Good day, I recently sent an email a few minutes ago expressing my interest in assisting Airtel with their advertising efforts, as I believe Airtel is the best network in Nigeria. Our advertising activities would mainly target the forestry area, an environment where Airtel is the sole network provider, along with my colleagues. The surrounding local villages and communities heavily rely on Airtel's services for their daily living. I volunteer myself for this task if deemed acceptable by your team. I have been experiencing numerous issues with my Airtel connection. Despite multiple complaints, the problem has not been resolved and seems to be worsening. For instance, there are long pauses before dialing a number on my mobile, and sometimes I am unaware that a call has been dropped. When I speak near a window facing outside, the voice is clear, but inside my room, the line frequently disconnects, even when I move to a different spot in the same room. Some areas have poor network coverage, making it challenging to make calls. Despite submitting complaints and service requests, the problem remains unresolved. It feels like the service engineers are not interested in addressing the issue, and the recurring message prompts for bill payments add to the frustration. I am considering switching to another provider for better service or disconnecting my number altogether. It seems that Airtel's service quality does not match its claims of being the number one service provider. Many customers are left feeling disappointed and unsure about the future of their services.

I recharged last month for data services, but the speed has been consistently low, not exceeding 0.90. This slow speed is hindering my ability to use apps and attend online classes. Despite attempting to contact customer care, I have been unsuccessful in reaching them. The signal strength in the city where I reside is also weak. I am disappointed with the service and may switch to a different network provider if the issue is not resolved promptly. Jio offers better speed in my area, so I urge you to address this matter as soon as possible.

Despite testing the SMS reception, I couldn’t resolve the OTP issue. The deadline to pay my August bills is nearing, so I'm seeking a prompt resolution to this matter to avoid any disruptions. I have been experiencing network issues for a long time, despite being close to the city. I have two Airtel SIM cards in my mobile phone and another with the "My Airtel WiFi" device. I have been facing numerous network problems with internet connectivity and calls. Despite multiple complaints through the "My Airtel app," no solutions have been provided. The responses I receive mention that the issue will be resolved in 15 days, but it persists. Even after reaching out to the nearest Airtel store, no action has been taken. I previously lodged a complaint online regarding the inability to use my phone number [redacted]3 for calls, SMS, and internet browsing. Every time, I receive a message saying the service is unavailable. An agent mentioned it would be resolved within 18 hours, but even after a week, I can't utilize these services. I managed to transfer N200 from another Airtel number to my account. Please, promptly address and rectify these issues. I appreciate your prompt assistance. Best regards.

Currently, I am on a work assignment outside India, with my Airtel SIM set up for roaming. Recently, starting last Sunday, 29th August, I encountered an issue where my Airtel SIM stopped functioning, rendering it unrecognizable by my phone. I have been facing issues with my Airtel postpaid number [redacted] since September 12, [redacted]. My SIM card is unable to register on the Airtel network, resulting in no data or voice call services. Despite trying various settings, contacting nearby Field Service Engineer Mr. Brajendra ([redacted]) through WhatsApp and phone calls, no solution has been provided so far. The numerous hollow marketing promises from Airtel are disappointing considering the poor service in my area for months now. I haven't been able to make evening calls for months. I would like assistance in closing the connection and would appreciate billing discounts for the unused period. I am very dissatisfied with Airtel's services and do not wish to continue using them. I have encountered the same issue three times. I recharged my Airtel SIM through Paytm, and although the amount was deducted and the recharge showed successful on Paytm, the recharge was not completed. This problem has persisted with different Airtel numbers. I have contacted Paytm and they requested coordination with the operator, but the poor service prevents me from connecting to customer support. Only automated responses are received, and the call gets disconnected. I urge for a prompt resolution as I have not received proper responses even after emailing. Please rectify the issue soon or refund the deducted amount. If this issue continues, I will have to consider switching from Airtel and will not recommend it to others. I faced the same problem with recharges of [redacted]+[redacted]+48 in the past with the Airtel number [redacted]. I also encountered a similar issue with a recharge of [redacted]+48 done yesterday on October 5th.

I watch YouTube videos daily, but today after only watching 3 videos, I received a message stating that 50% of my data was consumed. I pay for my prepaid plan monthly, yet my ability to watch videos within my data allowance keeps getting restricted by the network provider. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and they attribute the issue to network problems. Every time I reach the point of using half my data, the network provider cuts my data off. I want to enjoy my data plan fully within its limits without interference. The network provider is disrupting my service, and I feel they are jeopardizing my access. I request that this tampering with my data usage be addressed promptly to prevent any recurrence.

Upon visiting to retrieve my line, I was informed it had been given out because I took too long to reactivate it. Hello, I am experiencing very slow network speed with Airtel. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding this issue, but the solutions provided have been unhelpful. Despite being assured that actions will be taken within a week, no improvements have been made so far. Over the past month, I have raised this issue over ten times due to slow network and experiencing difficulty hearing the other party during calls, which are often abruptly cut off. In Harranamaldiha, Deshopran, West Bengal, I am facing issues with the Airtel network. The signal is not strong, causing problems with internet speed, coverage for calling, voice quality, video calls, call drops, and overall calling experience. I have been experiencing these problems for 24 months now. I have also noticed that the operator's name does not show up in my network speed settings. I saw similar complaints from Biswajit Rana in my area with phone number [redacted]. The service provider in our area, [redacted], has not yet resolved these issues. I would appreciate a prompt resolution from Airtel regarding these ongoing network problems.

I reside in Harranamaldiha, Deshopran, West Bengal, and have been facing issues with the Airtel network. The signal strength is weak, causing internet speed to be slow despite being on a 4G network. I am experiencing problems with calling services such as poor coverage, unclear voice quality, call breaks, video call issues, call drops, and difficulties with both incoming and outgoing calls for the past 24 months. I have even registered complaints with TRAI, but the operator's name does not appear in the My Speed app. Over [redacted] similar complaints have been reported.
