My Ryanair flight from Marrakesh to Madrid has been delayed by 5 hours without any warning. Originally, I was scheduled to arrive at 20:55. As a result, I will miss my Air Europa flight from Madrid to Mallorca, which departs at 22:45. I will now be stuck in Marrakesh until at least 23:00.
I am aware that Ryanair is known for not being helpful in these situations, only offering meaningless apologies. This is distressing because I had meticulously planned my flights with a 2-hour layover in Madrid.
It's essential to understand that I am not a well-off tourist heading to Mallorca for a vacation. I am traveling to volunteer and provide childcare for a local family. I cannot afford Spain as a tourist destination, nor can I afford hotels in Madrid.
I do not have the financial means to rebook or purchase a new ticket, and I run the risk of being stranded in Madrid if a solution is not found.
I urgently need to be accommodated on a later flight to Mallorca, preferably in the morning of June 29th or later that day. Thank you for your consideration and assistance in this matter.

Hello, I need to cancel my flight UX4530.

I was not notified about this cancellation by the agency where I made my reservation, which resulted in additional costs to make it back to France. We had to take another flight with a different airline to catch our connecting flight UX1297, which was not changed. Unfortunately, this flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, causing us to miss our connection. Therefore, I had to buy new tickets because the only flight offered was on September 4th instead of the original date of September 1st.
I am requesting a refund for the airport taxes, reimbursement for the tickets I had to repurchase, and compensation for the inconvenience experienced. There were 9 of us traveling. The new tickets for our return to France cost us €[redacted].95 for all 9 passengers. Initially, my round trip flight cost €[redacted].53. Therefore, this trip has amounted to a total of €[redacted].48.
I have already submitted a claim, but I have not received any updates to date. If I do not hear back within a month, I will seek mediation through tourism services.

I flew from Palma Mallorca to Barcelona on Flight [redacted]. Our flight arrived late and our baggage took nearly an hour to be delivered at baggage claim. Some passengers, including a pilot, had to repeatedly speak with staff to address the issue. Air Europa cited being short-staffed for the delay. Due to the baggage delay, I missed my connecting flight to NYC on British Airways at 10am, leading to rebooking on Delta for $[redacted]. I also missed my NY connection, requiring an additional hotel stay and arriving home a day later. The pilot I spoke with agreed that Air Europa was at fault and I should be compensated for the extra expenses and inconvenience incurred over two days.

Upon receiving my costly suitcase, I was shocked at the damage caused. I approached your representative, an older gentleman who was a bit overweight, at the airport, and he filled out some paperwork about the incident. Subsequently, my husband contacted your office in Spain, spoke with Alexandra, explained the situation, and also sent photos of the damaged suitcase. I made reservations for my husband and myself on an Air Europa flight from JFK to Seville in June. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't make the trip, so I called to change his ticket. The representative informed me that I could change the flight, but it had to be done the same day. I ended up booking a flight for December for both of us, but when I recently tried to check on the reservations, I couldn't find them. Air Europa said they had no record of our reservations when I contacted them. Even though I provided all the necessary details, they refused to rebook the flights for December using my husband's ticket. I also faced difficulties speaking to a supervisor. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I accidentally booked two flights with eDreams. The reference numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I already checked in for the flight ending in -22 but now want to cancel the one ending in -63. eDreams informed me that the -63 flight is non-refundable due to being a low-cost one. The -22 flight is cancellable, but since I checked in, it complicates things. Should I cancel the check-in for -22 and then try to cancel the whole flight, or should I just cancel the -63 flight? Which option would you recommend as more practical?

I made a flight booking yesterday morning for Dec. 11, [redacted], from Orly to Madrid at 10:15 am, and on Dec. 13 from Madrid back to Paris at 5:20 pm. During the booking, I provided my office phone number and cell number. However, I only realized later that the verification process used my office number which I can't access now. I am currently in Fuengirola near Malaga in Spain. We are heading home on Sunday, February 9, with flight AF5053. Can we set up luggage drop-off before heading to the airport? Each time I try to reach out to AirEuropa by phone, the agent only speaks Spanish and doesn't seem to have an English option available. KLM mentioned we couldn't arrange it through them. I, Gil Trotino, alongside Noam Trotino, have reservations for flight UX51 departing from Havana to Madrid on March 10, followed by flight LY398 from Madrid to Tel Aviv on March 11.
I recently received notification from our agency representative, Alice, informing us of the flight change due to ELAL's cancellation of flight LY398. We have been rebooked on flight LY396 departing on March 12.

I am looking for urgent assistance with my refund issue. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service since March 3, [redacted], regarding my refund of [redacted].65 USD. However, I keep receiving generic responses from Silvina D. that do not address my specific concerns.
Despite being promised that my refund request was being processed on May 18, [redacted], referencing file RCC-A4EHRM8 and WEB088604, I have yet to receive it. Waiting four months for a refund is unreasonable, and I suspect there may be intentional delays to push customers towards accepting vouchers instead.
I have researched my rights with the EU and understand that I am entitled to a refund. If I continue to receive unhelpful automated responses, I will pursue legal action. This prolonged delay is unjust and unacceptable. I have been patient, but the lack of resolution is disappointing and reflects poorly on Air Europa.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received and will not consider flying with Air Europa in the future. It is essential for me to receive my refund promptly, and I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary.
