I haven't used Photoshop in over 2 years due to COVID restrictions and moving. It seems my subscription has lapsed. Name: Robert A. I attempted to duplicate a line drawing, but the copied version appeared blank. I aim to overlay the copy onto the original with a slight offset to intensify the lines. Additionally, I wish to overlay a left-facing copy onto a right-facing one and adjust their positioning before merging the layers. I had no issue with this process in the older version of Photoshop, CS 6, and am well-versed in working with layers. Unfortunately, the Lasso tool isn't functioning as I'd like. In the previous version, I could make precise selections using small straight lines. I believe it was referred to as the Magnetic Lasso tool, but I prefer a tool that moves only where I click without the need for a tablet.

I have a free plan with Adobe, but I noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement from them. I am seeking a refund for these items as they do not appear in my Adobe purchase history. I have already contacted my bank, but they advised me to reach out to Adobe first. The charges in question are on Dec 12 for $21.39, Feb 5 for $21.39, another on Feb 5 for $21.39, and several declined charges in between. These charges have caused me NSF fees as well. The card ending in [redacted] is linked to my PayPal account under the email address [redacted]

Invoice: AE[redacted]0CUS Hello, I recently bought an Upgrade License for Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements from Adobe's website. The purchase was made for US$79.99. After installation, I noticed that only Photoshop was working, while Premiere, the video editor, was missing. Even my previous version of the video editor was no longer available. I am puzzled as I thought I had purchased the upgrade package for both photo and video editors. Can you clarify this for me? If I did not purchase the upgrade for both, how can I reverse this and get the correct upgrade for the combo of Photoshop and Premiere Elements? Thank you, Klaus
