent, the voucher was applied to my ticket. However, upon checking my ticket last week, I noticed that the dates were incorrect. I had to pay a change fee to correct the date to today's flight, even though the original ticket was accurate. It seems the date got altered when the agent applied the voucher. I believe I shouldn't have been charged the change fee under these circumstances. I'm flying today and returning on March 22, [redacted]. Please look into this matter for me. Thank you.

I recently had a flight booked from Cincinnati, OH to Sanford, FL on 3/10/23 at 9:49 am. Unfortunately, after boarding, we experienced a 45-minute delay on the tarmac and were eventually brought back to the gate. Subsequently, we were informed that the flight was rescheduled for 3/11/23 at 6:10 pm. As there were no alternative flights to Florida available, I had to arrange a new itinerary through American Airlines, traveling from Cincinnati to Charlotte and then on to Orlando. This unexpected change required purchasing new tickets. I am seeking a full refund for the original Allegiant airfare.

I flew from Cincinnati to Los Angeles yesterday. When I purchased my ticket, I paid for two suitcases and a carry-on to be checked in as baggage. However, upon arriving at the airport, I was informed that the carry-on must be taken into the cabin. Despite having paid for it to go into the cargo hold, my facial cleansing toner, valued at fifty dollars, was confiscated in the security area as it was not allowed in the cabin. I would like to file a claim for the damages incurred.

I flew from Cincinnati to Los Angeles yesterday. I purchased a ticket that included two checked bags and a carry-on for the baggage area. However, at check-in, I was informed that the carry-on needed to be taken into the cabin. Unfortunately, during security, they confiscated my $50 facial cleansing toner, as it was not allowed in the cabin. I want to file a claim for the damages.

We would like to request a full refund for this flight as we discovered that the Greenville Spartanburg airport is much closer to our destination, which would save us significant transportation costs due to lack of public transportation to Asheville. I recently traveled from Asheville to Boston on March 17, taking flight G4217 at 6am. Despite arriving early for baggage dropoff, the airline failed to load my bag onto the flight, leaving it in Asheville. I was informed it wouldn't be delivered until today, coincidentally the day I'm returning to Asheville. I am seeking reimbursement for the costs incurred due to this oversight. While in Maine for a ski trip visiting family, all my ski gear was in the missing bag. To compensate, I had to rent ski equipment for $[redacted], purchase replacement winter clothing for $[redacted].09, and buy toiletries for $21.86. The total expenses amounted to $[redacted].95. Additionally, I paid a $66.00 checked bag fee upfront. According to DOT regulations, I am requesting a refund totaling $[redacted].95 to my original payment method, not as airline credit. My suitcase was supposed to be on Avelo Airline Flight [redacted] from New Haven, CT to Orlando International Airport on Monday, March 20. However, my suitcase was mistakenly sent to Nashville. Jonathan Lambert from Allegiant Airlines baggage department in Nashville contacted me on Thursday, March 23, letting me know he has my suitcase. He mentioned he would send it back to Connecticut, but I have not received it yet. I have been trying to contact Allegiant Airlines via phone and email multiple times without success. My wife's flight on Allegiant [redacted] got canceled on 3/12/23 without a clear reason. It was the final flight from Tri-Cities, TN to Orlando/Sanford, FL that day, and we were notified about the cancellation around 3 pm. I was already in Florida, so in a rush, I booked her a new flight from Asheville, NC to Orlando/Sanford, FL. She had to quickly drive over an hour to make it in time. While I accepted the refund for the original canceled flight, arranging the new departure flight ([redacted]) and return flight ([redacted]) cost a total of $[redacted].50, which is $[redacted].60 more than the original total of $[redacted].90. I'm hoping to understand why the flight was canceled and if there's a chance to get a voucher for the price difference.

Hello there! I had booked a flight for my girlfriend Raquel to join me and my children in Florida. However, due to my husband Gary having a conflicting meeting and being unable to fly with us, I attempted to change his ticket to Raquel's name. Unfortunately, her boyfriend did not approve, causing Raquel not to accompany us on the trip. Consequently, my husband ended up flying to Florida to join us after his meeting by purchasing a one-way ticket. Now, I need to switch Raquel's name to my fiance's for the trip. I also had purchased trip flex for added flexibility, considering the unpredictability of my husband's meetings.
