I am having trouble accessing my Adobe CC account since my college, Independence University, closed a month ago. I am unable to access my Behance portfolio and my Spark page is blank. Despite numerous hours spent chatting with Adobe support and granting remote access, I still can't resolve the issue. I have missed out on two job opportunities due to these problems. When I try to seek help online, I receive a message prompting me to contact my administrator, but since the college is closed, I am unable to do so. I have tried reaching out to my previous instructors and the graphic design department dean, but have not received any responses. This lack of communication has left me stuck without access to my account. I have been paying for Adobe CC out of pocket and the inability to use the programs is causing me significant inconvenience. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times without success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to help me regain access to my account.

I had a Photoshop subscription for years, which I recently renewed in May at $12.54 per month. However, I am facing issues accessing my new account as it keeps reverting to the old one where it appears I have no subscription. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling all Adobe products, the problem persists. I am frustrated that I have been paying for a service I cannot access. I am experiencing an issue with my Surface Book Laptop running Windows 10, 64-bit with 16 GB of memory. The Graphics Card is not functioning, as it appears grayed out under Edit>Performance in Photoshop (version 23.0.2 [redacted].r.101arc26c0). A pop-up indicates that the Graphics Processor in my relatively new laptop is not compatible. Despite having Intel (R) HD Graphics [redacted] and NVIDIA GeForce GPU without any prior issues, I confirmed that both drivers are up to date. I am wondering if recent Photoshop updates have rendered certain video cards incompatible. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have to resolve this issue.

During the summer, I canceled my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, which was supposed to expire on December 11th, [redacted]. However, I recently noticed that Adobe charged my account [redacted].34 Norwegian Krone for a yearly subscription, even though I no longer have an active plan with them. On December 21, [redacted], I encountered Acrobat Pro DC on Adobe's website, where I saw they offer a 7-day free trial service. I began setting up a subscription but had trouble with the postal code section and did not complete the process. I would like to cancel the service immediately as I do not foresee using PDFs. I'm a retired 75-year-old from Canada. Upon checking my TD Bank account, I was surprised to see a pending charge of $21.16CDN from Adobe. Kindly refund this amount to my VISA account. I plan to disconnect any associations with Adobe.

I signed up for a trial subscription, canceled it, and now, a few days later, I noticed that $76 is missing from my account. This has put me in a tough spot as my electricity is at risk of being disconnected, leaving my kids, elderly father, and me in the cold. I need urgent assistance in getting my money refunded. I can't afford to be out of pocket like this, especially when I only initially signed up for the trial to assist my 12-year-old with school. It's distressing to feel like Adobe is taking advantage of its customers in this way.

I am experiencing issues with my Photoshop subscription. The application consistently crashes without warning, regardless of which tools or plugins I am using. This problem began after I downloaded the beta version to explore the generative fill feature. In attempting to troubleshoot, I uninstalled the beta, removed the latest Photoshop version, and then reinstalled Photoshop, rebooting my computer after each step. Additionally, I updated the driver for my Nvidia RTX [redacted] TI card to the most recent studio version.
Despite the crashes, I have managed to continue my work by saving files after each edit. Fortunately, the recovery function has been working correctly when I am unable to save. I am seeking further advice on what steps I can take to resolve this ongoing issue.

A few weeks ago, I registered for Adobe and activated the 14-day free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I only needed it for a short project, which I completed, and then neglected it.
Later on, I realized I have been charged $21.44 monthly and decided to cancel. I don't recall intentionally signing up for an annual membership, as it's unnecessary for me! I also don't remember seeing any indication of this when I started the trial. I simply entered my card details, filled in the necessary information, and that was it from what I remember. Now, I'm trying to cancel before the next month's charge, but a notification is stating I will face a $[redacted].95 early cancellation fee. I am attempting to cancel, but I keep encountering a chatbot that keeps trying to offer me alternatives to keep the plan. This situation is disconcerting. It seems like Adobe, similar to many other companies, is deceiving customers. Thank you!
