I am reaching out for assistance regarding my recent Airmiles booking error. My return flight from Abbotsford to Calgary was mistakenly reserved for March 4th instead of the correct date, February 4th. This minor oversight led to an unexpected $[redacted].53 charge with Westjet. Amidst the confusion, I took this trip to support my grieving brother who lost his wife to cancer. Compounded by my husband's recent fall and concussion, I am kindly asking for leniency in redeeming my Airmiles points to offset this cost. Despite speaking with an empathetic agent who directed me to the right department, I unfortunately lost connection after an hour-long hold. I have not received my miles for the past few months. Despite using my card over [redacted] times since losing my license three months ago, my miles are stuck at 49. I regularly shop at Shell gas stations to earn airmiles, but this issue is really frustrating. I apologize for my strong language and tone, but I am requesting compensation for this. Please email me at [redacted] instead of calling as my phone is not working correctly. I am going through a tough time emotionally, feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I was on Westjet flight WS176 from Abbotsford to Grande Prairie, with a connecting flight in Calgary. The flight was delayed, and although we arrived in Calgary at 4:05pm and got off the plane at 4:10pm, we missed our connection by just 2 minutes. Despite our tickets showing the gate closing at 4:10pm, the plane left at 4:25pm as we watched. We felt that with a little help at the gate, we could have made it. The staff informed us they had to keep to schedule. Eventually, we were rebooked on Air Canada AC8481 departing at 7:05pm, making my arrival in Grande Prairie 9pm instead of 6pm. This delay caused me to miss important family events related to my uncle's funeral. The customer service process was handled well, but the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the usual Westjet standards. I am seeking reimbursement for the flight.

On November 26, [redacted], while buying fuel at Wilsons, the cashier mistakenly deducted some points. She voided the transaction promising the points would be back in 30 days. Now, almost 3 months later, after numerous calls, no progress has been made. The store manager reached out to AirMiles with all the details, but no resolution was found. I would appreciate it if someone could email or call at [redacted] to help settle this issue. Thank you.

I recently received an email from Airmiles thanking me for redeeming 95 miles for rewards at Safeway on Feb. 12th. However, I did not make this transaction, and suspect it was deducted in error or by someone using my phone number at Safeway. I believe my phone number might have been mistakenly entered instead of the actual user's. I was not at any stores on that day and did not use any miles. I kindly ask for the 95 miles to be reinstated into my account promptly. Thank you.

I bought a round trip ticket from Edmonton to Phoenix on January 23, along with flight insurance. I flew to Phoenix on March 10, but due to the government's advice to return to Canada because of the coronavirus, I need to cancel my March 31 return flight. I've attempted to contact them multiple times, but I keep getting a voicemail saying they can't take my call because it's more than 36 hours before my flight. I found another way back to Canada sooner. Airmiles hasn't been helpful. Live chat attempts were unsuccessful. My confirmation number is UDQN4RX and my Airmiles Number is 8[redacted]. Currently in Mazatlan, our return flight to Winnipeg got canceled due to COVID-19. Our booking was made through Air Miles with confirmation code V9EPV38. The return was scheduled for April 17 from Mazatlan to Vancouver and then to Winnipeg. The first leg from Mazatlan to Vancouver is canceled, while the second leg is still scheduled. Requesting two actions: firstly, cancel the Vancouver to Winnipeg flight on April 18th, and secondly, rebook a return flight from Mazatlan to Winnipeg as soon as possible. We previously contacted Air Miles, but they mentioned they couldn't rebook as WestJet canceled the flight and suggested contacting them directly. After speaking with WestJet this morning, they advised rebooking through Air Miles as per the original arrangement. We find ourselves stuck in a frustrating loop and seek your assistance in facilitating our journey home.

I am following up on my email from Monday, March 30, [redacted], regarding my canceled trip to Fort Lauderdale, FL due to the pandemic. I have yet to receive a response. I am Janine Halliday, and my Air Miles collector number is 8[redacted]. The Air Miles Confirmation Code is PQQYPM7, and the Airline Confirmation Code is EFAQLV for West Jet. The flights were booked for David Alexander Halliday and Sarah Beth Halliday, using 4,[redacted] Reward Miles each. Additionally, $[redacted].74 was paid. Can you verify the cancellation of these flights and provide information on when the reward miles will be refunded and clarify if Air Miles or West Jet will reimburse my credit card?

Hello, I have been residing in Ontario for the past four years after moving from Montreal. During this time, we have consistently used our Airmiles cards for various purchases. Recently, we found out that we have been accumulating "dream" miles instead of "cash" miles, which are required for grocery shopping. I have a few inquiries: 1. I have attempted to contact Airmiles multiple times, the most recent being two years ago. I've tried to update my profile as requested by mail, but after spending roughly an hour, nothing has gone through. I'm frustrated with the process and about to give up. I've used quick chat, called the provided phone numbers, and filled out all the necessary forms, even providing my current email address. My card number is [redacted], and I've just submitted my email, [redacted], along with my husband's at [redacted] My pin is [redacted]. The system says our email addresses are invalid because they are old, but our phone number is [redacted]. The instruction to add a code doesn't work on our landline, which is crucial for emergencies. I hope someone calls me or else I'm done with this. We both share the same number and have misplaced our cards, so please assist us promptly either via mail with an actual address or a functional phone number. Your prompt attention is appreciated.

I am having trouble with my airmiles.ca card and pin being labeled invalid. Despite using the card at Safeway without issues, the website is not recognizing it. Additionally, after engaging in live chat support, they mentioned being located in the Middle East, which is confusing as I reside in Canada and have never visited that region. I attempted to contact the 1-[redacted] number for assistance, but it redirected me to seek support locally in Canada. I recently received a letter requesting my new email address for card [redacted]4 to be entered by November 20, [redacted]. After waiting on hold for a long time, I tried using the chat feature on my computer. However, before I could explain my issue (typing slowly due to my age), the chat was abruptly closed. When attempting to resolve the problem online, I had to repeatedly enter my card number and reset my password multiple times to no avail. Despite following the steps for forgotten passwords and human identification verification, I found myself stuck in a loop of filling out the same information. Microsoft repeatedly alerted me of incorrect passwords, ultimately locking me out. After nearly three hours of failed attempts, I received an automated phone call requesting a new date and time (November 24) for Airmiles to provide assistance in updating my email and setting a new pin. The speaker's rapid pace and confusing instructions made the process even more challenging for me to follow.

My air miles number is #[redacted]3. On November 26, [redacted], I bought 2 Silver Star Resort Single Day Lift Tickets through Airmiles item number [redacted]25. I used one ticket and planned to use the other during spring break with my grandchildren, but due to COVID-19, I couldn't. The certificate expired on April 5, [redacted]. I contacted Silver Star mountain, and they advised me to reach out to Airmiles. I am hopeful that you can assist me by replacing the Air Miles Silver Star Day Lift Ticket or providing credit so I can order a new one. I still intend to use it. Please help me. Thank you.

I need assistance replacing my original AirMiles Card, which has been delicately taped together since the program started. I also would like to request additional cards with the same number for my household members to use. Hello, I used airmiles to book a flight to the United States for the fall. Due to the rising Covid numbers and travel restrictions from my employer, I am unable to travel. I did not purchase travel insurance assuming things would improve with the vaccine. Can I rebook my flight or are my airmiles lost? Thank you.

I am concerned about the Omicron variant and the Federal Government's notice to cancel unnecessary travel. Our flight to Toronto is on Dec. 21, and we want to know our options given the current situation. We would like to reschedule for a safer time. I recently shopped at Sobeys on February 12 and attempted to use my airmiles cash account for payment. However, upon checking, my balances displayed Cash Miles - 0 and Dream Miles - 0. I made sure to unlock my cash miles account prior to shopping, but upon returning home, I noticed my cash account was still showing as locked despite the unlock feature being displayed at the bottom. The process of locking and unlocking the cash account has become unnecessarily confusing. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times via phone, but have been unable to reach a live representative. Even when attempting a call back, I was greeted with only music. After waiting for long periods with no success, I tried the online chat feature which also did not provide any responses. Additionally, I noticed a deduction of 1 mile from my cash miles, dropping from [redacted] to [redacted], which has left me puzzled.

I am Brian Taylor writing regarding my wife, Vaughn N., and son, Griffin-N. T., who booked a trip from Edmonton to New York via Toronto with Airmiles through Westjet on June 27. Their connecting flight in Toronto was cancelled. I secured alternative transport for June 27 and want to confirm with Airmiles they will not be on the June 30 flight and ensure it is not marked as a no-show. Additionally, I am requesting a refund on the miles for the cancelled flight and verifying the return flights are unaffected. The reservation code is AKQIHK, and they will not be on flight WS1202 on June 30.

Air Miles Confirmation # GK4VN88 I am traveling to California on December 15, [redacted]. My bookings are finalized and paid for. However, I just realized that Flight # AC7959 from Montreal to Toronto shows Toronto Island as the destination. Shouldn't this flight be landing at Toronto Pearson Airport for my international connection to California? I urgently need confirmation on this matter.
