I am attaching the email I sent to AliExpress: Hello, You are requesting the final result of the search for your package 6A[redacted]9. I have sent you a document as proof that I never received it, attesting under oath that I never received my parcel. This document is the final outcome of the search conducted by the French post since the parcel is untraceable. I filled out and signed this document, which I will send back to you. It was handed over and certified by Mr. B., the parcel service manager at the post office in Le Havre on May 3rd, [redacted]. This is the only document I can provide. The post office assured me that in case of a lost parcel, their insurance will reimburse the sender, the seller on AliExpress, MECEBOM STORE. Upon receiving the reimbursement from the post office, it will be the seller's responsibility to refund me. This process may take some time, as insurance compensation in France can be lengthy. I am needing assistance with an issue I am having with an AliExpress seller, specifically THREE MEN / Ms. Zhuang. My husband purchased a wedding set from them in February [redacted] for $[redacted].96. We wanted to exchange the set for an engagement ring costing $[redacted].36, for which the seller offered $11 in coupons. After returning the wedding set by paying $[redacted] for UPS shipping and an additional $30 money order fee, the seller acknowledged receiving the package and money order, but we never received the ring. Despite contacting the seller and AliExpress multiple times and receiving three claim numbers, the issue remains unresolved. I urge for prompt help as we have put significant investment into this matter. I possess all necessary documentation submitted to AliExpress and simply seek the engagement ring (a 6-carat man-made Diamond in 18K gold) or a full refund. I am writing regarding an order placed back in December, which I finally received after 4 months due to it being sent to the wrong address. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shipment, the item did not fit, and there was no size information or receipt included. I promptly returned the dress the same week but have not yet received the correct size or a refund despite following up multiple times. It is now May, and despite my patience, I have not received any resolution. Numerous attempts to contact the seller have been fruitless, and I am growing weary of the process. Order # [redacted][redacted] for the Nail Drill came in a damaged box with items loosely moving inside. I reached out to the Seller instead of opening a dispute initially. After Seller agreed to resend, the delivery never came. Although I waited for its arrival, I missed the Open a dispute window. Contacted Seller again, and after ongoing messages, they offered to resend just the pen part of the drill. Now, the Seller refuses to replace the damaged item and won't provide a prepaid return label for the return. I should not bear the cost of return shipping as the item arrived damaged. I am seeking either a refund or a replacement pen for the drill.

I need to discuss a return with AliExpress. They are willing to refund the purchase price and initial shipping cost, but will not cover the return shipping fee, which is much higher than what I paid initially, potentially double the purchase price. I aim to negotiate this with them. They have imposed a tight deadline for the return, which I find unreasonable for international shipping. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this by disputing the transaction with my credit card company. It is frustrating that there is no phone support available. At this stage, I am starting to question the legitimacy of this company.

I receive negative responses on my orders for the sole reason that they do not accept my credit card, which is perfectly working and has money loaded. You can check all my orders over the past years; I have never had a problem paying, except last month due to changing my credit card number. I find it audacious that Alipay dares to ask me for a copy of my ID card, my bank papers, and pictures of my bank card. This should be handled at a bank, not online. What is next? Will you want the keys to my car and my house? If you let my payment go through, there will be no problem. Please settle this with respect and remove the negative comment about me not paying. I purchased hair from your website on the 18th but later canceled the order. Although the refund was processed on the 22nd, it hasn't reflected on AliExpress yet. I made another purchase for $66.68 which left my account at $[redacted].00. Surprisingly, $[redacted].14 was deducted later, causing an overdraft. I am a new customer and really enjoyed the items on this site. I placed my first large order but encountered a problem with the colors of the items received not matching what I had selected. When reviewing my orders, I noticed that each item only displayed the last color I selected instead of the various colors I had chosen. Instead of receiving different colors as I had intended, I am only getting one color for each item, even though I selected different colors for each. I ordered multiple quantities of some items. I have a variety of products and would like to exchange them for the correct colors I initially selected. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. I recently purchased a skirt from a seller on your platform, but unfortunately, it arrived torn. I filed a refund request, and the seller agreed to issue a refund only if I return the skirt. The issue is that it took over twenty days for the shipment to reach my city, and now the seller is requesting it to be returned within nine days. This seems unreasonable and unfair. I shouldn't have to bear the consequences of the seller's mistakes by paying extra for expedited shipping. Selling damaged items is unacceptable, and there should be accountability for this situation.

One of the sellers on your site sold me a torn skirt. I filed a refund request, and the seller agreed to refund my money if I return the skirt. The issue is the return needs to be made within nine days, which is a tight deadline considering the long shipping time it took for the item to reach me. This feels unfair and like a form of pressure. The seller should take responsibility for the damaged item, not me. I shouldn't have to pay extra for quicker shipping just to return a faulty product.
