I'm having trouble with my Airtalk Wireless application. When I reach the page to select my qualifying program, I can't find any clickable options like a drop-down menu or buttons. Even after qualifying through the National Verifier and contacting Airtalk for help, I'm stuck in a loop. I provided my approval code email from the National Verifier, but their advice to clear my cache hasn't worked. I attempted the application on multiple devices without success. The technical support's responses have been unhelpful, repeating ineffective solutions. Despite my requests to discuss the matter over the phone, they haven't offered that option. I'm unsure about the next steps to take.

I have attempted to contact Airtalk Wireless multiple times to resolve issues with my phone service but have had no luck. My voicemails are being forwarded to a service I no longer use, and I cannot receive calls or texts as they are all being redirected. Despite calling customer support and requesting assistance, the problem persists. I need my phone number to remain the same and these issues fixed promptly. I have expressed my concerns to the company, but the matter remains unresolved. I am considering reporting this to the FCC if the problem is not addressed soon. My main needs are to stop call forwarding, ensure text messages are sent and received correctly, and receive verification texts as needed.

I encountered an issue while trying to complete my application as I couldn't download my ID proof and other required documents. I was aiming to finish the application by the end of June to benefit from the upgraded phone deal for June. Currently, I am receiving ACP through a company. I had to buy a $45 hotspot device, but it has been a regretful purchase as I keep misplacing it, causing me stress and anxiety. As I have gotten older, my memory has been declining, making it difficult to keep track of things. Thank you.

I received my phone 2 days ago, and it was working fine. However, for the past two days, I haven't been able to make any calls. I checked my account on the Airtalk app, and everything appears to be active. The SIM card, phone number, and phone are all active. I also received an email stating that I haven't been using my service - which is not true, I've been using it since I received my phone. I have been trying to contact the company since 8 am, but it seems like they are not available. I need assistance as soon as possible.

Last week, my service was disconnected to transfer the ACP service. The device was functioning properly before they disconnected it. Now, the APN page on my phone appears greyed out, preventing me from entering any information. Airtalk Wireless has successfully resolved this issue previously, so I am confident they can fix it now. However, they are now suggesting that I purchase a new phone, which I am not willing to do. My phone has been turned off for 10 days, and it is crucial that this is resolved promptly.

I previously used Air Talk Wireless service, and so did my friend. We decided to swap phones by deleting our data, resetting the phones, and switching the SIM cards. After following the setup steps, my friend's phone worked fine, but I encountered issues. I am unable to make or receive calls, and though I could initially send and receive texts, that feature has stopped working too. The message "Emergency Calls Only" keeps appearing, indicating a connection problem to the network.
