I recently recharged my mobile with the [redacted] rs. unlimited package which was supposed to provide me with 1 gb of data daily. Initially, it worked well, but for the past three days, I keep receiving messages from Airtel stating that 90% or even [redacted]% of my daily data is consumed early in the morning, despite not using it excessively. I turn on my data in the morning and immediately get these notifications, which is frustrating. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but could not get through to speak with a representative. I urge for a resolution to this issue promptly as it seems unfair to lose data without using it. Thank you.

I received a message from Airtel on phone number +[redacted][redacted] informing me of my winning award from Airtel. Following their instructions, I contacted Mr. Emman Nto Okpo, an Airtel Manager, who provided me with the winning code AIRTEL [redacted][redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted]. I then loaded a Two thousand Naira Airtel card as requested and contacted Engineer Idoko Williams at [redacted]7 for the delivery of the items. The prize package includes a 60" LG LED TV set, face caps, T-shirts, towels, shoes, and a recharge card totaling Nine hundred and Eighty thousand Naira.
Upon discussing payment options with Mr. Williams, I chose to receive cash and provided my GTB account number. However, I was later informed by First Bank that I needed to pay Forty-nine thousand Naira for VAT and other taxes before receiving the award money. Despite receiving an agent's account details, I expressed concern to Mr. Williams about sending money to a personal account and mentioned the disappearance of the initial recharge card. Ultimately, Mr. Williams indicated that if I was not interested, I could forget about the prize offer.

Hi,
I submitted a port request 3 days ago and received the UPC. 2 days ago, I received a phone call from your customer care agent. They inquired about my reason for changing networks. I explained the network issues and the slow 4G speeds compared to 2G. They assured me they would address the problem promptly, and I would be sent some settings to save. They also mentioned that I would be given 30GB of data within 48 hours. However, I have not received any settings or data yet. I intend to switch my network now. Goodbye.

Hello,
I am currently vacationing in India and purchased a new SIM card from Mr. Mukesh in Mahipalpur last Saturday to help coordinate my tour with my guide. Although the SIM card has been activated for 4 days, there is no credit available. I have found the process to get an Airtel SIM activated quite complex. I have already submitted my passport photo and visa copy twice, spoken with Airtel Shimla during my visit there, and I am struggling daily, which is significantly affecting my vacation experience. I am currently in Manali and would appreciate immediate action on this matter. Please contact me via email at [redacted] My new Airtel number is [redacted]. My name is Bhojnath Mahadew, born in Mauritius, passport number [redacted], Evisa number I004V44B5219. The SIM card was purchased from Mukesh Kumar, whose phone number is [redacted], located in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. I have noticed that although the phone is activated, there is still no credit. Upon dialing *[redacted]#, I receive an error message. I will be departing next week. I appreciate your prompt resolution of this issue. Thank you.

Dear Sir,
I subscribed to Airtel Alacarte in Feb [redacted], expecting a total cost of [redacted].77. However, I discovered an unauthorized addition of the Airtel bundle (Gujarat Value Sports SD pack) costing Rs. [redacted] and an IDV charge of Rs. 69 during my recent recharge. I am puzzled by these extra charges as I specifically selected channels under the Alacarte scheme. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care on 31.03.[redacted], I was unable to reach any representative due to system issues. This experience has left me disappointed as I hold Airtel in high regard, but the customer service has been lacking. I kindly request the immediate removal of the Airtel bundle and IDV package, along with a refund for both.

Hello,
I am reaching out to address a concerning phone call I received today from Airtel on my Vodafone number [redacted] from the number 0[redacted]. The call, lasting over 2 minutes, occurred between 1-2 pm.
I found it unsettling that the call was of a personal nature. Is it common practice for Airtel employees to use their helpline numbers to contact customers for such personal matters?
During the call, the Airtel representative shared extremely private details about someone close to me. This breach of privacy is distressing.
I kindly request Airtel to investigate this issue and provide information on the individual who made the call to me.
I trust that Airtel will address this promptly. Otherwise, I may have to escalate the matter by filing a complaint and legal action to prevent such inappropriate calls from causing distress to others.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I have been a customer using the number [redacted] with account number [redacted]. In February [redacted], I requested to port my number to Idea-Vodafone, which was successfully done. I made the final payment via electronic funds transfer from HDFC Bank in Gurugram on April 1, [redacted]. Since then, I have not received any receipt for this transaction.
I recently received a request from Idea-Vodafone asking for a proof of payment to continue service, but they do not accept bank statements as proof. I kindly request a receipt or statement from you showing that I have cleared my dues for the amount of Rs89. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,

I have noticed that my postpaid Airtel bill is showing charges for ISD calls that I can't even hear. When I dial, I only hear a prompt asking me to leave a voice message, which makes no sense as I hang up immediately. However, I am being charged 13 rupees for these extremely brief calls, costing me a significant amount on my bill. I find it unfair to be charged for calls I haven't even connected properly. I would like Airtel to refund these charges for the ISD calls that were not completed successfully. These calls lasted for just 1-2 seconds without any ringtone. Please adjust my bill accordingly.

Subject: Cancellation of Airtel Broadband Connection
A/C No. [redacted], LL.No. [redacted]5, JyothiRadia, [redacted]
I wish to address two issues regarding the cancellation of my Airtel Broadband connection. Firstly, I initiated the disconnection process in February [redacted] through phone and email. Despite settling the pending bill and following up with Mr. Antony, the Team Leader for recovery at [redacted], I have yet to receive confirmation of the cancellation. Additionally, I continue to receive unnecessary calls for payment.
Secondly, I had paid an initial deposit at the beginning of my subscription and requested reimbursement from Mr. Antony post-cancellation, but have not received a response.
I kindly request proper closure of my account and reimbursement of the initial deposit. Your prompt attention to these matters is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I have been a loyal user of the Airtel friends package sim ([redacted]) for more than 12 years now. Unfortunately, the validity has expired, but I still have a balance of INR 17.09 in my account. I am interested in extending the validity to lifetime, just as I had before, as I am now using the service internationally.
As a long-term customer, I kindly request your assistance in extending the lifetime validity of my sim card. I have been experiencing issues making calls, as I keep getting a message that states "the number you are calling is temporarily out of service."
Despite reaching out via email ([redacted]), I was advised to dial [redacted] to speak with an Airtel experience advisor. Regrettably, I am unable to call this number from outside the country. I am seeking an alternative solution to promptly activate the service with unlimited validity.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Warm regards,
Eng. M. Shafi

I am reaching out about my broadband connection set up on 10th Jan [redacted] at I-[redacted], Beta 2, Greater Noida [redacted], under connection number 0[redacted]. I initially paid Rs. [redacted] for a 6-month plan to the Airtel representative. However, on 25th Feb, I was contacted by Airtel about pending bills due to my plan not being updated. After several attempts with the local representative and customer care, my plan was supposedly fixed until 10th July. Unfortunately, I continue to receive numerous calls for payment despite this resolution. Engineers have visited my location multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved, causing frequent service interruptions and inconvenience. I am frustrated with Airtel's lack of assistance from both customer care and the store. Despite sending multiple emails with my connection details, the problem persists.

Dear Sir,
As a Ukrainian citizen currently staying at a hotel in Delhi, I would like to address my experience at your Airtel office in M 5 Block, Radial Rd 5 near Pahar Ganj. Despite trying to contact [redacted] as instructed, the activation has not been successful. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I initially registered my SIM card under my wife's name. When I started using the SIM, we went together to an Airtel help center to change the registration to my name. They assured me it would reflect my details in 3 days. I needed to use the SIM while traveling and access Airtel money. However, even after modifying the registration, only the Airtel money account shows my information, and I can't access Airtel money services for 4 days now. I cannot return to the help center soon, and my business relies on Airtel money. Please assist me promptly with the following details:
- Name: SSENONO IVAN
- NIN number: CM[redacted]4FHKD
- SIM NO.: [redacted]
- Wife's Name: NAMUSWE AFUWA
Thank you.

I am currently using the Airtel prepaid service with the number [redacted] on a 3G compatible device in Lodha Palava Lakeshore Green, Dombivli (E). My name is Selvinroy. I have been experiencing severe network issues for weeks, especially when outside Dombivli. Today, while at Ambarnath, I had no network despite multiple attempts like searching for networks and power cycling my device several times. It was only after I reached Experia Mall in Dombivli that I finally got a network. Even when my phone shows a 3G network, I am unable to load basic web pages like Google search or play YouTube videos for the past week. This deteriorating service is frustrating as I've been a long-time user and even referred my family to Airtel. I am disappointed with the current state of service and am hoping for a prompt resolution. Thank you.

Today, we booked a return flight from Redding, CA to Kalispell, MT, believing we were dealing with United Airlines. After confirming, we realized we were actually booked with AirTik. We felt unaware of this switch and were disappointed we couldn't use overhead compartments or select seats. Attempting to contact customer support earlier was frustrating due to long hold times.
We kindly request cancelling our reservations and a full refund of $[redacted].20 to be credited back to my Visa account promptly. Thank you for your swift attention to this matter.

Yesterday, I obtained my Airtel line. Following a successful retrieval confirmed by the vendor, I waited an extra hour before inserting the SIM into my phone. However, upon attempting to make a call, a voice prompt indicated that the calling facility had been withdrawn. Callers also indicated they couldn't reach me due to calling restrictions. Customer service asked a series of questions, which I answered, and they reassured me the issue was resolved. Despite this, I still couldn't make outgoing calls but could receive them. The problem persists, and I seek further assistance.
