As a consumer of Airtel DTH ([redacted]), we recently received a call from a person named PRIT, phone number [redacted]9, who advised us to recharge our account with ₹[redacted] INR for two months, which includes the recharge and dish fixing at our new home. We were assured there would be no deduction until the dish was installed. However, upon contacting the technician, we were asked for additional payment despite no TV usage due to the dish not being fixed. Despite reaching out to customer care multiple times, we have yet to receive a resolution. It is disappointing that Airtel lacks responsible individuals who can address the issues caused by their own actions. The lack of accountability among the staff is concerning.

I recently switched my phone number [redacted] from Jio to Airtel on 06/10/[redacted]. Since then, I have been experiencing issues recharging my Airtel number. Despite the money being deducted from my bank account, the Airtel recharge fails, and I receive a message stating that the amount will be refunded within seven days. I recently purchased an Airtel 4G SIM card, recharged it, and activated a data subscription. However, upon inserting it into my device, I encountered issues with my data connection not working. Unfortunately, my subscription expired while trying to resolve this. I re-registered the SIM card yesterday, purchased a new data plan, but I am still unable to use data on both my phone and MiFi device. I signed up for service with the number [redacted] with Why Fly service. However, at the store, the service provider gave me a postpaid number which is more expensive for me. I deposited Rs. [redacted] at the store as advised to convert my number to prepaid. Despite asking the store staff multiple times, they still haven't converted my number to prepaid. My data connection is not working properly. Even when I turn on my data, it doesn't connect. I tried using a different device, but it's not working at all. I've attempted different methods like rebooting my phone, turning it off for 30 minutes, and even putting it on airplane mode for another 30 minutes, but nothing seems to be working. On September 30th, during a trip in an autorickshaw, I misplaced my handset, registered under my cousin's name with the number [redacted], which is an old number. Upon discovering the loss, my cousin promptly blocked it and applied for the same number on that day. Two days later, upon checking, we realized the SIM was not reactivated. Upon visiting the Airtel store, they explained that there was a mismatch because initially, they did not have my father's name in the records. I am Keerthan staying in a place called Aladangady in Belthangady Taluk. Our village, Baraya, near Aladangady, does not receive Airtel network due to the absence of a nearby Airtel tower. Despite around [redacted] people using Airtel SIM cards in the area, we struggle with connectivity, leading some to consider switching their provider. Airtel Broadband Billing Issue Post Disconnection:
Hello Airtel Team,
I am Vishal and previously had an Airtel broadband connection with account number [redacted]. I requested disconnection on 2-Sep-[redacted], with confirmation emailed by Airtel on 3-Sep.
The email confirmed that the bill for the 6-Aug to 5-Sep cycle would be covered by the security deposit, and no further billing post disconnection from 3-Sep would occur.
Despite this, I have now received an additional bill of Rs-[redacted] for October on top of the Rs-[redacted] for the Aug-Sep billing cycle, which was supposed to be deducted from the security deposit.
Moreover, I am receiving calls from various unidentified Airtel numbers demanding payment for the supposed overdue amount, disregarding the disconnection and security deposit arrangement.
This situation is troubling and I request urgent resolution.

Initially, the SIM showed network through Sawa for the first month, but then it stopped showing. I checked on my Airtel app on another phone registered with my Airtel number and saw that the validity was not over. While I was traveling abroad, I purchased a 10-day international roaming pack for Rs. [redacted] from Airtel, but unfortunately, it was not activated during my trip. Now, Airtel is asking me to pay for the service even though I was unable to use it. As a result of not paying, my outgoing calls have been restricted. I believe that Airtel should not restrict my outgoing calls as I could not benefit from the international roaming service. Therefore, I request that Airtel waive the charges for the unused international roaming pack.

They mentioned that only my Aadhaar card was required without any signatures or additional documents.
