19th August [redacted] Ref: AGPUX29800/13th August [redacted]/[redacted] GMT My most recent six months of travel and joy have been ruined by your negligent company, and I am now experiencing stress and depression. Dear Sir/Madam, I am contacting you concerning the damage and theft of items from my luggage on the 13th of August [redacted] during the flight from Madrid to Malaga. Since Sunday the 14th of August, I have tried calling the number ([redacted]90) provided to me at Malaga airport at least 25 times. I waited for responses for 45-55 minutes each time, and then the call was abruptly disconnected. In total, I spent [redacted] minutes on hold but never managed to speak with any officers. On the 17th of August, I revisited the airport and reported the situation regarding the phone calls to the lost luggage office. However, the officers stated they were not responsible and directed me to the Air Europa office. Despite explaining the situation and showing the call history to the Air Europa officers, I was informed they were also not responsible. After a lengthy discussion, I obtained your email address. During my flight from Cancun, Mexico to Malaga via Madrid, I had to retrieve and recheck my luggage at Madrid airport. While at the airport, I even opened my suitcase to add new souvenirs from Cancun. Upon collecting my luggage at Malaga airport, I was shocked to find it ripped open. Many of my personal items, including my underwear, souvenirs, and gifts for my daughter and family, were missing. The suitcase appeared to have been tampered with using tape, leading me to believe it was a deliberate act of theft by airport staff. I reported the incident to the office, and the officers directed me to the police. Even the police were astonished by the situation and escorted me back to the damage/lost luggage office. When my luggage was checked in, it weighed 22 kilos, but upon receiving it back damaged, it only weighed around 4 kilos. Many irreplaceable and valuable items from my travels around the world were stolen. I believe the company should investigate and identify the thief or thieves responsible, as well as the staff handling the luggage on that flight. Perhaps they can retrieve my priceless belongings. To whom it may concern, I want to address my recent experience with AirEuropa. On the 11th of August, my flight from Malaga to Madrid was canceled, resulting in a missed connection to Porto. Despite AirEuropa's cancellation, there was no assistance provided. When inquiring about my luggage, I was left waiting in a line from 10 pm to 2 am without a resolution. It was disheartening as a minor in a foreign country, facing this ordeal alone. Eventually, I had to arrange my own transportation and accommodation, with no luggage, in a foreign land. After multiple setbacks, my bag was redirected to Lisbon instead of Porto. The retrieval process was cumbersome, involving unnecessary delays and miscommunication. I emphasized my non-residency in Portugal, which was disregarded, causing further inconvenience. The lack of clarity on when my luggage would reach me added to the frustration. I hope to see a swift transfer of my bag to Lisbon airport and a prompt receipt of essential information henceforth. Originally in Bolivia to visit family, I have been traveling in Bolivia for the past few weeks during my 3-month stay. I have recently arrived in La Paz. I will be flying from Caracas to Johannesburg on June 13th. The first leg of the journey is from Caracas to Madrid on Air Europa. Then, I will be flying from Madrid the next morning to Istanbul and then Johannesburg. My question is whether I would need to collect my checked baggage in Madrid, or if I can check it through to Johannesburg? I am an Ethiopian citizen and resident currently visiting Spain. I am planning to buy a ticket from Madrid to Managua with Aireuropa. I have all my travel documents in order, including the government application form. While Nicaragua offers visas on arrival to Ethiopian citizens, I do not have a visa stamped in my passport yet. I am concerned if this will pose an issue during check-in for my flight. Will I encounter challenges obtaining my boarding pass? Can you provide advice regarding the visa on arrival option?

I recently traveled from Kansas City to Seville on a golf trip, but unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered that my golf bag was missing due to air Europa's mishandling. Despite providing my information at the baggage window in Malaga, I have not received any updates after 2 days. The lack of communication and poor customer service experience have been disappointing. Trying to reach their customer service line resulted in a frustrating automated response followed by disconnection. This incident has greatly impacted my trip to the point where I doubt I will choose air Europa in the future.

I'm having trouble adding an extra 23kg baggage allowance to my Air Europa flight tomorrow from Malaga to Madrid on May 18th. I tried to add it during the initial booking on trip.com, but it didn't go through. Since I can't make calls in Europe with my SIM card, I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. Please advise me on the next steps or inform me on what to do if I have to pay for the extra baggage at Malaga Airport. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I attempted to modify my return flight from Tunis to Malaga (via Madrid) but encountered difficulties. My booking reference is U6P5CN. I intended to change my Tunis-Malaga return flight via Madrid from June 12 to June 25. While I believed I followed the correct process by selecting the new return date, agreeing to the 45 € penalty, I faced an issue. A window consistently appears at the end of the procedure stating: "1 error: please select your departure flight." My initial flight was on May 14 from Malaga to Tunis. Hello, our flights were rescheduled after our purchase and the new times are inconvenient, so we are seeking compensation. Additionally, we need to add ski baggage to our flights, but we are unable to do so online. We are flying from Gatwick to Buenos Aires, landing in Ezeiza instead of the originally planned AEP. On August 12th, I was at Madrid airport traveling from Istanbul with Turkish Airlines for a flight to Quito, with flight number UX039. However, at the gate, I was denied boarding as they claimed Sudanese citizens need a visa for Ecuador. Despite my request to verify this information on their screen, they refused. I contacted the Sudan embassy in Ecuador and was informed that no visa is required before arrival. Currently, I am still at the airport waiting for the next flight. I purchased a flight ticket from Asuncion to Bogota, Miami, Madrid, and Malaga. The flight from Asuncion had a serious technical issue causing a 1-hour and 30-minute delay. Consequently, my flight was delayed, affecting all other tickets. In Bogota, my ticket was changed for a flight to Miami, and Avianca provided me with a responsibility certificate. They instructed me to go to Air Europa for the tickets from Miami to Madrid and Malaga, but there is no Air Europa here in Miami.

I have been missing my luggage since Saturday when it did not arrive with me in Copenhagen. It seems to either still be at Madrid Airport or in Malaga.
