I recharged another Airtel number with [redacted] using the Airtel app and paid with Google Pay. The recharge got stuck. Google Pay mentioned a refund if the recharge failed. The Airtel network in my area, Uyo specifically, is extremely poor. Many times, even when there is data on my phone, Airtel disconnects me from Facebook and turns it into free mode status. It also hinders WhatsApp messages and disrupts my mobile banking when I connect my phone's Wi-Fi to my POS device, happening almost every ten seconds. If this issue isn't fixed, I might have to abandon the Airtel SIM and switch to another provider like MTN or Glo. My number is [redacted]6.

I contacted Airtel about a home broadband connection in Bangalore on December 8th. They promised to provide me with a connection within 24 hours. However, after making the payment as instructed, I have not heard back from the executive, Bharath P. I have tried calling him multiple times, but he has not responded on either of the two numbers he provided: +[redacted]27 and +[redacted]24. When I try to access the Airtel portal, I encounter an error message. Despite several attempts, I have not been able to reach any Airtel Broadband team member.
I received a confirmation message after making the payment, but have not received any further updates. I am seeking assistance to cancel the connection and obtain a refund promptly. The lack of communication and support from Airtel is concerning. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been living in my house for 2 years, and the Airtel network has always been reliable. I recommend it to everyone. However, since yesterday, I've been experiencing issues with my network. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps like ejecting and re-inserting the sim card, switching between 2G and 4G, and even toggling airplane mode on and off, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I currently need to use my friend's hotspot just to access websites. Sending messages takes a while, and I can't even open Netflix. The sudden drop in network quality has been frustrating.

I am experiencing network issues with my sim card. The reception keeps fluctuating, and at times, I have no network on my phone for more than 7 hours. Although I can make voice calls sometimes, the data connection for browsing is unreliable. My wife is encountering the same problem at her office. I recently signed up for Airtel Black, and they set up two connections for me - one for postpaid and one for broadband. Initially, they mentioned the first month was free. However, in the second month, I received a bill for usage. Due to extreme weather conditions in Chennai for two weeks, we were stuck at home without power. Despite not using any data during this time, my bill doubled. I was charged an exorbitant amount that I find unreasonable considering the circumstances.

I am Sar metal Pratap. I reside in the daily district. I have been facing issues with my Airtel SIM for one and a half months. I have visited the retailer, and from Hardoi district, but my number is still not working. I can see the local area network, but cannot make calls. My balance is not visible, and during roaming, the network disappears completely. I am currently in Greater Noida, and I recharge regularly. I am experiencing issues with porting out my mobile number (70xxxxxxxx) after my unlimited plan expired. I attempted to send the PORT message to [redacted], but I am unable to do so even after recharging my phone with a Rs 10 pack. Airtel advised me to recharge with an unlimited pack to send the PORT SMS, but the minimum recharge amount available is Rs [redacted], which is more than I can afford just to port out my number. Despite multiple inquiries, I have not received a clear answer on the minimum recharge needed for the porting process. My attempts to reach customer care via [redacted], [redacted], and alternate number 96xxxxxxxx have been unsuccessful. According to TRAI regulations, port out services should be accessible to consumers regardless of their current plan or voucher value.

In the past 24 hours, I have been unable to place or receive calls on my Airtel number. Callers are informed that the number dialed is unauthorized. My Airtel account is paid in full and active, confirmed by the Airtel app. When I tested another SIM in my phone, it worked without any issues, indicating the problem lies with my Airtel SIM. Despite there being no physical damage and attempting to reinsert or reboot, the issue persists. I filed a complaint through the app, but the resolution timeframe given is ten days (until January 20th), rendering me without phone access until then, as this is my sole SIM card. I am seeking to escalate the resolution process.

In October, I switched to Airtel and was offered a free dish as a Diwali postpaid offer. I was told I would get a free dish and one-month subscription, but as I don't use the dish, I declined. The representative mentioned I could switch back to prepaid after 4 months, so I considered the benefits. However, I found out that the dish cost was added to my bill in December. I paid for the SIM bill but not the dish. This month, I was asked to pay again for the dish, despite it being inactive. Customer support informed me I needed to pay to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid later, even though the dish was suspended and unused. They refused to provide a written statement or escalate the issue. They insisted on charging me for a service I wasn't using, claiming Airtel doesn't track suspension dates. The customer support representative in Ropar, Punjab, was unhelpful and contradicted their previous explanations from October.

I am Oladoye Stephen Femi from Osun State. I recently purchased the SIM card [redacted]0 with AIRTEL 4G Pocket WIFI. I registered the SIM card on 12th February, recharged it with N200 from my UBA account, and subscribed to a 3G monthly data plan. However, the SIM card can only make and receive calls, not browse. I attempted to re-register it but faced the same issue. After visiting the Osogbo office and troubleshooting, I was informed that the problem was escalated for resolution within 48 hours. This morning, on March 29, [redacted], I observed that my Airtel line ([redacted]4) had left all the WhatsApp groups I belonged to. It wasn't a case of being removed but rather showing as "left" when someone exits on their own. I use both my MTN and Airtel lines on different platforms, so I noticed this discrepancy. To investigate, I switched the Airtel SIM from my tablet to my phone, and it was still functional for calls. The Airtel line has been dormant in my tablet for approximately 2 months.
I'm unsure if my line has been cloned by a fraudster or if Airtel is reassigning it to another customer. I attempted to contact Airtel customer service via [redacted], but the call wouldn't go through and kept disconnecting. My mobile data keeps running out quickly, even when I'm not using it. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now, and it's becoming frustrating. Whenever I turn on my data, within a few minutes, I receive notifications that 50%, 90%, and eventually [redacted]% of my data has been used up.
