On September 6th, my account was stolen as the email was changed. When I try to log in, I am taken to an unfamiliar account. I kindly ask if a different email can be used so I can regain access promptly. I have invested a lot into this game and don't want to lose my progress. The account that was unlinked is [redacted], and the new one is [redacted], which I cannot access. Can you please switch the linked Gmail account back to mine? Thank you and I await your response.

My username used to be SaltyCanadianxo, and someone reported it resulting in it being changed to a generic "username". It was not meant to be offensive. I want my "SaltyCanadianxo" name back. I have been playing Call of Duty for a long time and have never seen so many people unhappy about being banned or having their names changed for no reason. The situation has become overwhelming. People are reporting others just for playing well and winning, causing unnecessary issues. I have attempted to contact customer support through various numbers and emails with no response.

On September 6, [redacted], my account was stolen through my Battle.net account. The hackers changed the email address linked to my account, making it impossible for me to access my original account. When I try to log in, it directs me to an unfamiliar account. On the evening of September 6th, I was about to play Call of Duty on my Xbox console when my Activision account mysteriously got unlinked and replaced by a completely different one, which seemed newly created. This startled me, and when I tried to log back in, it didn't work. Someone had hacked my account and replaced it with a new one. Not only that, but they also changed my email, preventing me from resetting or changing the password. I've been trying to resolve this for days to no avail. On September 6th in the evening, I was about to start playing Call of Duty as usual on my Xbox console when all of a sudden, upon connecting to the servers, my Activision account got unlinked and a completely different account was showing up, apparently a new one. This startled me, and when I tried to log back in, to my surprise, it didn't work. My account had been hacked and replaced with a new one. Not only that, but they also changed my email, which prevented me from resetting or changing my password. I have been trying to find a solution for days with no luck. As a devoted customer of 15 years, I'm facing a concerning situation. On September 7, [redacted], someone accessed my Activision account from a different location, linking an unfamiliar Steam account to it without my consent. Subsequently, my Activision account has been banned due to the linked banned Steam account. Unfortunately, I cannot find an online appeal process, and my attempts to contact support via phone or email have been futile. To comply with the ban, I detached the unauthorized Steam account and purchased a new game, creating a fresh account that is now facing repeated bans lasting days or even weeks. I'm eager to find a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

This is my third attempt to contact you regarding my ongoing issue with the game. I am a 40-year-old avid fan of WARZONE 2.0. Despite purchasing various game versions and bundles, I keep getting shadowbanned unfairly. It's frustrating to excel in one game only to be penalized shortly after. I suspect some players are falsely accusing me of cheating out of spite. I assure you, I play fairly and never engage in any form of cheating. It has been a few months since I was unexpectedly banned from Cold War. While playing a match, I was abruptly kicked out and a message stated I was permanently banned. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to support, I was unable to make contact. I even contacted the BBB for assistance. Now, with some time elapsed, I am hoping to appeal my ban in Black Ops Cold War. I tried using the standard ban appeal ticket, but I was not given the opportunity to provide my side of the story when I requested to speak with someone about it. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue and would appreciate speaking with someone who can listen to my situation. Thank you.

Good evening, I'll explain my issue. When I try to log into my Activision account, it asks for my email and password, which I provide without any issues. Then, it says my profile is missing required information and prompts me to enter the details to continue. When I input my Activision credentials and click the "sign up now" button below (as it's the only option), it asks for a password. I enter it, but then the password disappears, and I can't log in. I have been receiving offensive chat messages for the past two weeks without provocation. Although my interactions are limited to my party members, I am being penalized for the inappropriate behavior of others. In a recent game on September 22nd at 11:16 p.m., I did not engage with the random player not in my squad who prompted the penalty. My friends in my party can confirm that I only communicate with them during gameplay. It is unjust that I am held accountable for remarks made by others. I urge for this issue to be addressed promptly. I need clarification or assistance to rectify this situation as I am unfairly facing consequences for actions I did not commit.

Hello, I hope you are well. I am reaching out to request the removal of a ban that was imposed on me for alleged cheating in Call of Duty Warzone. This ban is unjust as I do not use any external software while gaming. The ban is limiting my ability to enjoy playing with my friends and family, hindering my overall gaming experience. I'm facing an issue with updating the email and password of my account to my current email and password. Unfortunately, the email linked to the account is no longer accessible as it is too old. I only have knowledge of my password, and every time I attempt to update the email, a code is required, which is sent to the outdated email that no longer exists. I simply want to change the account to my new email address, which is [redacted], as it's my current email. The account was created in [redacted] under my Mother's name. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my old email address where activities have been detected, and now I can't log in. The main issue is that I can't change my data at Activision because a code is always sent to the email I no longer have access to. Is it possible to use a new email address for my existing account? I do not want to lose everything I have achieved in the last 10-15 years. Additionally, I cannot unlink, for example, my PlayStation account as the code is sent there. I appreciate any assistance.

I was chat banned on MW2 on the PS5 platform recently without receiving any prior notification or explanation for the ban. I have been a member on this platform since [redacted] for over 10 years without any previous incidents. I am unsure when the ban was put in place, and I believe I did not do anything to deserve it. Hello, I'm reaching out as I've been shadow banned about 4 or 5 times in the last 3 months. This morning, the ban was lifted so I played a few games, but then found myself shadow banned again during a match for no apparent reason. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this ongoing issue, as I've had to resort to playing on my brother's account due to this problem. I haven’t played Call of Duty since earlier this year, probably around February. I wanted to try the new season out before the drop of MW3. After redownloading, I tried to play and it wouldn’t connect to online servers. A message flashed in the background saying my account has been permanently banned. I play on Xbox and have been invested in COD for almost 20 years without any issues. Upon logging into my Activision account for support, I discovered someone had hacked my account, linked a BattleNet and Steam account, and changed my gamer tag from “ArkhamMadness” to “Fucxyobitch,” which is obscene. My attempts to unlink their information were blocked due to disciplinary actions against my account. I appealed the ban, but it was denied. I have an account recovery request in progress. Currently, I am unable to access my account, including MW2 and Warzone, due to the hack. I am eager to resolve this issue and regain access to my account and continue enjoying the game I love without being unfairly penalized.

Hello, I'm unsure if I can receive assistance here, but I'm hopeful. My MW2 account was created on Xbox and I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. Instead of [redacted], I entered [redacted], which doesn't exist. Gmail confirmed that the email doesn't exist or has been deleted. Is there a way for me to update the email address on the account? I can access the account through my Xbox account linked to my correct email, "[redacted]" The account was set up on 9/13/[redacted] on Xbox Series S. My Activision ID is SaneIV4#[redacted].
