Albertsons Customer Service Issues

I have a safety concern about the Albertson's store located at 19th Avenue and Northern in Phoenix, AZ. The lack of a security guard in the parking lot while the store is open has made me feel unsafe. On a recent visit, I encountered a situation where a man under the influence was yelling and blocking my path back to my car, causing me distress. Even though the store employees mentioned there is a security guard, the delayed response time is inadequate. This is not an isolated incident for me. I have experienced feeling unsafe in the parking lot before, with another incident where a person chased me. Despite the store being well-stocked and convenient, I no longer feel comfortable shopping there. Other nearby stores, like the Walmart Neighborhood Market, have security guards on-site which enhance the sense of safety for customers. It is disappointing that a successful supermarket chain like Albertson's cannot prioritize the safety of its customers by investing in sufficient security measures. Given the surrounding neighborhoods' demographics and potential customer base, safety should be a top priority. The presence of security guards can greatly improve the overall experience for patrons. It's unfortunate that my safety concerns have led me to choose alternative shopping locations despite the inconvenience. Safety should never be compromised for the sake of convenience.
