I am facing an ongoing issue with my account being compromised. Despite multiple attempts to address this through tickets, the responses received have not tackled the core problem. My account was accessed by an unauthorized individual who linked a fake Battlenet account, resulting in my ban. I have solely played on consoles like PlayStation4 and recently purchased Xbox Series X, and I am devastated by being permanently excluded. Gaming, particularly Call of Duty, has been my cherished hobby for years. I am 32, married, with 3 children, and I humbly request the unlocking of my account and the removal of the PC connection. I emphasize that my gaming has been on consoles, and I have not engaged in any misconduct or cheating, which would technically be infeasible. I pledge to enable 2FA promptly, update my email and establish a new password to prevent future breaches. The security breach exposing my account to unauthorized access is distressing, especially considering the significant investment tied to it. Your assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I had an issue with my PSN email, so I changed it. I play Call of Duty Warzone and needed the account with that email to play, but I couldn't access it, so I created a new Activision account, losing my progress. The next day, I resolved the issue with the main email and managed to access my original Activision account. Now, I can't unlink my PlayStation account from the new one because it can only be done once every 12 months. How can I solve this problem? I want to link it back to my original account.

I have been playing Call of Duty since the release of their new game Modern Warfare 2 ([redacted]). I have been banned for manipulation of game data and unauthorized software. I have read Activision's Code of Conduct, and I have done none of these things. I do not cheat, have never cheated, and I do not use external software like Cronus, etc. I would like Activision to look into my issue and possibly unban me for their mistake. While playing Call of Duty: Mobile, I encountered severe lagging and audio problems during a match, which I've been dealing with for months without resolution or feedback after reporting it. I tried restarting the app and my device multiple times to fix the issue and continue playing. However, upon reconnecting, I was unexpectedly kicked from the server and am now unable to log back in due to receiving "error [redacted]" each time I attempt to do so. I recently purchased Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War during a sale for approximately $30. The game included the Cross-Gen Bundle at the time of purchase. However, I am now being prompted to purchase the Cross-Gen Bundle again for an additional $10. I believe this is an error, as I already paid for it initially. I believe I have been wrongly banned for the second time in Cold War Zombies. Despite appealing the ban, Activision has accused me of cheating without providing any evidence. I previously had a ban lifted when it was clear I was falsely accused, but this time I'm lost on who to contact. I suspect being put in games with higher ping after just one match, feeling like I was shadow banned with disappearing opponents. This makes me question the effectiveness of the anti-cheat system. I have invested €[redacted] into the game, and this situation is disappointing.

I wanted to play Warzone 2's DMZ mode today, but encountered toxic players on my squad. While trying to revive after being killed by an enemy, my teammates looted my belongings. When I addressed this, I faced offensive language. Dealing with chronic illness and anxiety, I expressed my frustration. Surprisingly, I received a chat ban for calling out their toxic behavior, while their actions were overlooked. It's confusing and unfair.

I am a Call of Duty player and I have encountered a problem. My account has been put under review, which is fine. However, the first time it was under review, I got it back after just over a week with no ban. The suspicious part is that even though I was "unbanned," after 2 games, I was put back under review. It has been like this for 2 months now - one week under review, 2 games without a ban, and then back under review. I am still under review without any reason given...

I am currently seeking advice from my lawyer as I believe my First Amendment rights are being violated. I did not agree to the new terms and conditions by clicking "I Understand." The requirement to update the game leaves us no choice but to agree to unknown terms. Despite not accepting the Code of Conduct, I am receiving notifications of violating terms. This restriction on what we can say is unacceptable. I am determined to resolve this issue and may even start a petition. If necessary, I would like a refund for the money spent on the game and will delete it. I have a significant following and streaming audience who are also upset about this situation.

I'm experiencing issues with my Activision account. Whenever I attempt to update my information, it requests a verification code be sent to the email on file. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving these emails from Activision. I've already checked with Yahoo to confirm the issue isn't on their end since I can receive emails from other sources. The current email on file is [redacted]; I need to update it to [redacted] and include my phone number, [redacted].

Hello, today I downloaded and installed Call of Duty Warzone. However, every time I try to start it, I first enter the Battle.net Launcher where it says it's "updating." The issue is that it always shows "initializing," then suddenly changes to "Play" without completing the update - the progress bar never fills up. When I press play, I see the start screen, the white bar at the bottom fills up, then the black background appears, and the game either crashes or disappears.
I would appreciate a quick response.

I received a warning without any explanation. I solely play with my friends and avoid playing with strangers. The AI seems to lack understanding of context. I do not agree with the game monitoring my conversations. I would like a refund if this is how they operate. I find it invasive and reminiscent of privacy breaches. I encourage my fellow veterans to join me in boycotting this company. Our voices and money are significant. I suggest not purchasing their new game being aggressively promoted. It is concerning that they do not offer a working phone number for support, which seems suspicious.

On September 6th in the evening, I was about to start playing Call of Duty as usual on my Xbox console when suddenly my Activision account got unlinked and a completely different one, apparently newly created, was linked instead. This scared me, and when I tried to log back in, to my surprise, it didn't work. My account was hacked and replaced by a new one. Not only that, but they also changed my email, which prevented me from resetting or changing the password. I've been trying to find a solution for days now. I've invested a lot in this account and I need your help. Thank you in advance.
