I have a warranty for my model 01534D1, but my outdoor station is not communicating with the indoor one. I've tried replacing the batteries and adjusting the channels, but the signal strength keeps dropping and I lose data for hours. This is my second unit from you, as the first was damaged in a storm. The outdoor unit is [redacted] feet from my home on a 12-foot pole, the same spot as the original unit for four years. Can I please receive a shipping number to return the unit for inspection? Thank you, Jerry.

I recently received the Galileo Thermometer (item # 00796WB) via FedEx. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered that the thermometer was broken and not functioning properly. I would like to return it for a replacement. The item's delicate nature should have been indicated on the shipping box, and its lack of warning labels should be considered the fault of your company. I expect that, in good faith, your company will replace the broken thermometer and cover any shipping costs associated with the return.

I need assistance from AcuRite Tech Support for my Cheney Instruments Weather Station in Houston, Texas. The outdoor sensor suddenly stopped working, despite me changing the batteries. I suspect it might be broken. I want to check if the Model 01121M Weather Station I got from Amazon is still under warranty. I am willing to replace the sensor myself if needed, but I want to make sure it's truly not working before purchasing a new one. The 06002M White Outdoor Data Collection part has multiple radio bands for transmission, so I want to explore all troubleshooting options before replacing it. Any guidance on confirming if it's defective and the next steps would be appreciated. Thanks, Jay Watson.

Hello, I own an Acurite Atlas model [redacted] weather station that was purchased in December [redacted]. Recently, after a brief power outage on April 23, [redacted], the display screen stopped showing any weather information. Even after multiple attempts of unplugging and plugging it back in, the display screen remains stuck at the initial start-up display without the menu option. I made sure the power supply is providing 5VDC and tried relocating the unit close to the outdoor sensor without success. I am looking for advice on what steps to take next to resolve this issue with my Acurite weather station. Thank you, - William B.

I am the owner of an AcuRite 5-in-1 weather sensor model [redacted] and display model [redacted]. Lately, I noticed that the temperature and wind speed readings on the display are stuck and not updating. To troubleshoot, I replaced the AA batteries in the outdoor sensor and reset the indoor display. I even manually input the correct weather information, but the issue persists. The wind speed cups are spinning freely. I am unsure of the next steps for fixing this problem. Could AcuRite provide guidance on resolving this issue or is there a repair service available for this unit?

Hello Debbie, I am reaching out regarding my outdoor thermometer, Model 00606TX. I recently replaced the batteries in both the outdoor and indoor units for the first time, ensuring the proper orientation. The outdoor unit, sheltered under my deck umbrella without direct exposure to the elements, consistently reads inaccurately on the indoor receiver unit, located less than 15 feet away. Despite resetting the units, they fail to sync correctly. The outdoor unit's signal reports temperatures as high as [redacted] degrees to the indoor unit, which then fluctuates but never reflects the actual temperature. I believe the issue lies with the outdoor device and kindly request a replacement. I have been satisfied with various ACURITE products in my home and outdoors. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Doug E. from Durham, NC.

I purchased an AcuRite 02008A1 weather station from Amazon on September 21, [redacted]. I reported an issue with my display to AcuRite on October 14, [redacted]. They assigned me Case # [redacted] and connected me with a Customer Support representative named Meghan. I have been communicating with Meghan regarding my warranty claim, but unfortunately, the responses have been unsatisfactory. It's been two weeks, and I have yet to receive proper instructions on how to move forward with my claim. -R. Crookston

I am having trouble connecting my Acurite smart hub with the ID 24C86E0968E9 to the Acurite app. I have followed all the given instructions, but I cannot seem to make it work. The Acurite device is old but functions well; I just want to check the weather from WA while I am in AZ for a few days. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, S.B. I have an AcuRite 5-in-1 weather sensor model [redacted], a 5-in-1 weather sensor model [redacted], and a smart hub. I've downloaded the PC Connect software and set up my devices, including connecting to Weather Underground where I received station number KTXWILLI118. After setting up the smart hub, my display is working, and on the AcuRite app on my iPhone, it shows my weather station as Emerald Lakes Turquoise in zip code [redacted], but no data is displayed. I also tried Weather Underground with the same result. When setting up PC Connect, it requests a device number, and I used the number for the display instead of the smart hub, hoping that's correct. Do I need to keep the display connected to the PC all the time to view the station on my iPhone and Weather Underground once everything is functioning correctly? Any tips would be appreciated. - Ken B.

I am reaching out concerning an order placed by my late husband for a weather and sensor device on November 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, both of us contracted covid and he passed away on January 3, [redacted]. The product arrived in December, but due to my situation, I only found it in February after returning from his funeral. I have opened the package to check its contents but have not used anything. I am unsure how to install it and would like to return it. The order number is [redacted]. I have been unable to reach you by phone but am willing to provide a copy of the death certificate if needed. Please advise on how to return the item. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I own an AcuRite home weather station with the following models: Display Mod. # 02041CASBA1 and Outdoor sensor Mod. # 00592TXR, FCC ID:RNERF 100VTXR, IC: 6608A-RF 100VTXR. The weather station has been reliable for nearly a year. Recently, I encountered an issue where the display only shows a minimum temperature of 10 degrees C despite the actual outside temperature being -2 degrees C. I have attempted to reset the unit multiple times and replaced all batteries without success. Interestingly, when I bring the outdoor sensor close to the display indoors, the temperatures align closely. However, once the sensor is placed outside, the displayed temperature does not go below 10 degrees C. Considering this, I am looking for assistance regarding a possible replacement outdoor sensor instead of discarding the entire unit. Any guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated.

I recently purchased a [redacted] weather forecaster 5-in-1 but received a 01531DI instead. I am unable to register the 01531DI for warranty on the website as it is not listed in the model column. How can I proceed with warranty registration for this product I bought on 5/5/21? Additionally, the phone number provided, 1-[redacted], is not for customer support as mentioned. It's important to update the phone number and correct the information about live chat availability. Please improve the website experience to assist customers who may not have access to a computer or cell phone. A customer service option with live representatives would be greatly beneficial. Updating the website model number manual is also advised. I look forward to receiving further information regarding my warranty. Thank you.

AcuRite Model 1500RX: I have two monitors for the 5-in-1 weather sensor, and both show consistent readings. However, the outside temperature displays -40°F and humidity at 1% consistently despite trying various troubleshooting steps like resetting, replacing batteries, and adjusting the ABC switches. I have attempted to contact support previously on 5-24-21 but did not receive any confirmation. I'm reaching out for assistance as the issue persists. Please advise if I should send the units in for repair. Thank you, L. A.

I recently purchased a lightning detector sensor ([redacted]) as part of a package with a 5-in-1 station. The signal strength fluctuates rapidly from excellent to poor within minutes, and the number of detections varies greatly. For instance, I received 67 detections in one hour 23 miles away, but only 2 detections in a couple of minutes 1 mile away with no weather systems nearby within [redacted] miles. I have tried removing and checking the batteries multiple times, confirming they are good. This issue occurs even when the sensor is positioned next to other sensors with strong signal strength. I am in need of assistance or a replacement for the sensor.

I received an AcuRite 5-in-1 weather station as a gift for my birthday in May this year. It was working well until recently, when the solar panel seemed to malfunction. The panel no longer holds a charge and the internal fan is not functioning. Additionally, the face of the panel has changed color, indicating possible moisture damage. I have another 5-in-1 at a different location that has been working without issues for years, despite regular cleaning twice a year. I am requesting a warranty-covered replacement for the solar panel so that I can resolve this matter without having to return the entire unit.

I own a [redacted] weather station and was informed that I need an Access Unit to remotely check the temperature inside my house using my Android phone. I'm unsure if only the Access device is enough or if additional sensors and another readout are necessary indoors. I attempted to clarify this through chats with customer service but was kept waiting on hold for an extended period. My main goal is to monitor my home temperatures while away on vacation, especially during the cold winter months.

My Acurite [redacted] weather station is malfunctioning. The rain information is no longer displayed in .01 increments and instead shows a larger amount. Oddly, the total decreases over time even when it is still raining. Additionally, the totals for the day, week, month, and year disappear after a day. The lightning strike data is inaccurate, showing fewer strikes than actually recorded. I'm unsure if rebooting will fix this. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you, Thom.

I need assistance choosing a dewpoint product suitable for a glove box's humidity levels. Seeking information on products with specifications ranging from 0% RH to -60 to -40F Dewpoint. I have tried reaching out via chat and phone with no success. Interested in a digital product with a 1% RH specification and wondering about the accuracy of screen coil hygrometers at 0% RH. Looking for a solution that can track data to a website or PC wirelessly for my application within the glove box or incoming pipe.

Sensor Setup Instructions To synchronize your outdoor sensors properly, ensure the A-B-C switch inside the battery compartment is set to the same letter (A, B, or C) on both the sensor and display unit. When mounting the Wireless Thermo-Hygrometer Atomic Clock Sensor and Wireless Wind Speed Sensor, make sure they are at least a considerable distance away from each other to prevent interference from the 433MHz signal. For optimal performance, place the sensors further apart and at a higher position above the ground. If you are experiencing issues with the sync signals causing the Wireless Wind Speed Sensor to stop working, adjusting the mounting arrangement to increase the distance between the sensors may improve functionality. Avoid mounting the sensors too close together or near any other devices that may cause signal interference. By following these steps, you should be able to enhance the performance of your weather station setup.

I am experiencing significant frustration with this operation. Trying to connect to the WiFi using your complex system has proven impossible. Despite the Acurite network being listed in my other networks, I am unable to select it here. I have attempted this process many times, deleting the network when it fails, obtaining new credentials, resetting the system, and still encountering connection issues. The lack of real-person support adds to my dissatisfaction. I cannot recommend this product. My model is [redacted], with the provided device ID of 24C86E0FE5FF. The error message instructs to verify WiFi credentials, but there seems to be persistent connectivity issues.
